The layout of this is idk. Wierd. They have 2 basketball courts right in front. So if you want a table to sit while u watch your kids play - you can't because all you see are the big kids playing basketball. Then off to the right, inback of the cashiers are the trampolines but no where for spectators to be. My main issue is that during glow nights , the toddler section is all the way in the back, and it's pitch black back there! There needs to be more lights. Like it's the section of below 5 and yet it's the darkest part of the building.

It was nice and an easy registration process. It wasn't too crowded at the time. The only thing I didn't like was I wasn't able to order any food for 1.5 hrs after there. They were having a bday party and only had 1 cook to do the pizzas for the party, so everyone else had to wait. Problem was.. I'm Diabetic and my levels were dropping. I needed food quickly. The only thing I could get was an ice cream cone at $4.

Was coming here quite a bit for our kids 2 and 5 years old. They had toddler times in the morning which was great and we purchased an unlimited plan since that worked in our schedule. Tried going in the morning several times to find out they “didn’t make enough money during that time so they cancelled toddler time”. I’d like a refund of my last months unlimited charge since you changed your hours. Tried calling to cancel but have to go in person. Not safe for young kids during regular hours

My sons love this place, it was awesome during summer days and the fun isnt going anywhere. Nick, SZ manager in Central Phx , is super friendly and he is nice to his employees and customer. I love the fact that this is a great for ypung people. Also if I am bringing the kids I dont pay for a ticket if i want to stay around, the have plenty of areas to hang out.

We came on a Sunday, late morning, and it was pretty empty but enough kids for it to be fun. The location itself is pretty clean, arcade games work, the snack options are pretty standard as well. Overall enjoyed our experience and will be back! Sidenote: my son's favorite part is the mega launch slide!

Had my daughters 10 th birthday party and she had a blast and her friends did as well. This place was clean and the staff was nice. AJ always checked in on us. I was surprised the pizza was very good. We ordered wing and we brought our own veggie tray and fruit, trays and chips and salsa it was enough for our group. We used the promo code and got 75 off on our party. Over all great experience.

Active staff is pretty much non-existent to make sure equipment is being used properly. And with the iron-clad waiver you're made to sign, adults of younger children are pretty much on their own. My son enjoyed the time, as all 5 yr olds would in a place like this.

pretty compact but many options for kids. they honor the online buy one get one 90 minute pass which helped. took quite a while to put order in at snack bar. they can be doing more, more quickly with The right direction. Enjoyed a #8, pizza , wings and drinks. Kids enjoyed their time. OMG. update. wings ARE HUUUGE. Pizza is so good. refills on drinks. 5stars!

It's a bit of a mess, it wasn't even busy, but they have just kids running the entire place it seems. So it was issue after issue and mistake after mistake on our birthday party. Unfortunately there wasn't an adult or supervisor to talk to, so it was wild.

Had a great time with my kids. They enjoyed themselves. Only wish they would have better use of the space. You do have to have or buy Sky zone aithorized socks and that's 5 bucks so expect that. All in all it's a nice place to take the family and jump around …
