Great store. Fantastic clerk helped us with our purchase, went out of her way to help us. Will definitely go back. She told us her name, but we forgot. Sorry. You would know her. She is a bit on the short size, but tall on service. She is friendly and cheerful, and both times we were there she went above and beyond.

I went here last week with my grandma but they didn’t had the size even though another store in the mall did. However the customer service way better here. This indian guy balram helped her quite a-lot and then maybe his manager took over. Sad we had to leave empty handed because of size unavailability.

I actually had no knowledge of work shoes when I arrived at Skechers. But Chellan, one of the managers there, was very very helpful in guiding me to find the perfect shoes for work! She also helped me find very comfortable socks that were cheap and looked very awesome. 10/10 would come back again

We went to the store, were been served by Ranveer. She was so nice and welcoming helped us with our shoes’ purchase. Showed us different pairs according to our choice. Would love to visit the store for our next purchase as I’m a fan of Skeckers.

I came in to return a favourite pair of Skechers because of a faulty tread on the heel of one shoe. Monica, the manager on duty that evening was fantastic in handling the exchange and finding a comfortable replacement shoes. Great service!

I go to Scechers quite often. Last visit was an exchange. Rocky went out of her way to help me find a pair searching in the back till she found my size While I tried them on I was walking around and found another that I liked even more.

Alissa helped me find the right pair of work shoes. I was completely lost and didn’t knew what and where to find but she was super patient and gave me great recommendations. All other people were friendly and helpful too.

There was a staff named victor, such a patient staff, took his time to sort me out as well as some other customers without any inconvenience, wonderful!! Please keep employing such staffs for great customer Experience!
