"Why are they so awful and undeskilled? Why? Twice we have been there to do get our Medicare card and with out checking anything they just gave us a form to fill up but actually our card was ready and sent to the wrong address! We found this information whe we called Medicare aus"

"I don't know if this is the right place to write the review for these persons, but I personally would like to thank Ash Hinsheri for providing exceptional customer service even over the phone"
I twice requested for contact from a local social worker. If you miss a call they don't bother to leave a voicemail. And they may call again a few hours later on the day they are scheduled to contact you, which you are expected to wait all day to receive. And the second time I was scheduled to be called during a one hour morning time slot, they didn't call me. Appalling service. They should be stripped of their accreditation. What they failed to tell me earlier, is that their social workers apparently only deal with youth issues and domestic violence. And they do not provide any services, nor help away from their office. What is on their website is not true.
They'll tell you to get on the phones or the computers and dismiss anything you have to say to them. You'll wait for 2+ hours to give them a piece of paper which has a 50% chance of being attached to your file. Most of them will look down on you. The guy with the interesting shirts is the best one there. Bring a book or a phone and expect people around you to be really irritated.
Why are they so awful and undeskilled? Why? Twice we have been there to do get our Medicare card and with out checking anything they just gave us a form to fill up but actually our card was ready and sent to the wrong address! We found this information whe we called Medicare aus. Why Tasmanian gov services stinks? Why?
If I could give less stars I would. Have been trying to reach Centrelink by phone because what I need is not on website. They keep hanging up on me, no matter which number I use. Talk about frustrating!!! There is no nearby office that I can just call into... They wonder why people get angry :(
I don't know if this is the right place to write the review for these persons, but I personally would like to thank Ash Hinsheri for providing exceptional customer service even over the phone. Couldnt be grateful enough. Keep up the good work! Thank you once again.
I have visited this facility on four occasions. On each occasion I have found the staff thoroughly helpful, professional and friendly. I have experienced minimal waiting time and the facility has a pleasant ambience. All in all a very satisfying experience.
Very quiet. Was called up to desk in less than 2 minites after seeing front reception. Informed me of changed reporting date. Quickly dealt with. Excellent customer service. I highly reccommend making the effort & going in when you have a issue to resolve.
Mrs. Jane in Medicare office didn’t assist me to renew my Medicare card, I have been asked to back to Cygnet and print visa copy, scan and email to us, the same copy which was already there in the system. Unbelievable pathetic service
I was going to enrol and apply medicare card, I went there with all documents that was required and the staff told me they would post it to my home..But it has been past 2 months and I still haven’t received the medicare card..
Workers were of a high vibration. The love in this place is profound. A truly enlightening experience.
