Terribly disappointed in the phoenix police station. I called them from Pretoria to complain about my father abusing my elderly mother. They did nothing and only listened to my abusive father. I was on speaker phone during the time of the officers being there. My mother was crying and telling them that my father is harrasing her and there wasn't any Care. All the said 5 mins later is they have another issue to deal with so they have to leave. Maybe they need more training on how to deal with abusers and how to recognise the traits of an abuser who are usually extremely good and making themselves look like the victim. It's no wonder that so many women and children are abused and noting happens in Phoenix.

Pathetic, resorted to phoning Durban main to get some response after numerous calls that never get answered. Thereafter they have no balls to uphold an eviction of a single mother and teenage son after its been made clear that no evictions should take place during the national lock down. Zero confidence in their abilities.

Poor telephonic services... Please improve an teach Police workers on how to answer the phone in a professional way ... It's sad how members of the law in our country dont know how to answer a call ethically an speak with humility yet they serving our country

Fantastic service from Phoenix SAPS!! They helped my elderly mother with her affidavits - they showed great kindness and respect.

These police officers act like big shots. They are harassing people . They need to learn how to obtain there attitude.

The station needs to learn to amswer the phone, you get paid to do a job, so do it. Someone could be dieing.
