Pulled in and place my order for an orange cream slush made extra thick. The CarHop came out and brought me an orange cream slush that was basically made with normal thickness. I told him that it was not correct and he informed me that that was as thick as he could make it. I told him that that was wrong because every other Sonic in the area is perfectly capable of making this item for me the way I like it. He then tried to describe to me how it was made. I told him if he had a problem making it the way I wanted to please refund my money. He left to go remake it. The next thing I know the manager is there with my orange cream slush exactly like it was made to begin with. I had the same conversation with her that everyone else can make it the way I want it but if they couldn't please refund my money. She started getting angry at me because I told her everyone else could make it thick enough. I finally had to just insist that she give me back my money. I don't understand why she had a problem refunding my money when she couldn't/wouldn't make the item I wanted the way I wanted it. I will not go back to that's Sonic.

I’ve only gone to this sonic three times since moving down the road from it because I’m an assistant manager at another location so getting sonic food while not working isn’t always the option we choose. But the last two times I’ve gone I’ve been surprised at the service, as a carhop we were always told to bring a tray when we take something to a customer whether it obviously be their food or something as small as two packets of ketchup. I’ve had food brought out without a tray and tonight two drinks brought out to me with the carhop carrying both in one hand. What are they supposed to do if they drop it? I’d have to wait longer for things to be remade when they should’ve had a tray in the first place. Micheal, the carhop who took my order, sounded very unhappy and had such a monotone voice while taking my order. As a sonic manager myself I expect the carhop to sound more friendly than he did. Overall not impressed with this sonic.

I don't even want to give a one star. My experience in this store was absolutely horrible. I just wanted to order a Kid's meal and an egg sandwich. I am sorry that I didn't know the proper name of "Wacky Pack" and a toaster sandwich, but there is no reason for you to make feel utterly stupid. I should not have to feel stupid for being a customer. Yes, I do not know much about your menu and what some of the items are exactly called. The person who was taking my order was so rude. My receipt indicates Christa. She came out to my car and made a scene and treated me like I am an idiot and then she had to let me know that those are called "Wacky Packs" and a "toaster". Seriously? When I am there as a paying customer, no reason to be rude and insult me in front of my kids. I had such a horrible experience, I am going to contact the corporate office. And by reviewing some of other reviews online, no wonder why this store's rating sucks.

It was a beautiful day and decided to go get ice cream with the family, big mistake. We received an ice cream sandwich, Sonic blast, and a cream cheese shake, this is where the mistake was made, figured I'd try something new and it was by far the most disgusting thing I had ever tasted. It almost seemed like they where using sour milk for milkshakes after losing the urge to vomit I called the location we where just at to inform them they had a bad product and all I was met with is "well I guess we'll just try to do better next time" instead of even attempting to rectify anything. Moral of the story is they don't care if they give their customers food poisoning and when it comes to customer service or satisfaction they could care less, they made that very obvious yesterday.

The person at Sonic ( Brandon) was very Rude. We placed an order for drinks on line then went to pick them up. They didn't have the order. The order was placed at the correct location. It's not our fault your system doesn't always work. Then he argued with us. Instead of just taking our drink order. Then we asked if we could get out drinks 1/2 price since ur app didn't work. We were told no. When he brings our 4 drinks out they r not in a drink carrier. There r 2 people in the car. How r 2 people supposed to juggle 4 drinks and drive. Not to mention we r under a saveer weather warning w 80mph winds. We r just trying to get our drinks and get home to safety, and we gave to deal w this Sonic Employee Goober!!! Not Happy!!!

Sonic by the Legends in KS, worst service ever! -5 stars if I could!!!! waited almost 40 mins in a stall, had to order our food 2 times, paid at the stall on the card reader. Took over 20 min to get food finally went up to the front of store asst. Mgr said food was coming. We had ordered 2 medium tots with cheese, 2 drinks , chicken strip sandwich. There were 6 tots my husband said no way and they forgot one of our drinks and said the card reader hadn't taken our payment. So he took the food up to speak with mgr, she did not apologize said nothing took the 3 items off our receipt handed it to the car hop walked away. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!

