Dined in today with 4 of us and a pram. Would not recommend dining at this restaurant. We walked in and was seen straight away. There was no hi how are you he just looked at us said table for four and then we were sat. Menus were given to us and thats about where the customer service stopped. I have to hand it to them the place looked super clean because the waitstaff were too busy cleaning the empty tables then serving the customers they had in there. We wrote our order down and waited for someone to approach us to see how we were or if we wanted drinks to start with. No one came to our table. As we were looking around there were 5 other tables dining in and we were probably the biggest table. So very quiet lunch period. We had to call out for service to give our order, ask for a drink menu, ask to clean our table, ask for straws or glass for our drinks. The only thing they initiated on their own was replacing our empty water and giving us our food. I felt like we did everything except cook the food. Once we finished our bulk dumpling order we decided to order some more with dessert. 40 mins went passed when we had to ask where our food was. The lady came back to us and apologised that our order hadnt been put through the system. 5 tables and not one wait staff noticed our food wasnt coming out. She asked if we still wanted it and said no thank you we are just going to leave. We got to the front and approached what looked like the manager. He didnt even smile or ask how our food was he just gave us the total amount of the bill. He literally looked like he had no idea what he was doing. We explained what happened and asked if we were charged for the extra food that wasnt delivered. He couldnt give us a straight answer and just said yes and the total amount again. We kept going around in circles and i asked to see the bill myself to make sure. Once he gave us the bill he just walked off. We were left to settle our own bill. He didnt come back at all and we reached over the counter to take our reciept. No apology or compensation was offered to us. 1 star given for the food because it was actually great food but without customer service you have no restaurant. We wont return nor recommend this place. Good luck staying open.
We started the evening with their handmade dumplings-pork, chicken and prawn. They were light and so flavourful. Along with this we kept munching on their prawn crackers, this was so addictive I can’t tell you!! Moved on to the sizzling dumplings and flaming dumplings. This was a new experience to me for sure and loved every bit of it. My favourite would be the triple cheese mix sauce. The dumplings were oozing with cheese and it was absolute heaven!! I also liked the satay because I’m one for flavour always! We also had a taste of some of their special fried rice, noodles and their sizzling beef that was packed with flavour. I wasn’t a huge fan of the tofu but that’s because maybe I’m still not used to the texture in my mouth. Finally ended this feast with the most adorable super bro buns that had a chocolate filling and red bean filling. They’re not just your average Chinese eatery but one that is ready to take your tastebuds on an exciting experience you’ve never imagined before. We were so spoilt for choice from signature dumplings and sizzler dumplings to side dishes and ending the meal with sweet buns. It was such a flavourful ride!
Went in for some lunch after hearing great reviews about their dumplings in particular. Right off the bat the restaurant was quite dark with some lights blown which made it a bit hard to comfortably see everything, but we moved past that. The lady serving was nice, so no complaints there. The food was also ok (although some dishes were a bit bland), but the 2 very dumplings we went for (pork and beef) were sold out which was a let-down. Honestly the most off-putting thing was the sound of coughing and hacking up phlegm that we were hearing coming from the kitchen. We tried to ignore it the first couple of times but it continued throughout our whole meal and if anything, got continually worse. I usually try and see the good in most places I eat at, but hearing someone in the kitchen (presumably the cook) coughing and hacking the whole time without a mask and around the very food we were eating was not a nice experience and I personally wouldn’t recommend this place.

Was very excited to hear that a new dumpling joint had opened, however our experience did not meet up to expectations at all. When we got there, we were told that we could not order any food because they were too busy, yet more than half of the restaurant was empty... Other customers waiting for their order were clearly frustrated, and many of the takeaway orders were wrong. We were told that we could not be seated when there were many, many empty tables. Waitresses did not know what was going on, and there were no means of communication between any of the staff. Will not be coming back again, nor recommending this place to anyone... Ended up driving to the Flemington restaurant, which was fully seated, bustling and vibrant. We were seated and served instantly.
This was our 5th visit to Shanghai Brothers and its great to see it’s still so popular! Unfortunately on our night the team were short staffed, plus a new team member on board, so the service had some issues. Thankfully we know that this is a one off (and let’s face it, every place is currently having staffing issues). Our meal included Steamed Prawn Dumplings, BBQ Pork Buns, Beef Wok Flat Fried Noodle, Sizzling Fillet Steak and Shanghai Brothers Fried Rice and all the dishes were delicious! The super friendly staff definitely made up for their shortcomings by serving a great menu and maintaining their composure throughout the night. Definitely worth a visit - just allow some patience on your side of the service.

