I have been shopping here for 6 years. Every time I come, I purchase their ******** classic collection hair (which they are reselling for over $200 per pack.) I spend over $430 (including tax) each and every visit. Today I came in and was followed around the store. When I asked to compare the brand I usually get to another brand, they were very rude and made comments that made me feel like my previous business wasn’t appreciated. As I was comparing the hair, I noticed that every customer that came in the store behind me was followed around. It was very noticeable. The last piece of straw was when I went online (to the company’s website) and showed them that they were overcharging by $80. The owner said I was being cheap, but that she could take $20 off the price. I put my money back in my pocket and left. I would rather give my business to the actual hair COMPANY vs a company that cares nothing about me as a customer. The location is convenient, but they don’t value their customers that keep them in business. I will NEVER return to this location

Worst customer service I have ever received. If I could give zero stars I would. My friend purchased seven packs of hair, but the cashier did not know what the price of each pack was so he asked the store owner. Apparently he misunderstood what the store owner said because he ended up charging her less than what the price should have been. After she finished purchasing the hair the store owner came by and looked at the hair in her bag, then proceeded to walk to her and grabbed the hair out of her bag. He took the hair she purchased back to the register and started telling the cashier to charge her again or give us a refund, but never spoke to my friend directly about what was going on. The store owner was completely out of line and rude for going in her bag of products she purchased and taking things out of it without saying a word.

I came in this place and I was followed around the entire store. I couldn’t shop in peace and I was not there to steal. They racially profiled me. The owner which is an older lady is very unprofessional and rude. She gave me the incorrect hair spray and once I got in my car I seen it was the wrong one. I went back into ask for an “exchange” and she told me there was a no refund or exchange policy she has. Beware this place is races and there products are replicas you’re better off going ti Sally’s beauty to get the real products. The girl working at the register is horrible she also owed me .79 cents and refused to give me my change telling me that she didn’t have change in her drawer so I let them kept that . I will be reporting this business to the bureau as well.

Usually the workers are so kind. Last night I spent over 100 dollars. Today I needed to exchange 2 rinses bc they were the wrong color. I went in the store the cashier whom I’ve never seen before wouldn’t say one word to me instead she kept checking to see if I opened the bottle previously, which I already told her after she checked the first time, that I never opened them. She did the exchange, but the level of skepticism she displayed was completely uncalled for over 4 dollar bottle of rinses. I will say this is not the usual atmosphere or culture of this store. I won’t be back for a while.

The owner is mean and disrespectful! I was there yesterday and the owner (Sandy-older lady) was extremely rude to me. I was looking at an item on the way out and she told me not to touch it. Then, I stopped to look at a few of the necklaces (gold crosses since Easter is approaching) and Sandy actually put two packs of hair on the top of necklaces while I was looking at them. What the heck?!! I had already purchased my items by then so I just practiced emotional intelligence and walked out. If you live near Buckhead go to Venus Beautiful Supply instead…much larger and cleaner store.

So I’ve been going here for a little over 3 months since it’s the closest supply store to me. Almost every time the older woman (I believe is the owner) is very nasty, rude and lack customer service. I’ve always gotten assistance from JaNet who’s very sweet and awesome to everyone. Today I have had enough of the owner, from the constant stares, follows, pressure to purchase their human hair blend wigs (I only purchase real wigs online) and so much more. it just hit me... why am I giving you all my business. Long story short I will no longer purchase or support this establishment.

Had everything I needed but wanted to charge $9 for a spray bottle. It was one of the nice spray bottles but still a basic plastic spray bottle. The Asian women didn’t offer to help me, kind of just watched from a far and walked past and ignored me, even tho I needed help.Better than being followed around but still didn’t feel welcoming. Typical for an Asian business, I get that people steal but when you have an armed police officer already in the store watching you would think they would do alternatives to make customers feel welcomed and appreciated but no.

THE QUALITY, N AWESOME, ASSORTMENT, WAS SO, GREAT !! SUSIE, HELPED ME, N THE SWEET OWNER GAVE ME A HUGE, DISCOUNT, FOR BUYING THREE!! I WILL BE BACK !! Staff is always polite. They don’t follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable like some of these beauty stores. The store is small, but they always have what Im looking for. Its hard finding black hair products in this area of course, so having this store in the neighborhood is very convenient. Also, they have water for their customers on these scorching hot summer days. I think thats a very kind gesture. You will NEVER get them on the phone don’t even try! Lol

wanted a specific pair of lashes that were in the front, but the employee didn’t want to reach back or move items needed to grab them.. she offered me six different other options, but was not happy with any. maybe keep them somewhere else if it’s a hassle to get the pair requested… also, very limited supply on items like edge control and other hair products. unfortunately this location is the closest to me but will be driving further for better selection and service.

