Very comfortable beds and large bathroom, good central location - short walk to casco viejo and Guggenheim. Parking was full when we got there, went to parking Plaza Indautxu, 20eur, short walk. Great location. A great hotel in a great location central to everything. Rooms are clean and have ample space with good rain showers. Breakfast is a buffet with typical offerings, nothing special. No pool but a lovely outdoor space to read in the shade and drink a cocktail. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will return Gehiago

Nice place to stay in Bilbao. One particular older fellow during our initial registration was unaware I am a native speaker, and he insulted my husband while asking for ID and credit card information. We were dog tired, so I just stared at him and called him shameful in Spanish. We did not see him again during our stay. Gehiago

This is a very good hotel, impeccable and well run. The restaurant serves only lunch. Otherwise food is in the bar - ask for evening menu. We ate there and the food was good. Bars & restaurants locally stop serving 3.30-5pm and some start again 8-8.30pm. Gehiago
