Extremely rude people and don’t even have the courtesy to speak. They only care about money and will entertain you only if you are paying. Basic common sense and attitude to deal with customer is lacking and strongly recommend to look for another shop. Your reply to my previous comment shows how rude and unethical customer experience you provide. I have had labrador and poms before. When i called you, i clearly said i want a dog and i will pay for the dog, however, my wife and parents have not lived with them or seen their puppies and they have agreed to buy the dog. All i asked is do you have the puppies, so that they can see the two and decide which one they are ready to take home. Like in relationship or marriages where people see each other before starting the relationship, even for buying a dog, people have the right to see the dog they want to pick and spend their life with. I believe maybe you are one of those people who either think that a dog is just anything that should be bought without seeing or you believe in blind relationships and marriages. You rudely replied to me and said I can’t show you because we don’t show dogs to people who are seeing and not buying and disconnected the call. I spoke to other kennels as well and they said they don’t keep in cages in the shop and sent me videos or asked me to visit their breeder outside the city where they are located. That is way to deal with a customer. I hope you learn some manners, though its too much to expect from you, and learn to respect people unless for you, its just business and you don’t respect your pets as well, which won’t be surprising.

I would like to say that I was provided wrong information about the food that I should give to my Beagle(female MAAYA)...I was told by the shop owner that it comes under mini..I had a Labrador earlier so I know Labrador comes under large breed,but I am a first time beagle owner...so I trusted and went ahead with royal canin mini starter....I also transitioned to Arden Grange as per their suggestion ..but when I took my dog to the vet and when he reconfirmed ,my vet told me that Beagle comes under MEDIUM BREED AND NOT MINI..BEAGLE IS NOT A TOY BREED....so I felt that I was given wrong information..I hope I exist in your database..I don't mind coming down personally to give the review..to remind you that I am not a fake customer.And the proof is that I have made my last purchase of Rs. 4090/- on 10th December 2020,after which I discontinued buying from here.I hope this helps..if not please let me know I will come down to show the screenshot personally.

Before writing the review, first of all I want to show you something different...just go through all the reviews u will come to know the harsh words or language used by shop owner for every negative feedback. Inspite of giving solution or courtesy reply they are using harsh languages. At initial stage my review was positive but when I came to know that they didn't handover the pet documents to my uncle post paying the extra amount for those documents. Now they are claiming that they already handed over all the docs. This is just like cheating a genuine customer. It's almost 6 months my uncle is following up with them to get the papers now they are saying that they will make police complaint. It's my suggestion to all of you that plz go through all the reviews before buying any pet from this shop. As after sales service is also important.

We had a very bad experience with this shop. We took a pet for approx Rs.35000/- and we returned the pet back the next day. The shop refused to give another pet nor return the money. Even today we are paying the credit card bills. Please be careful if you are purchasing something from this shop When we asked to either return money or give another pet he started shouting and saying he will do neither and we could go complain anywhere. Thats why I thought of sharing it here. He also threatened to give police complaint if we gave bad reviews about him. Very unprofessional behaviour. Rs.35000/- is not a small amount that can be just given up. We still have the bill and the our bank statement as proof that the money was collected by him.Now we dont hv the money or the pet and we are still paying monthly credit card dues. How unfair is this.

Look at the owners response to my previous review and you will know how obnoxious she is. The pets she is referring to were kept in horrid conditions, two dogs cooped up in a small cage like a chinese wet market. She spray paints her own dog to test out different colors turning it into an ill mannered clown of a dog. If she takes constructive criticism and works on it fruitfully instead of the typical defensive responses then she may have a better chance at running a decent business. But I doubt any of that improvement will ever happen. Peace out to all the good folks reading.

The guy said he won't allow for any inspection/tests or anything. You have to give 100% payment before hand and even after that he will not allow for any virus tests. He is not willing to give puppy at all if I am gonna take it for a test. Something very fishy here. Cannot trust these kind of people. Knows nothing about health issues. He said that if I go for a parvo-virus test, it will be positive for every dog as every dog has it in his body Smh. Someone save the life of the pets he owns.