I seen the hair for $300 the young lady said, she said she will ( the older lady) do $200 AMAZING RIGHT. WRONG they switched the hair. When I got home the wig in the box was not the same wig on the box. I seen her bent down but I assumed she was repacking the wig for me. No she switched it. Of course I can’t return it so they got down on me for $200. I’ll never come back. I’m not stupid just rushing for a quick fix after a fake Instagram stylist jack my hair up

They are extremely rude and racist people. I was shopping for hair and was told that I can not look at any of the hair products they have. Mind you this was shortly after I stated I was just “looking today” and coming back later in the week to purchase. She then snatches a wig unit out of my friends hands and says she has too much going on with rearranging the store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME IN THIS STORE AGAIN.

When I entered the store there was a foul smell. While shopping a man kept watching me and standing on the aisles I was on. I rang up and paid, as I waited on my friend to finish her purchase the owner enters the store, takes the hair out of my bag, and keeps it behind the counter as if I was a thief. The cashier made a mistake and he would not let me have my hair if I did not pay the difference that was their mistake.

Very over priced. I spent $15 on two packs of 24inch pre-stretched braiding hair. The store does not have a wide variety of items. They are over charging due to the location of the store. It’s very pathetic. They will not receive another BLACK dollar from me. I do not recommend. Travel the extra miles out of buckhead to get your needs. Respectfully.

Honestly, the lady walking in 2 aisles is a bit rude. The two cashiers were nice which is the only reason why they got 1 star. They have a limited amount of items and I was not able to find all the things I needed. I prefer a beauty supply store out in Cobb or one in Midtown where the staff is much nicer and the selection of items is larger.

I had an amazing experience. Who I believe to be the owner was so nice and knowledgeable. This was my first time ever buying/using extensions. She went out of her way to completely install all my extensions since I was clueless. There was a slight language barrier but again, she was SO friendly. She even came down on the price to help me.

I bought a wig brush and a couple of other items and my total was 80$ and they didn't put my wig brush in the bag. Tried to call them when I got to work and phone was busy for hours. I've also bought extensions from here once that matted so badly my client had to cut them out and she told me it was bc I wasn't a professional.

Their braiding hair is way over priced. I always get my cosmetologist discount and on this particular day I was told I couldn’t use it on discount hair. The catch is, the braiding hair was over priced. I just went over to another beauty supply. Not worth the trip. The store is really cramped at that. Not many options.

I go to this place very often although the service is not good this is the closest one to my house. They’ve come up with a rule saying no refunds and no exchanges which is bs. They won’t even let you receive store credit. I’ve also witnessed them letting someone do an exchange before a few weeks ago.

Ownership was obnoxious and rude. Cashier charged the wrong amount for my daughters purchase and without explaination owner walks toward my daughters bag and takes the purchased items out if her bag and refuses her the hair until she pays the difference in their mistake. Terrible customer service.

Here’s a tip before you shop here (since this is the closest hair store to a black on hair store in Buckhead) They have majority of everything you need except it will probably be like $1.50 higher They don’t give REFUNDS , RETURNS, or EXCHANGES ! If you have the time go to Walmart or Sally’s !

Good selection of wigs, extensions, and jewelry, been here for years and the staff are knowledgeable- even good quality custom wigs/clip ons. pretty good prices too for the value and being in buckhead. it's in the same shopping center as bank of america - kind of tricky to find.

I’ve visited this store a few times but today I came in for a human hair wig and one of the workers (the older woman) gave me a GREAT discount on it. She also threw in a free wig cap. I will get all of my wigs here from now on! Thank you!

Really conveniently located beauty supply store. It was easy for me to find pre-stretched xpressions braid hair. it's very full. Which is a good and bad thing. I think it was a little clutteredparking is ample. Prices are competitive.

This establishment is a staple of the neighborhood. The stock and prices of the items sold here are good. I am a long time patron. So glad they were able to hang on during the height of the pandemic. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I was shopping for hair supplies and the Clerk was watching me very closely. I thought she wanted to assist me but when I found out the opposite I left. There is a clean and uncluttered beauty supply in the rear of the building.

Awesome store! The owner and workers are all so nice! Whenever I had any questions, they didn't hesitate to help me. Great customer service. I liked the variety of products to choose from. Will be returning!

Don’t waste your time or gas coming here if you’re expecting to find what you need. Buckhead has the worst beauty supply stores, this one is further proof. Same goes for the Sally’s next door.

Small shop lot of items..Mrs. sandy is very honest kind of person. One thing [COVID 19] ON MASK NO WELCOM but If you are shopper they will give one for free.

Friendly staff, good variety for just about anything you need. If they don’t have it they were nice enough to refer me next-door to Sally’s beauty supply.
