I came here during my stay at Gaia hotel. At first I was a bit hesitant going there because usually hotel spas are overpriced. But then I checked the price are very reasonable, even cheaper than common spas in jakarta so I decided to book for the next day. I tried the 90 minutes reflexology. I managed to fall asleep during the massage which means It was thaaaat gooood. The view was amazing too, you can see in the pictures and video (even though I fell asleep after 5 minutes and couldn’t enjoy the view). My massage therapist name is hesti if I’m not mistaken. I strongly recommend this spa if you happen to visit bandung.

I think it's different for each treatment and masseuse.. My friend take the back and shoulder massage + stretch theraphy and she feel that it's really superb. I originally took the reflexology 60 + back and shoulder massage, but the receptionist suggest I took the refloxology 90 because it's the same, and it's a big dissapointment. Not just the pressure is not right, but also the masseuse cut my treatment to 80 min (she say start at 18.57, finish at 20.17).. Maybe she count the feet washing time too? But my friend's also got that, and she got exactly 80 min for 2 treatment, so yeah..

sangat terkesan reflexy disini, pelayanan yang baik dan ramah ditambah pemandangan yang menakjubkan membuat semakin relax. Fasilitas, suasana, aroma dan musiknya semua perpaduan yang pas. Pijatannya enak tidak kasar, terapisnya ramah dan perhatian. Sudah pasti akan kembali ke Sepik kalo main ke Bandung lagi.

Amazing relaxing spa, had aromatherapy with therapist Anna, very professional with sweet character. Also, receptionist Nining was very welcoming and friendly, explained the process and provided healing tea with cake at the end. Sepik spa is highly recommended during your stay at Gaia hotel.

Great place and comforting music and seats. Had reflexology here, massaged with right amount of strength and the people were very nice!! Also loved the dessert and beverage they served after. (The dessert is from full massage not reflexology.) Highly recommended and may come back!
