To the reviewer below me, I totally know what you mean about the clerk at this location with black hair. I am so happy to be reading your review. She made me feel like absolutely awful and belittled me yesterday. I’m posting the same review on here as I did to shoppers drug mart about my experience with her. Because this shoppers needs REAL CHANGE and it starts with the people. I am not one to write a review. This is the 3rd time I use the shipping services and the lady working at the Canada post office is extremely condescending to me. She barely looks at me in the eyes. She was reluctant to cut a piece of tape to secure my package and stated she’s not supposed ans she acted like she was doing me the biggest favour. She couldn’t even say bye to me or acknowledge me. She didn’t even need to process my shipments as I paid for them and did customs form prior all at home. She made me feel so bad about not having one box taped that I felt pressured to buy tape on the spot for one piece of lousy tape the box needed. I don’t know what I’ve done to her after waiting in line behind other people. She’s also talking to other customers about how she’s working overtime. I understand we are are human and it’s the holidays, but please don’t take out your frustrations on a customer you don’t know. This is a great neighborhood with nice people working in grocery stores, local restaurants, etc.I couldn’t find the manager but I told the manager at the makeup department. I am also genuinely worried my one package will arrive damage due to her reluctance to to tape it together What a horrible experience.these are gifts to my niece in the USA. Please be kind and treat us like humans. I rather go elsewhere where I’m treated with respect.

I go to this post office as it’s the closest to me and definitely will never go back. As a small business owner I’m absolutely appalled at the rudeness of the clerk. I’ve shipped with her for over a year now and it’s the same rude, snarky attitude every single time. Last couple times I went in, she had a fit because I wrote the address of the client on the box and had printed out the information for the customs form. She told me all I needed was the QR code. I do this for her, try to be accommodating. Instead she throws a fit and won’t let me finish telling her I’m shipping my piece not doing a return etc. I’m following what she told me to do!! Not to mention, last few times she’s had friends shipping items, and has long conversations while there’s a line. She also advised me to get a small business card, which I did but time before last didn’t want to scan because she felt I wouldn’t save enough. Really? As a small business owner, any savings I can make is greatly appreciated. As a side I also work in the retail industry and have never treated customers the way I’ve been treated by her. I’m appalled.

This shoppers is an older one but they have the best employees. This goes for postoffice a smaller one but there so experienced best shoppers postoffice. And I must say Catherine in makeup is the queen of this department. You need professional help or an opinion there all there to help . Pharmacy is really helpful. I'm so proud to say this is my favorite shoppers . You want a friendly helpful store this is it . Thanks Rosedale shoppers

They were open on Family Day when most offices were closed. As such they were very busy but still dealt with every customer in line in a friendly and efficient way. Assuming this is representative of their everyday service, I'd definitely recommend them.

I’ve only ever had positive experiences with Canada Post at Rosedale. Today I had the pleasure of talking to Wendy, who was both attentive and informative. And friendly! Thanks Wendy.
