Two words best describe Sandia Computers even in these difficult COVID times: Customer Service. The staff is very skilled and very friendly, the owner is often out on the floor helping customers, and everyone helps you no matter who is working on your actual computer. I had a major crash of my MAC and thought I had lost years of film data. Bobbie spoke to me very calmly, assured me they would do a thorough diagnostic and that I would be able to get back up and running without major issues. I am not computer fluent, but he explained everything clearly and all of his suggestions made sense and helped me to move forward. I am typing this on the very computer Bobbie fixed, and if anything it is faster than it was when I first bought it. He even helped me install an old SATA card to maximize the speed of my OS. Bobbie is really great, but so is everyone, and I highly recommend you take your ailing computer to Sandia Computers as it will be in very capable hands, and you will thank me when you get it back! NOTE: They are being very COVID careful, so please wear a mask and try to schedule an appointment in case they are at the limit of store capacity. A+++++!
I recently had a hard drive replaced in my aging Desktop Mac by Sandia Computers. The initial conversation was over the phone and I believe it was with the owner. He was very knowledgeable, but not humble in the manner of expressing his level of expertise. Upon check in at their Wyoming Blvd location, I was greeted by a young man who get's stressed out quite quickly... so much so that he asked someone else to check me in. Once checked in and confirmed work to be completed, I was called less than a week later that the job was done. I was again greeted by the same stressed out young man. Seems that stress was set on by my asking for a printed copy of my estimate during the check in process and by the phone ringing during my check-out process. Overall, great work in getting my computer to the point of working again for less than expected pricing. Just make sure you are very specific about what you need completed at the time of check-in to ensure you get what you are asking for.
Upgraded my machine with them. Boy, they tried HARD to sell me a hard drive. I said no. Got the machine back and realized they put one in anyway! Called them and they said they were fine with the situation. I wasn't gonna complain about getting a free hard drive. Six months later, the hard drive dies. I should have complained... So I return and ask them just to chuck the dead drive and rig the one I was using into the C: slot. The owner sat me down a treated me to a little play where he showed me how I didn't pay for the new hard drive and I was a thief! I was driven to emasculate the little puke right there in front of his wife. STAY AWAY FROM SANDIA COMPUTERS. Horrible customer service, hard sell on unneeded new hard drives, and apparently -when you don't buy one- they install a time bomb hard drive and wait for you to come back for repairs. The owner is an arrogant little thief- taking advantage of people who aren't computer savvy. My BBB complaint is registered.
It's been a couple years since they've ripped me off, and by chance came upon their review site. I am appalled that they are still ripping people off with all of these fake 5 star reviews. For true reviews, look at the 1 star ratings. Years ago my laptop would not boot up and was stuck on the BIOS screen. I had no idea how to fix it, so I took it in. Weeks later I had to demand for it back only for them to tell me it had a fatal, un-repairable error and that my best bet would be to pay the $120 bill (for no repairs) or buy a new computer from their inventory. I paid and left because their inventory looked iffy at best. I took my laptop home, and by chance found the recovery disk, popped it in, reset everything back to factory settings, and am still using the computer to this day. These guys know NOTHING how to fix a computer but they do know how to swindle money. Please don't fall for these fake 5 star reviews.
I had a terrible experience here. I brought my desktop computer in because it wouldn't boot and was told the motherboard needed to be replaced, for half the cost of the computer. I paid for this but when I came back in, all my data was gone, which I was told would be safe. Then I was told the brand new motherboard needed to be replaced, again, and waited another week. This time they had some of my data but not all of it and they went through a couple backup drives to find it. I finally took it home a few hundred dollars later, and my computer is incredibly slow compared to before. Aside from the technical problems, the owner made my experience even worse. He tried to charge me hundreds of dollars more than I agreed to, and he would not wear his mask or maintain any distance from me, even though he had posted all of the "you must wear a mask inside" signs.
We recently needed some repairs on our laptop. We took it to Sandia Computers, and Zach greeted us initially. He was very courteous and listened carefully to our list of concerns with our computer. We were both impressed. Our assigned technician was Austin, who called us within an hour of drop off to go over the problems we had been encountering with the computer. During our conversation, Austin was very pleasant and patient, and highly responsive to our comments and questions. He had our laptop ready for us quickly, and restored it to top operating shape. At pickup, Austin spent a lot of time with us to make sure we understood the repairs he had made. He also provided us with lots of support, and gave us many helpful tips. Throughout the process, Austin was cordial and highly professional.
