I needed large van to move some AV equipment urgently, tried a few places around the area, but no-one had anything i needed on such short notice. Their prices were fair and dispite me being panicky, they were professional, helpful and efficient. The van was clean, looked like it had been cared for and ran well. Only thing that would have made it better is maybe an optional small deposit for a set of securing straps, (only because i forgot mine) In short.... I will definitely be keeping their number in my phone book for next time.

Terrible experience! booked a Luton van in advance as I was due to move home on a Friday and had to be out due to the tenancy being up. On the Friday of the move half an hour before I was due to pick the van up I was left a message saying that the van had broken down and that they had no other vans available! Whether this is true or that they decided to hire the van out to someone for the whole weekend instead I do not know? But if I didn't have enough stress on my hands with the move as it was, I definitely didn't need this!

Quick and easy hiring, got a large van to transport some of my stuff whilst moving house and the process was very easy. I was even running slightly behind time to drop off the vehicle and the guy there stayed a little later than normal so I could still drop it off that day and not get charged. Great customer service and a good clean van was supplied. 100% recommend them.

I have used many van hire companies over the years but this one is certainly the best one by far . The vans are always immaculate in and out and every van I've had has been reliable which is the most important factor. The process to hire the vehicle is very quick and easy . Would definitely recommend them and i will continue to use them in the future.

Absolutely dreadful. Confirmation email sent to me. Took a taxi to collect the car only to find the place in total darkness 20 minutes before pick-up time. I tried phoning this company several times plus emailed and no surprises - no answer. Never again.

On the website is has cars to rent and all the prices but when I popped in there they only rent Van's. Wouldn't take long to change the website. Very misleading.