Downgrading my review... I have come here religiously every Friday night and ordered takeaway for the past 3 weeks. After tonight 21/02 I waited almost 20 minuets for a tub of steamed rice which took the girl 5 seconds to get for me aftwr compaling i had waitied 40 min for my food. I also have to say the honey chicken wasn't the greatest tonight with the batter being raw. The food is absolutely amazing at this place! Beef with black probably one of the best I've had, the fried rice is also on point and the singarpore noodles are great! (room for improvement, don't let this be the reason your rating goes down) I will keep coming back here but I think I got of better communication from staff to customers on wait times needs a little bit of improving.
the worst service i have ever received. their online prices haven’t been updated in 3 years, so be prepared to pay $10 extra when you arrive to collect your order. i raised the issue with both girls at the front counter who refused to provide a discount even though the price issue was not my fault. told me providing a discount to make up for the error was “not how it works” and refused to make any changes. ALL staff were aware that their online prices were wrong and didn’t care, they laughed about it instead of rectifying the situation. Would not recommend. if i could give 0 stars i would.

Had the worst experience. My Family and I thought we would give this place a go as we love dumplings. Our usual place is Angies Dumplings in Plenty valley but given that a local dumpling place opened up we thought we would give it a go. Never again. We received part of our dishes within 10 minutes including rice for the mains. We then waited for 1 hour to receive the mains to go with the cold rice. To make things even worse, when the mains came out I found a piece of hair in the dish. Given that I am bald, the waitress knew it was a hair from the kitchen. We should have realises that the food was of poor quality when the couple next to us walked out complaining that their food was not cooked properly. Very disappointed
Everything was so good. We ordered the dumpling soup like things which were interesting and nice, we ordered pan fried pork dumplings which also surprised us (I've never been a fan of dumplings but this place changed me) we also had sweet and sour chicken and satay beef. Meat, sauce and batter was all good easily best in craigieburn (not much competition) Only thing I'd recommend is changing the fried icecream instead of having chocolate topping, Golden Syrup is MUCH nicer. We wouldnt get the fried icream again but wasn't tooo bad. Standout on the sauces. Full of flavour (sweet and sour and satay) Can't wait to try more. Hopefully this review has helped others. Next time the cheese dumpling we will try also.
Came here for Father’s day dinner as we were craving dumplings. A newly opened dumplings restaurant in Craigieburn. The place is nice and clean and the staff are very accommodating. We ordered Steamed Prawn dumplings, Pan fried chicken & prawn dumplings, Steamed pork wonton with Szechuan sauce, Pork wonton noodle soup, and Soy Sauce fried rice. All the dumplings are juicy. Pan fried dumplings had a nice crunch to it and very delicious. The steamed pork wonton with Szechuan sauce is a tad sweet for my son’s palate. We liked the simplicity of the Soy Sauce fried rice, simple but well-seasoned. The food are reasonably priced and the service is good. We will definitely come back to try their other dishes.
In other restaraunts, when you order a seafood item off the menu (specifically noodles) you'd expect the same ingredients used as every other restaraunt. Imitation crab, small frozen "shrimp" and calamari that you can use as chewing gum. I was amazed and shocked when I took a bite of a big size prawn. The tenderness of the prawn blew me away, not overcooked but tender. The calamari's texture felt like the chef knew exactly what he was doing. I wasnt too sure of the flavour of the Mopa Noodles (Just spicy and couldnt taste any other flavour) however the texture of the noodles and overall flavour of the dish was outstanding. Ive always chosen Shanghai Brother's as my go to asian place. 4/5 !
To be honest, this is the worst dumplings I've ever tasted. Working next door to them I thought to order from them my staff meal for approx 10 people. Order a 150$ takeaway but they were not worth the money. The chessy dumplings was a absolute fraud as they gave some shredded chese in a small container which was blunt and not enough for 22 dumplings. The chicken fillets were ridiculously spicy and pork springs roll was all vegetables and chicken dumplings hardly found any chicken mince. The fried rice was too salty. Went to talk to them but there was a long que of people waiting and came back. Be aware of the cheesy dumplings people. Never coming back again.
I ordered through door dash towards the end of the night. They accepted the order knowingly that they cannot fulfil my whole order. I did not receive any calls to confirm missing items. They just sent what they had and ignored the rest. Made me go through dispute resolution to claim back missing item. If you would like to guess what part of your order you will receive please go ahead and order from them. If your day job isn't keeping you busy enough you'll definitely have more work to do going through dispute resolution for missing items.