Very disappointed in the dedication to the customer. My less-than 2-year-old laptop exhibited signs of a DVD-ROM driver error. I took the laptop in because of such a good review from my mother and I wanted to avoid $200+ of shipping charges back to Samsung. The tech looked at the laptop, and determined the laptop had an error on the hard drive and had no problem using the DVD-ROM. He suggested I spend $350 on a solid-state drive one-third the size of the current one. I picked up the laptop and ran the same and more hard drive checks with no results in errors. Since then, warranty is covering the DVD-ROM repair. Never up-sell a costumer, never talk down to a costumer. Please do your research before going here, no matter your level of computer knowledge.
It is my understanding that your employee Novina L Hernandez came into work with her 6 month old child after leaving her husband to die on the floor of their home with their 7 year old son. This employee of yours is a child abuser, spouse abuser, and an over all terrible human being. It is also my understanding that the only reason she returned home to her dying husband was because her boss told her to, probably because she showed up to work with a baby! She left her husband to die on the floor of their home and he is now being kept alive by a ventilator in a nearby hospital. Novina is an unpredictable woman, abuser, and a menace to society. She should not have a place in the real world or work world. Have a great day.
I visited this place recently looking for an updated wireless router. I have a background in IT so I usually have a pretty good idea of what I'm looking for. Wow, what a snow job. The salesperson who waited on me didn't have a clue about what he was trying to push. It was obvious he was only going through the motions since he could not answer even the basic questions. The store's owner was waiting on another customer and was giving her a phony sales pitch for one of his home-made computers. Don't waste your time at this shop, they like to sell to people who have little knowledge about computer products since they can snow them with meaningless technical terms in order to up-sell their junk.
I can't accurately rate them as I didn't get past the intake process for my laptop to get repaired. A technician w/a foreign accent took over & asked me if I had my battery adapter, I said it was in the car but I didn't think I needed it as I haven't before w/other places I've taken it to for repairs. (I needed it for another computer, & it was my back-up & didn't want it lost.) That was when he was very condescending such as "well, if you want me to fix it, then I need your adapter!" Well, Mr. IT Guy, if you want my business, you need to be a little more professional in asking. No customer service skills. Not to mention it's in a poor location if you're going North coming South on Wyoming.
There’s a guy that works at the counter that’s been helping me to find what will work out for my son’s transition to computer gaming. Which I so appreciate, but not only is he helping in the capacity of references he’s been thorough in getting input from my son on his preferences and being patient with the process of us doing our research and gathering resources. I’m definitely going to have these guys build a computer when we finally get it together, they offer a year guarantee on their work if they’re assembling it, and they would even use parts sourced from outside sources, which I’d rather stick with having them use their sources but having the option is awesome.
My 8 year old Dell XPS had a catastrophic hard drive failure. I have heard in the past this was the place to go.Took my desktop in and explained the problem, what I tried to do to remedy the failure. The response was can do and they suggested an up grade for my hard drive. The upgrade was completed in one day. The data return is still in progress. The owner, Stuart, made a statement that sold me to be a future customer. Once they repair a computer, we are part of the Sandia family. He wants to keep all of the computers at top shape and us, the customers happy. Once the data retrieval is complete I will be proud to be part of the Sandia Computer family of customers.
I'm actually debating whether or not to contact the better Business Bureau on Sandia Computers!! Guy brings a flight stick out to show me, it has a 69.99 price tag on it. Runs to the back and comes out all "Oh, I can let it go for $200" and gives me some BS on how you can't find them cheaper, how there going for $300-400 on Ebay. Just found one on Amizon for $60.00 plus shipping!! Isnt it illegal to do exactly what he just did? Or at the very least super unprofessional, maybe devious? Never will I go back to Sandi Computers. Also I'll be putting this on every social media account I have and every business raising site I can find! Thanks guys hope it was worth it!
I have been dealing with Sandia Computers for several years and cannot speak highly enough about their expertise and service. I recently had them change my operating system from Windows 7. I had some printer issues and they gave me at least two hours of service without charge. I had no problem paying more for my printer than I would have from the big box stores. I know I am paying for service. At the big box stores, I would have been on my own. I highly recommend Sandia Computers, since there are few stores left in Albuquerque or anywhere that provide this level of service. There is more involved in a purchase than price.
