This place has good meat bargains. However, management seems to never be available, when needed. When I revisited Save-a-Lot today. I was deeply saddened to see a TN Lottery Machine inside the store. So Rebecca Hargrove, President of TN Lottery, you must be insensitive to our community and insensitive to the patrons who frequent Save-a-Lot with Government food stamps Rebecca Hargrove, are you going to ensure the parents who are putting their hard earned money into your lottery machines, their students will receive the College Scholarships money? If your answer is, "NO," then Rebecca, you must REMOVE THE LOTTERY MACHINE ASAP. Gambling is addictive, especially if you win once or twice. Take out the machine, Rebecca Hargrove, President of TN Lottery, at Save-a-Lot on Clarsksville Hwy. or get ready to be responsible for those parents who will use their last dollar in the machine. These parents might risk losing their homes, cars, and even their jobs or perhaps losing their children to get that next scratch off ticket. Rebecca, will you live with that? Could you sleep at night, knowing your decision to place the TN Lottery Machine in Save-a-lot was or could be detrimental to a community's welfare?

I visited the store a week ago just because I was close to this one the parking lot is large for lots of shoppers. However when I came into the store there were no cashiers at the front of the store at all there were no shopping baskets except for two that were very loud and made a lot of noise. Their fruits and vegetables look pretty all right it's for the meat departments it was extremely bare to the point that there were several other people shopping and they voice their concerns as well there was another shopper who actually went to the back where the meat butchers are normally at and ask them "where is the meat". I assume due to everything that's going on a lot of people are doing some over shopping to stock up the store is very nicely put together but the shelves were pretty bare a lot of the canned goods were sold out of a lot of everything was sold out of. I didn't notice that they had a cooler section toward the front register that I thought was working but when I went over to pick up a drink it was all warm that was a let down and they also offer the pick 5 as well but it's on select items not very sure if I would shop at the store again but you choose for yourself.

I’ve been coming to this Save a lot for years the customer service has gotten so poor. I’m standing in line 20 minutes for one box of white castles w/only 2 ppl in front of me. Another worker stated that he will be opening lane 2 ,walks off no where in site for 5 minutes(yes l COUNTED) l decided to count 60 more seconds until I’d walk off...and what do you know another minute he didn’t even hit the corner ‍♀️. The fact that I’ve been blind to the lack of appriciating CUSTOMERS TIME . Get a new crew there’s no reason you should have one of your slowest ppl on the floor with only one lane open.

I came in to this particular Save A lot they didnt have the items that I was looking for. They didnt have very many employees around so I could ask questions about the products being available. I get up to the register and i greet the cashier very nicely and i asked how she was doing and her response was "hey"...Not I'm doing great my day is going well how about yours it was "hey" in which i thought was very rude and her customer service skills were horrible. This young lady had a patch over her eye. I dont think i will be going back to that store. One bad employee can make the whole store look bad.

I like Save-A-Lot but it's just the people and some of their employees they hired is A Hot Mess. The wait line time is outrageous to where your groceries will go bad. The fruit department Bananas lol is nasty and spoiled and the Sercuity Guards they be hiring there is more into with the Co-Workers or eye watching females smh. You made see about 5 plus kids all over the place kicking food or etc....They will only have 2 people up front due to Laziness&Poor Customer Service.... Upgrade Management Team & Sercuity Team ... Never use their restrooms because it's *Unsanitaize* BEWARE!!!!

I shop at the clarksville pk store in nashville tn and the store is always nice and clean stocked well 99% of the time but my only complaint is during the first days of the month if at all possible please have more registers open because that is the busiest time of the month and for a person who only has one or two items that have to wait for 30 min to check out is frustrating! If I may suggest for that time of the month have a 10 items or less line otherwise I love to shop there. The meat is price well and it is very good looking meat! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Some of the cashiers are rude and act like they don't want to wait on you. They don't smile and would rather talk to one another and gossip. about the customers. I feel like a prisoner in jail especially when the security guards are always watching to see if you are going to pay for your items or walk out the door without paying. This is the only save a lot that does that. The store may be located in a lower income neighborhood but everybody that comes in the store is not there to steal. Some of have money to pay for what we want.