I'm only leaving this review because they're in clear need of a new or different intercom at their drive thru. This is the third time I've ordered a basic one person meal, just to find out at the drive thru window that they're giving me something completely different to what I ordered. Once or twice I can overlook but I also noticed that every time, none of them repeated my order back to me while I was at the drive thru menu. So, every time I've ordered, they've given me the wrong order and made everyone behind me wait even longer after I ask that it be corrected. Some advice for people looking, avoid the drive thru!

Absolutely horrible service.. just moved here this is probably the worst sonic I have ever been to. Last two timrs times there was a long line through the drive thru. All the stalls were empty.. after 15 minutes and 12 minutes. I knew why all the stall were empty they do not answer the red button. I thought the first time it might have been broken so I went out of my way to pick one next to the building. That was a mistake, got blocked by cars in the drive through had had to sit and wait and the flashing red button kept taunting me. Need to get new management and tear down this poorly thought out location.

Drinks are always good. Food is marginal at best. I always rate a fast food restaurant by their drive through service. I like to order at the drive up intercom, and then throw them a curveball and order another item at the window when I get my food. If the employees head doesn't explode and they can ring in my extra item without going full retread, I rate that a success. Unfortunately that rarely if ever happens. Today I ordered an extra item at the window and they didn't get the item in the bag. I even asked them if the extra item was in the bag. 3 stars for today. Not quite there for $15/hr

Although some of the staff are very nice I’m thinking of Zack here. Don’t expect them to have your drinks marked or for them to have any clue what are what. Because “I didn’t make them.” Well that’s incredibly inconsiderate as not all three drinks are for me. Since all three of them are very different. One of which is for my mother-in-law. I don’t think a lot of people would like to drink after their mother-in-law. But that’s clearly what they expect me to do to figure out and deduce whose drink is whose:

Just ordered food there at 6:33pm. When I got home and checked my food the strips were hard as a brick. I called to let them know and the employee named Ann was very rude and un friendly and wanted me to bring my receipt back in in a ice storm to get 18 dollars worth of food. This lady should not be in charge of anything. That's not how you treat good paying customers. You will be getting reported to your corporate stores. Thank you and God bless.

If I could give this location a negative review I would. Not only is the service at this location always incredibly slow they are rude as can be. But after tonight I will take my business elsewhere. We drove up to the drive thru at 9:50 set waited no one said anything. We said hello is anyone there? Guess they didn’t want to deal with it so instead just turned off all the lights. Are you kidding me. I get it people want to go home but closing down with a customer waiting is absolutely ridiculous.

For some reason you can only get old chicken that's been sitting out, taste like the bottom of the frier, about like trying to eat petrified cold wood two times in a row now... My sausage breakfast burrito was mostly air with one little chunk of sausage and no egg Oh well $27 down the drain Don't worry I won't come back

I was very disappointed with this sonic... (worst sonic in the country) Texas toast was nothing but regular bread. All 4 orders of fries were old and cold... for a 5 strip chicken meal they literally gave us 1/4 inch of gravy in the gravy cup.. the bacon cheeseburgers and the double bacon cheeseburger only had a half strip off bacon on each and still had tomato and stuff we'd asked to have removed... overall I wish I'd kept my $50 and mac donald's would've been better and cheaper!

Drew is amazing!! Me and my girlfriend came here around 9:30 and it was packed! I mean like cars in every stall and in the drive through. I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant myself and if every one of my crew members was like drew my job would be a lot easier. Drew was physically running to get all the orders out and so nice. I could tell they were short staffed. Give this man a raise! He deserves it

I went inside to order, and went to the bathroom. I waited 45 minutes for an employee, but nothing. What is the point of a sign that says employees must wash hands if they don’t even come into the bathroom to was your hands? After that, I just decided to eat with dirty hands. Then they kicked me out for just trying to order inside. Worst place ever.