I've used Sandia Computers several times for the last many years. They have consistently done an excellent job. They have always corrected any performance issues as well as offered some excellent recommendations. In the most recent situation, my computer was performing poorly. After a brief discussion, I was provided with a probable cause of the problems, some additional recommendations, and an acknowledgement that other possible causes of the problems would be checked. The computer repairs were done quicker than I expected and the cost was very fair. The computer is now operating very nicely. Thank you Sandia Computers!
Don't come here. They are over priced and with cheap products. They often will use old parts and sell them as new. Often the owner will buy products for $200 and sell them for $1000 with no extra components added. He buys most of his products that have been refurbished and often come dead on arrival. You know that new stick of ram they put in you spent $80 for? It was taken from a older computer that was built 5 or so years ago that he got for free. Last thing, he pays his employees McDonald pay but charges you $75 an hour. Just don't shop here if you care for your self, your money or your time.
First the owner is a real character, he helped check me in and was very helpful in explaining all options available to fix any issues w/my PC as well as options to upgrade it. They upgraded my failing hard-drive and restored most of my files without a hitch, even adding a new program to help me avoid the Windows 8 screen. This is the second PC they have fixed for me, after the first one I stopped buying the store warranties and just go come back to Sandia if I have an issue. Yes they are probably expensive, but i completely believe they stand by their work.
Once again, my only complaint about Sandia Computer of Albuquerque is that I have nothing to complain about . Friendly and professional staff , no hype , or pressure to sell things as an individual , not a number. My son was there when we purchased our computer 4 years ago , and being a special gifted person, that has worked at one of Albuquerques large grocery stores for 12 years, Sandia computers created a computer suited for his needs and he is still enjoying it everyday . We do so miss Karl and an occasional TV appearance by Stu
Went here after my laptop wasn't powering on had no lights indicating is was charging. After I went in I was told that the charger was bad (which was correct) a week after I dropped it off ($81dollars just to leave it with them) I called them and they said the hard drive was bad ($300) and also it needed a charger ($80). I had ordered a factory charger from Amazon for $20 and I picked up the laptop plugged it in and it worked fine. They seemed to feed me a false story in order to sell me new parts and PC's for an insane markup.
Terrific staff, knowledgeable and honest - got what I ordered: a custom Blackhawk and got a great deal. This is the fastest, most awesome desktop I've ever had, with a gorgeous monitor. And it will be upgradable for years to come. Stu went through each component and helped me choose; just the kind of support I want. He really knows his stuff, as do the rest of the staff. They patiently answered all of my questions, and not just the first day. I love having personal, dedicated service - not like at the big box stores.
I'll probably end up giving Sandia computers a 5 star rating but they aren't finished with my second computer yet. I took two HP towers in for evaluation and the tech on duty (Ace) totally fixed the problem on the first tower right there on the spot. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He reset some settings for me and explained not only what had happened but how the reset would prevent it from occurring. And he did this at "no charge". Honest folks doing good work for people without the need to "rip you off".
I had a laptop custom build by them and everything went well. Since then I have returned to the store for computer parts for my desktop and, most recently, to deal with a corrupted OS on my laptop. Every time I have been there, I have always been under a time constraint and both the technicians and the owner have understood this and worked well to get me what I needed as fast as possible. They are not cheap but you are getting what you pay for, top quality assistance and help for your electronics.
I bring my laptop in for a hinge replacement. They break my ~$200 screen in the process of diagnosis, and agree to pay for it. The new screen proceeds to not work for windows and it turns out that they broke my motherboard in the process of repair. Sandia Computers took no responsibility for breaking the motherboard, resulting in a $600 quote, and a laptop that is broken to this day. DO NOT go here, DO NOT trust them with your computer, and for that matter, your business.
I purchased a flight simulation game online and thought i could just walk into Walmart or BestBuy and pick up a joystick. Boy was I wrong. I checked all the big box and no one stocked any. I called Sandia Computers and they said they had plenty in stock to choose from. When I arrived, I was helped by the owner Stu. He was very knowledgeable and asked me all the right questions to get the hardware I need. I'm very happy with my purchases and having a great experience .