I had a veg noodles was extremely salty and did not complain as did know won't change anything as waiter was not helpful as well . My wife had a Chiken fried rice and she said it's not special was but did the job. However the ambience was really good. I do not recommend, this place to anyone.

This restaurant pretends they do not understand English while making the customers feel very unwelcome. We have been to this restaurant previously and the food was good and we decided to make a booking and take our friends visiting us which we did at 8:45 pm. We are told the restaurant would close at 10 pm and the last order would be at 9:30 pm but we get a call at 9:00 pm advising us that there is no food left and that the lst order would be at 9:15 pm. Things changed dramatically in 15 minutes. Avoid this restaurant if you can want to avoid disappointment.

Chinese, not sure, every dish I ordered was not as I had imagined or experienced, Australian Chinese staple Sweet and Sour Pork was like the Chef had a brain freeze and made fried pork, no sauce, dry as Sahara desert. Next was noodles with Classic sauce, I ordered Classic sauce to play it safe but I reckon the Chef took offence and delivered noodles which were so shameful (tasteless, confused) that Maggie noodles would feel Michelin star, rice was OK, and the best thing was that I had to wait extra 45 minutes for this gastronomical nightmare......

Worst experience ever!! Would not recommend! Staff are so rude and unprofessional. I called back to let them know our order was missing, the Indian lady kept hanging up on me. First time they stuffed up I went back giving them the benefit of the doubt, but after stuffing up again and again and making us pay extra we will not be returning. If I could, I would rate 0. Not sure if new owners but have definitely gone down hills.

Newly opened Chinese restaurant at Craigieburn. We arrived at 5pm for dinner and tried pan fried chicken and seafood dumplings, Peking duck and BBQ pork buns. Quick service since it was not very busy at that time, food was sitting at medium to high level. Prices were reasonable. Customer services was friendly. I think this is probably the only proper Chinese restaurant in Craigieburn, there is not much competition at this stage. So keep up the quality of food and customer services, I am sure you will get more business in near future. Will come back again!
Staff is really helpful and the food is really tasty. The sauces is really good and fresh. I highly recommend the chicken and corn soup.

