I recently went in to look for a specific shoe which they didn't have in my size nor color. I even asked one of the associates to help with finding the item. I noticed each aisle I walked down, an employee was nearby, looking in my direction. No one asked if I needed assistance. Being watched and followed through the store made me feel uncomfortable. Especially when there are other customers there as well. I even noticed one of the workers looking at my feet (I guess to see if I was walking out with a pair of their shoes) as I was exiting the store. I understand staff being alert but not every person of color is a thief. I probably will not return to this location.

The staff was awesome! The selections of athletic shoes were not bad, but just to many that was not in my size which actually made it a little easier for me to narrow down my decision on which 2 pair to purchase. So today was the last day to buy one get one 1/2 off and I was able to use a 10 bucks off coupon! Sweet! So I went a little crazy. I got shoes, socks, and b-ball caps. Dont forget to sign up for the rewards program it's free.

We ordered 2 pairs of shoes online. I went to the store to pick up and one pair was not there. The district manager was there and drove himself to another location to get the shoes and even droped them off for me to pick up at a location close to my house. You cant beat the dedication of the management team here. Thanks so much for your help. We will be back!!

Bad customer service. We weren’t greeted, when we left nobody said have a great day they just kept starring. While we were in the store the associates kept making me feel uncomfortable with the starring and I understand people steal but why would you all think I would be doing that, how do I give off a image that I’m a thieve ?

Got a pair of $70 shoes and the lady left the tag on the shoes and never gave us the receipt and said she never seen us before and thought we were stealing yet I told them to look at the cameras and they denied looking at them. Luckily I know someone who can get them off without drama. Will not go here again...EVER!

No wonder they call this Shoe Carnival, what a blast! I took my kids here to find some sneakers and Eddie unlocked the basketball simulator to let us try the shoes out! What a game changer. Lots of reputable brands like DeWalt, Wolverine, and WOLVERINE. Thank's Eddie for helping us out! You are the man!

Great selection of shoes and sandals, great prices… not too impressed about the staff here… they seem like they do t want to be here… I walked by at least 3 employees and not one has said hey to me or even asked if I needed help…. Disappointed….

The place is alright I don't like the fact that no one makes regular tennis shoes anymore. Everyone makes thus mesh stuff. Thus store was very clean well priced but there was no staff around. Hmmm. Just one person at the front.

I was one of the first customers in the store today. Made a point to get there early to beat the long checkout line. The 2 clerks in the store was so professional, courteous and helpful. I truly appreciated their sevice.

Haven't been back since about 10 years due to the poor customer service experience but looking to buy two pairs of shoes for best deals with surrounding places & this was the best & the CS experience was outstanding!

Customer service was terrible. They obviously thought we were stealing and wouldn't leave us alone. I've worked retail for ten years. If you think we are stealing fine... But don't make it so apparent...

They have a good selection of shoes. I took advantage of the buy one get one 1/2 off sale they currently have going on at this moment! They have something for everyone! The sale is a good bargain!

Great deals. Clean atmosphere. Great layout. Not too overwhelming. Low prices. Christina and Ben are cool associates and very helpful. Lots of stores surround. Easy to spot from the highway.

The store was clean, plenty of sales, at least one associate acknowledged my presence but I couldn't find anything. Sizes were few in most designs limiting choices. Left with nothing.

Bought two pair of sneakers. Hopefully they'll both work out. Buy one and second half off. Good deal....I like that they have plenty of room for sitting and putting boxes of shoes.

Not the best selection of men's dress shoes. In fact, it was quite lacking. I will say, that the staff was very pleasant the store was very clean.

Was torn between here and Nike at Charlotte outlet mall. Nike at Charlotte Premium Outlets has much better selection and WAY better prices.