I think Sandia Computers is the go to place on Albuq for straight forward, competent technical computer services, as well as personalized services in addressing complex issues to determine appropriate equipment and software to resolve them and to complete all set up and optimization of your system and for very fair charges. In my opinion I have always received more services & friendship over the years at Sandia Computers than what I was charged for. Richard Beckwith
I'm very happy with the the way I was treated and with the work that was done on my laptop at Sandia Computer. The people that waited on me were professionals and knowledgeable about their work. I was given an approximate time that my laptop would be in for service. After leaving I was called and was told what was needed. I was given an itemized list of the problems that needed to be checked out. I would refer others to Sandia Computers. Shirley Ulibarri
These guys did a full PC build for my sister awhile back that has been a workhorse, so when I was looking for a local shop for a few pieces I was missing for my own build, I though of them. Was not disapointed. Even included some screws I needed, at no extra charge. There's a reason they've stayed in business as long as they have. Local business, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and affordable pricing; what more could you ask for?
I have taken my computer to them what, 6 times now. Sandia Computers has failed me every step of the way. It does not matter any free repair or free computer replacement when the computer still crashes to a black screen when you're simply installing Steam. A new car isn't better if the engine is missing. Not proud that I have given this many chances and have been disappointed every time. Do not be taken for a ride down money lane.
Stuart and his team have been caring for our family's computer needs for over 18 years. Their expertise, professionalism, integrity, work ethic, customer service, and just being nice people, have earned them many well deserved awards thru the years. Five stars are not enough. Knowing we can contact them via 'Team Viewer' from almost anywhere is a big plus. I always have a lifeline! Hope they are around for another 20 years!
My laptop had taken a bad turn and I had Brandon at Sandia take care of it when he found that my HD would not pass. It came back in very good shape, except for re-installing MANY programs which I had forgotten I had on it, and then when I could not get my printer to work, he put me on-line and got the Drivers installed, making the laptop work very well. I can't recommend Sandia higher for the work they do.
Took my GS-75 Stealth in because of overheating issues. They explained that my processor was a model that ran hot, and cleaned the laptop out. Laptop was getting up to 200 farenheit. Now it runs at about 106F so whatever they did, worked pretty well. They have the ability to order specialty parts for your laptop that aren't available to the general public as well. Affordable, and quick. Would recommend.
Took my laptop in to get it fixed, it was really slow. Turns out my operating system was corrupt or something. My technician was Jared and he fixed my laptop! He did a tune up on it and reinstalled my operating system and it runs just like new. If you like friendly service and professionalism go here. Geek Squad is awful, never go to Best Buy to get your computer fixed!!!!
If I could get away with giving them negative stars, I would. Both computers that I had purchased from them have gone schetzo. Niether of them work, and they cant figure out how to fix them. They refuse to give my money back. Not worth the hassle to deal with. Will be contacting better business. If Lemon Laws covered computers, I would have a case against them.
these guys I called looking for something somebody needed. I'm not that big of a computer person but they help me out quite a bit very knowledgeable friendly and will tell you what the best option for your money is. and they're not always trying to sell you up a higher product than you need. and once again they're a small local store which is what I really dig
After desperately trying to upgrade my computer which is a 2011 Mac Mini these people made my dreams come true. Apple refused to put in more RAM for me because they wanted to sell me a new unit. Sandia computers upgraded my RAM and put in a new hard drive with no moving parts and the computer is sailing like it never did before. Thank you thank you thank you
The rudest owner of a business I have ever encountered. When I asked why they were using some outdated parts in their computers (since I was thinking of buying there, and noticed this issue, it's a valid question, right?) Anyway boss-man yells at me rather than explaining. I gave my business to another local company where I was treated with respect.
They were very professional and explained everything they were going to do. They were also upfront with any and all charges. No hidden charges to worry about. They gave me a time line and had it done way before the date they promised. I need my computer for work so it was great that I got it back so quickly. Very nice young man on the counter.
I recently purchased a new HP desktop computer which (based on previous experience) was slow. I visited Sandia Computers and the technician, Ace was able to double my RAM for a very reasonable price and did so on the spot! I was prepared to be without my computer for a couple of days, but not so. Ace is a very capable technician! Thank you!
I have had two laptops serviced and both times have been more than satisfied with the work and time in which it was done. They are educated and patient and go the extra mile to accommodate questions and concerns. I can't say I cannot wait to see them again necessarily lol, but when I need service again they are the first and last choice.
Sandia was recommemded to me and I could not be any happier that I took that advice. I was unsure wether to just replce my all-in-one or have it fixed. Stu's advice was to get it fixed and take advantage of the parts and services he was offering. That was excellent advice. I've already recommended Sandia Computers to another friend.