Found the food to be acceptable for the dumplings, although the special fried rice needs work with real roast pork! The same with the duck pancakes! Service needs improvement majorly waited 30 mins to be seated, order was taken in a acceptable time. Had to wait nearly 30 mins for first dumpling dish which is not acceptable. Then had to repeatedly ask for another dumpling dish , and Jasmine tea. Left pretty disappointed at poor service, and a very disorganised way of running things. These things need addressing urgently. Certainly not up to standard.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. You have to write your own order. Give instructions of what are entrees and mains and what order to bring them and the still got it completely wrong. 2 entrees ordered 1 came out waited 20 minutes for the second to come out in the meantime they put our mains on the pass which then sat there for 20 minutes and then brought them to the table while we were still eating our entrees and they expected us to be ok with that. Food flavour left a lot to be desired. Never again will we dine here.
Delicious hokein noodles and rice noodles. Veggie dumplings were amazing. The wait time is comparatively low. Liked the vibe and felt welcomed. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed eating here after reading so many good reviews. We booked ahead as recommended and a large table was not available when we arrived and we had to wait while they moved furniture around. We tried a variety of dishes, most of which were honestly rather boring in flavour, especially the fried rice, black bean and wontons. Dumplings were probably the best thing, however were overpriced in comparison to our other go to dumpling place. Tried it now, but don't think I'll be back. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
6 of us dined here on 30/07/2021 and I must say $200+ was a big waste of money. We got our fried rice before the entree. By the time we got out mains the rice was cold. Talk about the mains, it was so bad that after a few mouthfuls we left the food on the table. The Mongolian beef was very chewy and very salty. The Mongolian prawns were very firm and the sauce was also very salty. When you complained they just look at you and walk away. This place is dead for us, Never again will I step Inside the place again.
Well where do I start. Had to wait an Xtra 45 mins for our order then to top it off they tried to charge a 15 % surcharge for a Saturday during Easter which isn't a public holiday. As they claimed it to be. That added an Xtra $8.10 to the order. So all day they have charged people that. Not the staffs fault they were told to charge that. I would of rather of give the girls a tip. Just rude the amount of people they would of conned today. Never again. Oh and the food don't get me started considering the wait time
Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had, I actually cannot think of a worse meal I’ve ever had out.. Rice comes out first, we were told food will come out randomly…. Entrees came out mid way , some hot and some cold.. honey chicken was sickly sweet and calamari was over cooked (rock hard) … sizzling beef was ok, but everything else was terrible… Probably should have walked out when we were told to write down our order for them…

Overall, Shanghai Brothers does a really great job with their menu and we've ordered multiple times with them. Great noodle and rice meal options, and their dim sims are yum. However their Spring Onion Pancake (which we ordered today) was a bit of a joke. Tiny, barely any filling, plain and a little stale even. Not worth the $6.40 they charged, to be honest. Real shame, as it prevents them from getting 5 stars from me.

Returned again, finally being able to dine in again since covid but unfortunately a lot has changed. My favourite dish was the sizzling vegetarian dumplings with satay sauce but they have changed the recipe of the dumplings completely so it's a lot more western with peas and carrots. Very disappointed I can't have my favourite dumplings anymore. Many of the vegetarian dishes aren't on the menu anymore either so unfortunately I likely won't return.

If i could rate it 0 i would. Rang to complain about the delivery time. The lady blamed it on uber. What a joke! Clearly I could see they were preparing our meal for over an hour. Ordered at 7pm. Got our meals at 855pm. You should make customers aware how long delivery is on the uber app instead of advising up to 45min. 100% will not be ordering from this restaurant again. 2hrs is absolutely pathetic!!! And to top it off our food was not hot. Disgusting!

Great customer service and amazing food in a lovely clean restaurant with fair, affordable prices. Legitimately some of the best dumplings we've had, and we love our dumplings. The Shanghai Brothers fried rice was also extremely delicious. If you're looking for somewhere great to eat with family and friends, or if you're just looking for decent Chinese take-away, it is definitely worth trying Shanghai Brothers. You may discover your new favourite Chinese restaurant as we did!
Just wanted to try a new restaurant in Craigieburn and ordered takeaway from here based on the good reviews. I was asking if i could get only 6 of the pork wontons rather than 12, initially they said they can’t and then i was okay with 12. Came home and opened the order and found that i have been given 6 of the prawns dumplings which I didn’t order. The prawns dumplings weren’t great as well. The veg fried rice wasn’t good too. Ruined my sunday dinner. Wouldn’t go back again.
First visit recently. I am a vegetarian, tried some vegetarian options, liked them, but I think they could have been better. Husband had the vegetarian along with chicken dumplings, but he did not like the dumplings at all. He says he wouldn’t want to come again, but I love all types of asian food, would definitely come back to try something different. Great customer service and nice ambience.

