I gave them four stars because the store was so clean and neat and organized. They did not have the item that I was looking for, Light their website said, and every shelf was in short supply. However, there didn't seem to be a line of people looking for the items that they were short on or didn't have. I mean plenty of people were shopping, but the store was so neat and clean and organized and the produce looks so good and fresh and beautiful that, you know, it didn't matter because everything else I was looking for was there. Some of the prices on the shelf rang up like a dime or $0.20 more than what they were on the shelf but considering how short-handed businesses are right now I'd say that's to be expected. I mean we can't expect them to do everything without the staff. but, they did a great deal with the staff that they had; and they we're over the top for the most important things. Such as: cleanliness neatness faced and fronted items and kind employees.

Really a mess. I sanitized a cart only to have my groceries automatically put into another cart that was the person before me. Zero efforts to keep minimal contact. No employees wore masks. No plexiglass. My cashier was coughing (probably allergies, but seriously) This store is just a close to home quick stop but I wish I had gone down the road. Normally not the most kept up store but obviously they haven't tried to step it up at all.

Okay now a lot of people do not care for Save-A-Lot stores I guess because they do not carry a lot of name-brand food items but the items that they do care are wonderful I mean they may be off brand but a lot of Save-A-Lot off brand items are very good and I prefer them over some of the name brand items. I shop here at least once a week- maybe a couple of times a week this is my main store and what I can't find here I go to Kroger's.

DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THIS PICTURE!The prices are pretty good but the stuff is not all high quality. .what is grade B butter exactly? Many times the price is wrong and they will not honor it up front. I can not find everything I use here for my shopping needs.I just shop the sales to save a few bucks and buy my other groceries some place else.Its old and not kept clean..But the employees are very friendly.

The management team needs to be remodeled due to Poor Customer Service skills and some of the employees they are hiring are Base Heads with lazy attitudes and never want to work the cashier lol just sad how they keep letting all the good employees off. The store itself it's fine but just the people they have working for the company is my issue.......BEWARE!!!!

I love save-a-lot BC u save lots of money and u really get a lot for a little. Its located off Gallatin Pike right by a cities trends and shoe show and planet fitness before due west plaza. This is cool they do run out of some things pretty regularly so just be aware and they usually have 1 or 2 ppl working there on any giving day # long lines sometimes :"/

I live pretty close to this Save a Lot so I regularly visit it, it's a grocery store catering to local folks as far as staples are concerned it was going downhill for almost a year if not longer but seems to have bounced back shelves aren't as bare as was the case in the past it's a good place to get the milk, bread, so on so on

Good place to shop the only bad thing is they always have the same things and nothing new but it's cheap and affordable for low income families to get things they need to get by and the month it might not be for the people born with a silver spoon in their mouth because they would think the food is not good enough for them

It's pretty Sorry that these stores taking advantage of COVID/19 at their own discretion. I shopped in there for over an hour and asked to use the restroom their reply was "it's closed due to covid." How ironic that I was about to spend $300+ on groceries there walked around for an hour but can't use the facilities.

Long line need more staff behind the cash register and need to restock when things start to get empty and no one on the floor to help you if you need help you have to wait in line to ask the cash register person she told me that they were short of staff that's why they haven't stocked up

Let me start my saying first they make you pay for bags it wasn't like that before and then absolutely none of their carts have safety belts that is illegal and when I told an employee she said it's not her fault people cut them off like really they just come in and cut every one

Although it was colder in the store than outside and the shelves looked like they either just had inventory or they're going out of business which I hope isn't the case.. I still found what I needed and the workers were still very kind .. i hope the heat is fixed by now..

The new management had definitely made it a shoppable store. But as a Jewish person the Christian music blasting in the store feels very uncomfortable. It’s like “yeah we will take your money but here’s a reminder that our religion is the most important.” ‍♂️ …

Nice store very clean. I was surprised considering the last time I visited a savealot it was in Millersville TN and it smelled like rotting meat. Way better here in Madison TN. Someone here actually cares about their store and customers too. It's obvious.

Love this company... , Iam EXTREMELY disappointed that the Clarksville store has been closed. I simply refuse to drive more than an hour away to save a few bucks, not at these gas prices very disappointed!

Lovely, helpful staff and really low prices on fresh meat has made Save A Lot one of my favorite places for grocery shopping. They are also one of the only places nearby that sells Jade Dragon Egg Rolls..absolutely YUM!

Reasonably priced Madison grocery store. Nice and clean store with everything priced and able to view. Love the deals at this store I travel for North Nashville to thia area to get my meats and bottled water.

They usually only have 1 line open even at the busiest time of day and they have workers that don't know anything when you ask about where something is or if they even have an item. This includes the manager

I go there a lot to get some food after planet fitness’ work out. Some of their food is cheaper than Walmart! Quality is also good. Customer service is good, never have any problem. plenty parking spots.

I miss going to Save a Lot. I needed some ethnic items for my holiday punch and they had it. In 5 different varieties. I glanced around and the freezer section had a booming variety as well.

I went here looking for chitterlings for my mom. The store is very, very, clean. The customer service was great. The only draw back is you have to search for the item you are looking for.

This Save-A-Lot is clean and has a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. It has a wide variety of products and stays well stocked. A fantastic place to pick up some groceries...

Went in there and there was NO food! I've never been in a grocery store that was completely empty. Why was they even open if there wasn't hardly anything on the shelves? Ridiculous.

All though the prices are OK most of the time. I have had 3 times that of price of the items were displayed wrong and the manager refused to sell them at the marked price.

Friendly cashiers. They hire older workers who know what customer service is. If there is an extra low price basket of food for a quick sale, they will let you know.

The cashier discriminating against people with service animals and dema ding to see papers for then will definitely make us one time shoppers. Will NOT be returning.

Wonderful place to shop on a budget because just because the price isn't the same as a big well known market the same rules are followed.