The crew at Sandia Computers really fulfilled my expectations. Sure, I could have gone to the others guys with their black and white Beetle at the Blue and Yellow store, but I took the advice of a good friend who really does intense work on CAD. I don't regret my decision. The follow up in answer to my questions has also been great.
I have been to a lot of computer repair companies over the years, but I have to say this store has the best technicians. The owner, Stu has a tremendous amount of computer knowledge and will take the time to not only to solve your computer problems but explain how it is done. Who, nowadays does this? This should be the place to go.
I have gone to this store for years and have never been disappointed. The staff is first rate and they know what they are doing. I was there today for a minor adjustment to my Dell tower and they was NO Charge. How often does that happen anywhere? Albuquerque has a lot of good local places like this. Buy local when you can. I do.
The commercials are weird and strange but the computer I had built for me over 6 years ago is running strong and reliable. I have only had to replace the DVD burner. I would definitely have them build my next computer since I like supporting local small business plus having the shop that built the machine service it is a plus.
Great customer service! They broke down what I was paying for, and were very upfront about the parts they were ordering and what the final price would be. Extremely quick turnaround time. They estimated it would take 2-3 business days, and it took about 1.5! I'll definitely go back if I need any computer repair in the future.
Very professional and solved my immediate computer problem very quickly. They also made several recommendations concerning possible solutions to most probable future problems with my aging pc. They also offered possible upgrades with newer pc solutions. Highly recommend them for anyone needing computer repair and advice.
I would like to say that I had a great experience at Sandia Computers. Stew and the crew took really good care of me. Stew takes the time to listen to me and what my needs were. He found me a lap top that fit my needs exactly. I have worked with them several times now and consider them my go to computer company.
We brought in a crashed hard drive for data retrieval. Other than for a slightly cool reception by the front desk person when we first came in, were very pleased. Rafal was very professional and pleasant to work with. The best part is that he succeeded in getting the data off the drive. Good experience.
I had a great experience with this bunch when my computer got hacked. They are professional, competent, courteous...and they even graciously listened to my whining over the state of affairs surrounding my computer. Technicians Austin and Otto are who you need to see for your technology problems.
Absolute garbage service. Sold me a bad computer, with a bad hard drive. Had to argue with the company to repair the computer. Got charged twice, once to buy, once to fix. Atrocious communication. Then proceeded to blame us (the consumer) for their shady business practices. Don’t go here. Ever.
They were very efficient in getting my computer fixed, not to mention the price seemed quite reasonable. Best of all there was no BS sales pitch to join any club for future discounts like at some super chain shops.I recommend Sandia Computers and if the need arises will use them again.
Buy local! Stu and his staff will take care of your technology needs. As a novice, I was made to feel comfortable no matter how basic my guestions were. In under 20 minutes I was comfortable purchasing a system for a small, local business. Great experience. Cardboard Collectors
The Sandia Computers personnel were very courteous and professional when I took my computers in to them. They were very knowledgeable about all aspects regarding my computers and completed their services in a timely manner. I plan to use them again if I have computer problems.
I purchased a computer from them a couple years ago and shortly after using at for midi 2 or 3 times that computer crashed! I recommend that you do not go to the store daily own sell defective products. They will never get my business nor my family's business ever again.
Beware of Sandia Computers. They will tell you your computer can't be fixed and try to sell you a new one. I took the same computer to another computer repair shop and not only did they fix my computer they upgraded it and loaded it up with the latest antivirus software.
I brought my computer tower in to Sandia, as I couldn't access email or the web. The help I received was very professional, efficient and friendly. My problem was solved and then some by employee Ace. The "hand holding" you offer really works. I will definitely return.
Best Place in town to have computer problems corrected, a computer repaired or to buy a custom new one! They also install phone & tablet batteries, and have other needed supplies. All done as quick as possible and professionally! You can trust them to do the job!
The turn around time was very timely. The service tech called me and gave me options to help solve my problem. After we agreed on what I wanted done, it was ready the next day. I am very happy with what I got. My MacBook Pro runs better now than when it was new.
I'm very pleased with the overall service and knowledge of the staff. The technician explained to me the problem (s), and what had to be done to fix it, in terms I could understand. The turn around time for my computer was 4 days, within the stated time frame.
Stu and everyone super helpful. Had my main business computer's motherboard go out and some big projects to complete. They had me set up in a new and faster computer within hours. Price was great and they were able to save all my files and hard drive too!!!!!!
Friendly service, explained process and collected information from me. I recieved quality feedback. I recieve my repaired equipment in a timely manner based on the timeline they required to complete the job. Thank you, Sandia Computer Services representatives.