I have been to Shanghai Brothers multiple times in the last few months and have never been disappointed. Tonight I placed an online order due to lockdown and realised they didn't have their Prawn Crackers on the menu. I left them a little note saying they should add them for next them and they sent a bag with my online order. It was a really nice gesture and shows they care about their customers. Thank you Shanghai Brothers. Keep up the amazing work.
It was pretty decent, I've only had their dumplings and fried noodles. The dumplings were great and would definitely reccommend and their noodles did have a nice flavour, although, they do put a little too much sauce and by the bottom there was way too much sauce for the noodles, but alas, a minor issue. The wait time for the food was great, and the in-dining experience is also pretty nice. Overall, go to this place, its great for a quick meal.
Great dumplings and good service in Craigieburn. The employees are kind, helpful and provide an overall good experience. The dumplings are spot on, taste great and to think we have something like this in the Northern Suburbs is amazing! Looks like business is booming too, we tried to come without booking on a Saturday 5pm and was told it was completely booked out, which was completely fine. We'll be back soon! Congratulations on the new store.
The girls were so lovely Order vegetarian and chicken dumplings, both were 10/10 - they give you the perfect amount of soy sauce I didn’t think I could be so happy about spring rolls…. but these were the best spring rolls I’ve ever had.

Why are we waiting 45 minutes when the restaurant is completely and utterly empty? When we've called for pickup over an hour prior to attending the restaurant? Worst still, wouldn't common sense say, for a take away restaurant the least you would do is provide tissues and cutlery?? You couldn't even provide the basics. And I waited 45 minutes??? What a shame. Nevertheless I wouldn't return to this place ever again. Biggest waste of $70
WOW! Dined here with friends and was absolutely blown away. The Pork Belly with Bok Choy? Unforgettable. Perfectly crispy pork combined with fresh bok choy. Hands down, a top pick for Chinese cuisine in town. Can't wait to return!

Take it from me as an Chinese that ate here. The dumplings are the frozen ones that you would buy from Asian Grocers, and Ive eaten many of them, not that they’re bad, its just that they’re not homemade and taste frozen, the deep fried Wontons are the biggest disappointment from me, they taste like the ones you would buy from Costco and the wonton is just bad at all aspects. If you want a real Chinese Food Experience, don’t go here
Takeaway order for the dumplings in szechuan chilli oil, fried rice, sweet n sour pork, my basic trial pack to see how well they do. Since leaving Melbourne and moving regional I've struggled with how bad the Chinese food options are out here, these guys have restored my faith. Fresh, tasty and delicious, keep up the good work. These guys dumplings are amazing and we will definitely be back, the travel time is worth it.

Tried a fair few dumplings in my life and these would have to be up there, reason being - they don't make you thirsty like a whole tub of MSG has been added, dumplings are a perfect thickness and size and just taste DELICIOUS!! Craigieburn does not offer many great asian food options, but since Shanghai brothers have opened I am happy to say that I will be content eating dumplings here every Friday!
A really decent choice for food. I really like the Lemon Chicken made here. Upped to a 4* on reflection. We will try dining in to experience the atmosphere. Update to follow :)

We’ve been here quite a few times and it started off great but has steadily got worse over the last few visits. Most recent was extremely slow service, long times between dishes, then the pan fried dumplings came out burnt. They explained that’s what happens in order to cook them all the way through, which is totally ridiculous. Shame as we liked going here but we won’t go back now.
Very nice little store. You can tell they put their effort in. The food was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Very rarely is my family's tastebuds satisfied and they took a liking to this place.

Ive had the dumplings here before which were great... however, went here for dinner and they had run out of pork dumplings, so we ordered a few dishes off the menu including a laksa which was so bland my partner didnt eat it. Fried rice also lacked flavour badly along with the roast duck pancakes. Just no flavour at all, very disappointing. They should just stick to dumplings.
We ordered a meal around 7:30 and we waited until 8:15 pm even though it said we would have it delivered by 8 and when we went there to ask what happened, they claimed the order didn't go through and they didn't end up making our meal. They didn't even give an apology for messing up our order.