They denied our instructions and when our cat got razor cut they denied that and when I spoke to the owner she said that I must have not seen careless and irresponsible ppl please take ur pet at ur own risk I would not even give one star for that place also I have been there on 11th May at 10.30 am and no our instructions were unheard bcuz the owner came late we had to leave our pets and wait for 1.30 hours and when we review this is the feed back we get atleast don't lie to your customers

Very Rude people. Don't know how to talk to the customers after giving away the pet. Had paid extra for the papers and haven't received the paper yet, when I call them to enquire about the paper they say we have send it if you have not received them not our fault. In case they claim that documents have been received, let them post it to prove we are wrong. They even claim of not having our records but we have details of payments made to them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

It was really a bad experience to buy a pet from this shop. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase any pet from this shop as one of my close relatives bought a pet dog from the same shop and the owner of the shop commited them to give all the papers of dog after post paying the additional amount. But unfortunately my relatives didn't receive a single piece of paper accept rude behaviour and harsh words. I never expect such kind of behaviour from a business men.

I took my Persian cat for hair cut yesterday. They said we are not allowed inside while they are giving hair cut. The hair cut was terrible. I took my cat back home and could see some issues in his leg. They handled my cat very bad and he couldn't walk properly since yesterday. I can also see that the owner always gives excuses when we review them bad but they should be polite to customer and try to resolve the issue. I do not recommend them for hair cut.

Very rude people don't know how to talk to the customers. And there post services are even worst. They promise you to deliver the registration paper with in few months of the purchase. After few months they claim the papers have been delivered when in fact they have never given the paersp. They charge extra money for the papers and later don't even provide you with papers. Don't trust these people and avoid buying pets from them.

Extremely Bad after service. I had paid extra amount for registrations papers of my dog, its been 7 months I haven't received them. When I call to enquire about the papers they talk very rudely and say the papers have been sent if you have not received them we are not responsible for it. In case they claim that documents have been recieved, let them publish as a proof! I wouldn't reccomend anyone to go to this shop for anything.

The shop staff - especially that lady is oversmart and other staff members are illiterate. It was very pathetic experience, no knowledge of Persian Kitten food, misguiding customers. No empathy towards any pet. Lot of hesitations while exchanging sealed packed food. I would suggest best shop - Heads up for tails in nerul it would be Little far for Belapur people but that staff is very generous, knowledgeable unlike this one.

Wife doesn’t know how to speak at all...... Completely chapri and ghati .... talking about how they have so much money and will buy me. Such people are to be reported to the police. Husband is still little understanding The doctor who comes in their Clinic is a big scam He tested my dog for cancer and gave me manipulated reports After few days I tested again without any medication and her reports were normal ....

Worst people. You people Don't even know how to speak with your customers. When I called for enquiry they directly said don't irritate us and the man started abusing me and said u don't want to buy anything u r just doing timepass. We bought a lhasa apso from here. The pet is very cute and a good boy. I was scared before purchasing the pet, but the shop lady explained me very well and guided me properly and the puppy we got is really a good puppy. We all are so happy now. Thanks to shop owners. I have to say they are really amazing they got 18+ years of experience in this industry they helped me a lot in my first purchase of my first ever pet (labrador) pure breed and all the accessories are available here too for dogs and cats so anyone looking for purchase of a dog please visit here and go ahead.

It's 2months now that we got our bundle of joy ,our shih tsu pup from this place. The place is neat and clean and all the pups that we saw were happy and healthy.The owner Yogita Patil shared a lot of information about how to take care of the pup. Thank you Yogita jee and your team..Best wishes.

Please never buy any cat breeds from this shop especially persian. The breeders they get from is very bad they don’t take care of kittens properly had a slew of fleas and infections when bought although we were told it has no health issues. The breeders don’t keep them in hygienic conditions.

They are very rude and don't have manner to speak to their customers..I just called on the given number & some lady received my call and she was very rude and no basic manners..I would definitely not suggest this place to anyone..during inquiry she was so rude and pathetic.

Have had an awful experience with the owner. They take the entire payment in advance and don't meet the requirements. Very bad behavior when I tried to follow up and they take absolutely no responsibility of the actions, instead making false claims.

I did my pet vaccination and D-worming. They provide us very good quality foods and give reasonable discount to customer. They care for the customer and after a week im going to buy new best quality pet from there. Thank you for your service..

I always buy cat food and litter from this shop. The owner - Yogita, is very helpful and gives proper guidance on which food will be the best for my Persian cat. She also sent me a couple of sample cat food to try out. Prompt home delivery.

Please be aware and do not visit this store for any grooming services. The owner is an obnoxiously rude lady who will not even let you stand in the store and they are very rough in the way they treat your pet.