This is the 2nd time in a week tbis store has been closed by 930 PM. After leaving work, I head here and the employees have locked up the store 40 minutes early and wouldn't even come tell me why I couldn't get in as I stood at the locked glass door. They have no customer service skills so I had to wait for the security guard to come to the door and ask. He says they didn't have cashiers but 2 people are here as usual. This is frustrating after a long day at work.

My Experience Here Is, If Your Money Is Kinda Funny, Short Due To The Economic Woes. To Get A Bang For Real, For Your Hard Earned Dollar, Then Save Allot Is It. Believe That. This particular Store, Always Have Good Meats Fresh Daily. Reasonable Prices That We Need At Times Like Now, In Feeding A Good Family. They Have It Well Stocked, TV Dinners, Fruit s N Veggies To Include A Wide Viriety Of Can Goods. A Swell Place To Shop and SAVE.

Probably won't return to this location. Went in with my girlfriend the other night to pick up some quick items, since it's close to our house. The security guy made an inappropriate comment toward my girlfriend, and one of the employees even asked why we were shopping there. Place stinks of day old cigarettes and booze and has almost nothing on the shelf.

Went to the store with my insulated shopper's bag recently and was asked if I was going to pay for what I had in my shopper's bag, AND had gotten looked at like I was going steal, to which I DIDN'T. I paid for EVERYTHING I had in my bag. They DO NOT be have more lanes open when they should. Sometimes I feel like they be thinking I want to steal from them.

Produce is really very good and of good quality, staff friendly and helpful, parking lot at this location is roomy. Right now they're changing some things around in the store, so it's in a bit of disarray but you can still easily find products you're looking for. Prices are acceptable and often lower than larger chain grocery stores.

Bad I was sitting in line waiting on in the back my stuff she told the lady behind us to come on around didn't even tell us you hit the bag your own baggage or the bags cost $0.03 she waited till we get the bag and it's a you know that cost $0.03 common sense you would have told somebody about this I will never be back

Only 2 registers open out of 5. Today a light skinned woman was on her cell phone at the register and couldn't even do her job properly. Took forever, mind you the ONE person in front of us had 10 items or fewer. Where is the management?

Not bad, but definitely not better than other savealot stores I have visited in other areas of town. Just not stocked like other stores like Lavergne, TN or Shelby County, TN. The aforementioned stores have better products and options.

The Clarksville Pike location is not letting customers use the bathroom. I think that's Very unpleasant. If you're going in to spend your money. You should be able to use it. I was told it's not open to the public. I was shopping.

Staff turn over is very high!!! Store resets too frequent. I can never find what i need and some of the staff is rude. There are a few cashiers that are extremely sweet. If they ever left this store i would shop else where.

Came under new ownership recently and the store is much better stocked than it used to be. Brand variety and produce is so-so but has everything you need in a convenient place instead of making the trek to kroger.

Not big but convenient to this community. I live near this store Air B&B , walk 3minutes to this store, buy eggs, fruits, milk and bread for breakfast. Store is clean , worthy to visit if you live near this area.

Cashiers love their phones more than checking you out. Might as well have self check out. I have yet to hear a greeting from any of the workers. I assume they saved on customer service training because it shows.

Doors very clean and neat. I usually get fresh vegetables fruit at a reasonable price. If you need staples beans oatmeal cereal. Not a whole lot of brand items but definitely save. And good quality meat.

I enjoy the cleanliness of the overall store and the quality of the store brands. A couple of items I WILL NEVER buy a second time. But for the most part, this location remains a great place to shop.

It’s very convenient and close and nice to have as an alternative to Kroger which is always crowded. The produce is always fresh and they have great deals on meat, especially pork!

This store has good prices but is usually out of stock. I like the one in Madison better the cashiers are not friendly on Clarksville highway they do have pick five.