Average priced dishes with limited somewhat variedstick with the handmade dumplings as they are value for money. Good when you have cravings for Chinese if you're a local otherwise you're better off going into Melbourne's Chinatown. Gave 4 stars as they can chop and change some of the mains with your choice of meats/vegetables and choice of selected sauces.
Just ordered laksa hoping I would get the same expectation when I had fried dumplings last week. Sooo disappoimted! Its just bland on all aspects. Soup is too diluted and has lost the flavours of laksa. To the cook, I am sure you have tasted your soup, but have ypu tried it with the noodles??? I hope this review will be taken as a work in progress.
Must visit place for amazing chinese food. Good food, good service and delicious dumplings…..what else you would want for spending a quality times. The stir fry, laksa, noodles, fried rice….that comes with many options and sauce are worth trying. The szechuan chilli sauce with dumplings are to die for. Would visit soon again! More
We ordered takeaway last night, chicken noodles in black pepper sauce. The chicken was old and taste very bad. My sister vomited after having that. This is second time they have disappointed us. First time, I found bolt in my takeaway food and second time, old tasteless chicken. I am not going to order ever from there now onwards.
I had a good experience at the restaurant. The food is very good and I recommend you to try dumplings, noodles and fried rice. The ambience of the place is very good. Highly recommended.

Delicious food. Nice feel to the restaurant. Clean. Great service. Ordered the following: -chicken and prawn dumpling....So so good -chicken and corn soup....exactly the way it should be -sweet and sour chicken....not bad in any way, but nothing too noteworthy -Kung pao chicken....spicy kick was pleasantly surprised
This place is a hidden gem in the north. Dumplings are amazing and the banana fritter and custard buns are to die for. Service is above average and the options on the menu suit all dietary requirements Top notch spot, highly recommend!!

Came on a Sunday night, service was prompt. Ordering is typical for an Asian restaurant where you write your own order. Food came quickly and without issue. The menu was vast but simple with dumplings, shared mains and desserts. The only thing I didn't like was that the tables are too small. Would try again.
No BYO = No GO..... Firstly un Australian, thought you can't refuse byo but charge a corkage... Then the female waitress deserved her one star. The hard wooden seats are a hard as the service. The food was good, everything else let's down the Kitchen.

This was our go to spot but now I will not be going here anymore. I ordered the friend rice and I was eating and noticed some bites were like eating egg shells but when I came across a bigger piece I checked and found small broken glass pieces in my rice. So upset because I loved the food & service.
Dumplings: wontons in chilli sauce not spicy at all, beef dumplings average, stir fry beef noodles- the beef not much flavour and sweet and sour chicken lot of meat but much less veggies like capsicum and pineapple.

Ordered dumplings and fried rice. Never coming back again because the food was so bad, tasteless and bland. Had one dumpling and threw the rest away.

We ordered takeaway dumplings and soup and they were amazing. The dumplings tasted fresher and yummier then most dumping places I have been to in Melbourne so far even though we ate them after bringing them home from the restaurant. Looking forward to going back to try more dishes soon.
The worst chicken curry laksa and salt & pepper calamari I've ever eaten. The laksa soup was mostly oil and the calamari batter tasted like plastic. If you're reading this review please trust me and look somewhere else to eat.

Cancelled a delivery order via Doordash despite the app providing updates that the dasher was waiting to pick up the order at the restaurant. This was AFTER they made us wait for an hour and then after all that inconvenience, provided NO explanation or reason for the cancellation.
Great ambience and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food. Had a great dining experience and highly recommend. Thank you Shanghai brothers team for great experience; will visit again.

