Worst service ever when buying shoes there. I’m from Arizona and took a vacation to San Diego and I had to go back there because the last time I was there it was perfection all around. I asked the person working if that was all the sizes he had and he just nodded his head yes. Even though I felt his ignorance I still went ahead and bought 2 pairs of sandals, once my husband paid for them I saw a pair of a different color and I asked if I could exchange one of the pairs I bought and again he made this expression like it was a serious inconvenience, I then told him oh please if it’s much for you to do then forget it! He had no response whatsoever! I really wanted to just return my whole purchase but I love the sandals! Well that will definitely be my last visit there!

Stopped by to check out flip flops (me) and waterproof sandals (my wife). Salesperson very knowledgeable about features of different shoes at store. With a long, narrow, flat foot I had particular needs. I was given a variety of styles and prices and settled on one that seemed the best. Shoes are sold, except for a sale table, at MSRP, but I was willing to pay that for the service and to support Bricks and Mortar stores. My wife was pleased with her purchase as well.

The shop is so cute and clean They offer sandals and have polarized glasses, some backpacks/purses. They have a few different sandals brands (rainbow,reef,olukai,sunuk,Cobian,Roxy, and teva) The customer service is great! You can try the shoes on in the shop. They also have some "sister" companies in the seaport village. Prices seem to range depending on the brand.

Awesome little shop. The guy working took the time to make sure that the sandals I was looking at fit me correctly. He didn't have the color/size in his shop so he called a sister store and had them grab a pair for me.

I just bought some of what I think will be my new favorite sandals! The guy working was extremely helpful and patient as I tried on several brands and styles. They are retail prices, these brands rarely are on sale.

The strap on the sandals I was wearing broke.... I stopped in and within 5 minutes had a perfect pair of Sanuk flip flops in size 11....I was out and on my way again! The man working was helpful and very pleasant.

The guy really knew his shoes,bit of a up selling but this location way better than the other store.