Sandia computers is the best! Stu is so very clear in his instructions when walking me through the process. Whenever I’ve had to contact Sandia computers the staff also have been very helpful. I highly recommend them, and best of all they are local. Thanks Stu
I was very impressed by the quality of service from Sandia Computers. They were very honest about the status of my computer and helped me to extract the important data from it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their services.
Over the years I have purchased 5 computers from Sandia Computer. Stewart has been very helpful is solving computer issues and not pushed a new computer on me if I could update my harddrive or ram. Over the years they have been very honest with me.
Employees are great, but the owner ruins the entire experience. "Stu" (known as Stu-pid in my family after numerous experiences) is a pushy creep without boundaries. He reminds me of the mayor from Nightmare Before Christmas. He's gotten me
The only computer store you will ever need. Austin and Patrick both did such a superb job on my machines on multiple occasions. They often exceed their already quick turnaround times and give professional service every time I have an issue
Very disrespectful and condescending when dealing with members of the armed forces community, and yes they are aware of who we are beforehand. Problems with their products are YOUR fault, with minimal effort to rectify their error and not
A few weeks ago, after months of ignoring warnings from Google and Microsoft my windows 7 stopped connecting to gmail and several other important sites. I was in a real bind and not sure what to do. My computer go-to guys were at Sandia
These guys are great! I had issues with a pre-owned computer, and the owner personally helped me pick the right laptop with the right older operating system. I was so frustrated, already, with a broken computer, then the laptop battery
Excellent service. Resent the owner, (boss?) however, who blares the Fox news channel on TV every time I go there. It's very impolite and offensive to broadcast partisan views at a business, particularly to those of us that may have a
Stu and his crew are hands down the best place to buy new products and get top shelf troubleshooting and repair for all your computers and accesories. Stu and his crew went over and above when my small business computer went down!!!!!
I have been a customer of Sandia Computers for a number of years. They have provided consistently reliable service and advice. The staff is knowledgeable and when I have needed equipment good items at fair prices have been available.
The staff and technicians at Sandia Computers are helpful and highly professional. They know their business. They kept me well advised on the work needed on my computer and were most helpful when I ran into problems. I will go back.
Overpriced products. $600 for a SATA SSD 2tb Refurbished. Then, when I told the guy, he said the best was $350. You can buy them brand new for $80 and you dont have to go online, so unless someone read wrong, I am not paying that.
Cost more than I expected, but the service and keeping me updated on the progress was very good... I wish that the technicians would call on Sandia Computer's land line since I don't like to answer calls from unknown callers.
We have very little computer knowledge and appreciate the help and support given us at Sandia Computers. Stu spent a great deal of time with us using their Team Manager program twice this week and solved our problem.
I'm amazed at how much better my laptop runs with the new solid state hard drive. Appreciate that the staff explained things in "layman's" terms so a non-techie like me could understand! Thanks for the great service.
"Guru" Stu Gorlic and Sandia Computers are amazing! Customer service is excellent and the staff's knoledge is exceptional. Stu listens to his customer's needs and delivers the best options at reasonable prices!
Great place to get your computer or Electronics fixed. On-time service great prices and Friendly Smiles. Seiji was the name of my tech he did an amazing job computers back to working like nothing happend.
I have worked with Sandia computers for many many many years. Their work is impeccable and excellent. Stewart is a great asset to the business. He is the owner and he is outstanding as always.
As advertiser, Great Service, Friendly Technicians. Extremely open and transparent about what to expect about their service and prices and turn around time. Will definitely return again.
Sandia computers is great. They give you the facts about your computer repair and expedite the repair in a timely manner. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful.
Stu; just wanted to jot you a quick note. My new laptop is the best. It's fast and everything works. You made sure all my software worked, without a hitch.
Great customer service! If I ever need something fixed again I will definitely go to Sandia Computers and highly recommend it to others.
Friendly mom and pops PC business. Recently purchased a computer from there. The went above and beyond finding me what I wanted
I took my old laptop to see if anything could be done with it. The owner, Stu, served us. The price was very reasonable.
They custom built my computer, so why not take it back for upgrade and repair. They do good work for a decent price.
They recovered the data on a failed hard drive, kept me informed of the progress -- great establishment!
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped my vision impaired husband to get voice activated computer St up
Professional computer dealer. And they recycle old laptops and monitors for free.