Ordered veg fried rice and pork belly fried rice through Uber eats but veg rice was burnt bad and could not eat it. Tried calling them but the place was already closed. I had high expectations but totally disappointed. How could chef send a burnt food, totally not acceptable
I probably wouldn’t eat here again to be honest. The prawn chips were stale. Beef noodles, beef was reheated. Honey chicken was not nice either. Not sure if it’s quiet due to covid or just not great. Maybe give it a go yourself but it was a lot of money for little reward.
Cute and nice place to eat. Tried their dumplings and it was probably the best dumplings in Craigieburn (especially their panfried pork and ginger prawn dumplings). The service was great too! Girls are absolutely lovely 10/10 would go again. Also the music was a vibe ✨️
Third class restaurant ever visited. Food was very bad and have to wait more than hour. Previously it used to be best but nowadays very disappointed . Never going to visit again

Service was friendly and efficient. Food came out super speedy and extremely delicious. Honestly some of the best vegetarian dumplings I’ve ever had. The location is a little odd but I still recommend giving it a try if you’re after cheap tasty food.
Friendly staff, nice food and awesome dining environment. Definitely recommend.

Our takeaway food was tasty and quality was good! Pricing is competitive with other venues. The decor looked nice and we hope to dine in once the pandemic restrictions are lifted. Owner was very chatty :) I put it down to isolation blues! Lol!
Ordered for the first time tonight. I was craving noodles. BEST NOODLES I HAVE EVER HAD! I’ve found my new weekly takeaway. Amazing portion, and they did not skip on meat like other places. Thank you :)

Very nice new dumpling joint. I don't understand the negative feedback, perhaps the first few weeks of opening were different, but the food and service were excellent when I had attended for dinner a few nights ago. Would recommend.
Newly opened restaurant with incredibly nice and passionate staff. The dumplings we ordered were great and came out in a punctual manner despite an initial wait to get seated. Excellent service and awesome food. We will be back.
The food is quite authentic Chinese. The char kway teow, dumplings and Singapore noodles are delicious. Their special dine in lunch menu offers choices for $15. Hope it still is on but do check with them. Clean and great staff.
Food is pretty worth it every time I come. The waiters and front workers are really nice. even though you may wait a little bit when it’s busy, hospo is severely understaffed so don’t pay no mind to other impatient remarks.
Ordered take away for the first time and we were very disappointed. The fried rice was tasteless, the sweet and sour pork was dry, had no sauce what so ever. Don't think we will be ordering from this place anytime soon.
Handmade dumplings with tasty choice of sauces. Plenty of mains to choice from the dessert buns are the sweetest and very morish. The modern decor is very inviting the cute pictures on the wall are such a sweet touch.
This food was very bad, nobody ate what they ordered. Worst dumplings I’ve ever tasted & the “sizzling” beef had clearly never sizzled! Truly awful. So disappointed as good food in this area seems to be non existent.
Came here recently and haven’t stopped coming since the food is amazing and so worth every penny. We dined in the for the first time today and was served by the lovely Richa and will definitely be going back ❤️
The food was absolutely delicious! Atmosphere was pleasant and staff were very friendly. The dumplings and noodles were to die for. 10/10 would come back again to try something different next time.
We travel from Hoppers Crossing just to eat here because of the awesome food and service. The chef absolutely cooks from heart.

Fix your deliveroo or remove yourself form their app completely. I preordered a delivery, it never got accepted. I called up to ask and they claim they've "turned off" deliveroo because it has an old menu.
They used to have good dumplings but now a days the dumplings are consistently bad, being uncooked, lack flavour and skin being raw and bit too gooey

Newly opened the staff are friendly but still learning their jobs. I had a wonderful meal consisting of Mongolian beef, sizzling dumplings and soup. The beef 4/5 but the dumplings and soup were spot on
Amazing food. Still got after a 15 minute drive home. Food tastes great and even though the line up to order was out the door, service was second to none. This is now my new go to place for dinner!!
Delicious! Loved it, last time I went there didn't love the dumplings too much at all, service was exceptional though. This time both the service and the dumplings were perfect! cannot fault.
The Quality of the dishes is outstanding! Best Dumplings I've ever tasted So satisfied with the portions and still had this much left over. Will definitely be returning …
The food is very good, the place appears a bit quiet which is better anyway but it has exceeded my expectations during my multiple visits. Especially the dumplings and kung pao chicken.
Heard of a new dumpling place that opened up near where I lived, so decided to try it! Glad to say I had some of the best dumplings during lunch! Definitely coming back for more! :)
