OMG... just went there for an alteration and had to leave quickly.... very rude!!!! Still very rude.... I wasn't offered an appointment. If you had offered me one I would be happy to accept. Instead, you started attending us, then you left the changing room to serve somebody else while we patiently waited. Only to be told you had no time for us anymore?!? So no, we won't call and book an appointment now. In fact we have found an alterations specialist and we are very happy with her service. Goodbye

Called Smarty Pants late last Saturday - I was struggling to find something to wear and decided it would be a good idea to try to customise a maxi dress that I already owned I completed ruined the dress and required some assistance - Smarty Pants were so helpful and managed to squeeze me in to rectify the disaster… The now midi dress looks lovely and I received lots of lovely comments when wearing it that evening. Thank you so much for such a fantastic service!

Hear alot of good things about this place. Unfortunetly when i took my coat to be repaired a few months ago a hole inside the jacket and one outside, paid for both there and then they only repaired the hole on the outside. When went to collect it they asked me to pay again as didnt have any records of me paying. Luckily they gave me back my coat without a second payment. And i took it to another dry cleaners to be repaired properly. Shame.

Curtains Alterations - we gave Kat & team three set of curtains for alterations and the work was carried out in very professional manner, Kat even came home to measure the windows to ensure curtains are altered accurately. Very nice and bespoke service provided with competitive rates. I highly recommend them! thank you..

The lovely lady at Smarty Pants (sorry I didn't catch your name) did an amazing job of cleaning, pressing and altering my curtains. She shortened them and turned them from eyelet to pencil pleats. She was so friendly and helpful and did a fantastic job. Very reasonably priced . Highly recommend. Thank you!

Best alternations. I take all my jeans, trousers and jackets here for alternations and they are always on point. Just picked up four pairs of jeans one of them being very tricky. And they are perfect. Thank you again. Very friendly and quick.
