I'm very pleased with the experience I had with this agency. Number one - an agent answers the phone, not an automated set of questions. My insurance needs were quickly understood and after some information gathering, options were provided. Throughout the conversation, Noah was very polite, friendly, personable and informative, and glad to answer my questions. I concluded by not only getting the tenant insuramce I was looking for, but also by changing my previous vehicle coverage to Desjardins, saving hundreds of dollars. The whole process was completed by phone in a timely fashion, and I received email confirmation with attached pink slips in short order. Another plus - their office is local and I was encouraged to drop in any time with any questions or concerns. All in all, I recommend this agency and Noah in particular.

I had a wonderful experience with SHELDON C. INSURANCE AGENCY! Sheldon himself has a very pleasant personality, and he is very calm, polite, and patient. That’s what you need from your insurance agent if you are like me and want to ask quite a lot of questions. The most important aspect that drove me toward them, however, was in fact the availability of Sheldon almost at any time! For most companies/agents you are lucky if you can get them on the phone after a 20-30 min waiting time (to my experience), or they may get back to you after 24-48 hours. But Sheldon was always easy to reach and responsive! This was extremely important for me, because with my condition, I could not afford losing time. I called this agency just before closing on a Friday night. I needed a tenants’ insurance package quickly. Kim answered my call and happily said it would be no problem, in fact she would walk me through the policy as we spoke. Very shortly everything was done. Kim sent me my policy and also sent it to the rental agent so they would have confirmation I did indeed have a tenants’ policy in place so I could pick up my key on the following Monday as planned.