I have two complaints with Sonic. I like chocolate malts with chocolate chips. We are clear about what we want & yet, I've recieved my malt with no chips or they didn't bother to make if chocolate at all. The other complaint is that I always order my double burgers without cheese & every time I get cheese, until today. They actually filled my order correctly. I was ready to give up today & then I got the sandwich I ordered. They need to pay closer attention.

Waited in Drive-thru 15 minutes for the Number Pulled up at 7:20 pm Feb 6 I saw 2 males and One females On their Cell phones . One Male and Female started touching each other around their belly area. This is BS !! You need to HIRE someone Over 40 to keep these Teens and young Adults in line . Harassment in the Workplace. The Drive-thru was Doing it ALL himself. He made 3 shakes for the next car and had to hand my food to me .

Went to get a shake and it took 15 minutes. There was a girl with long blonde hair who worked there chatting it up with her friends in multiple vehicles. Obnoxiously yelling and laughing acting like a child. She got the manager on the mic and was talking to her friends with them. It took forever for us to get service and the drive through wasn’t moving cause all the employees were running around with friends. Annoyed.

Kind of disappointed with sonic today. I always get extra condiments because well I'm a heavy dipper. Well this was a first for me when they told me after paying for my food that extra condiments would cost me a quarter each. Which by itself isn't that big of a deal but this wasn't told to me until after I used my card. To make it better the manager or whoever told me this then shuts the drive through window on me.

I love sonic. Lots of menu items... But I really like their burritos. I bought the super Sonic burrito and the ultimate meat and cheese. They were both good but the bacon was really dry and hard... Burnt to a crisp. I'm not a big bacon guy so it's no big deal but yeah it was kinda gross. I'll still be back though.

I called the restaurant, they claimed they didn't know the speaker wasn't connected. Finally was able to order, Waited another 10 min and again the same 3 cars were waiting. Line did not move at all.

Bad customer service! Asked the employee to fix a shake order after she read back my order correctly,then processed to hand me a wrong shake. After she fixed the shake she ignored me and didn’t even apologize! She didn’t even offer a receipt or I would be able to give a name. Overall a bad experience. Specially after I’ve worked fast food service and know what’s experienced.

Normally great but the other day they gave me 2 cherry limeades instead of 1 limeade and 1 coke..not a big deal. They took a limeade and brought a coke. That left cherry limeade was water and just enough cherry flavoring to make it barely pink. Food was good though.

We sat at Sonic on 291 after placing our order at the drive up for approximately 30 minutes calling once to ask where our was and assured it was being packed up and would be brought out. Then carhop comes out and says they can not find our order. We left went to Sonic on Cookingham they had the order very quickly and no mistakes.

My cheeseburger and onion rings were perfect. If every Sonic was this good then I'd eat at a Sonic all the time. Honestly one of the better burgers I've had anywhere this year.

Look. It is Sonic. Killer limeades. Lots of shakes and other similar things. The food is not good. Or at least I have never enjoyed it but I have heard people swear by their corn dogs. This Sonic is pretty fast which is great as many Sonics are really slow. Get yourself a shake.

Had a reward for a free cheeseburger on the app with any purchase. Bought a large onion ring and waited at the stall for 20 minutes after checking in. Nothing was ever made. They didn't want to honor the reward so just refunded my card. I'll never go to Sonic again.

Busy a little slow great flavored water. App is a must if stopping for a trip water. Try the flavors! The specialty shakes like churro or sour patch are hit or miss. I liked both.

So I was there a couple of days ago, tried to order a large shake. Apparently, there are no longer large shakes. Read an article on cost cutting for Sonic if you can't afford to stay in business, close your doors, and shut the shop down.

Ordered 6 drinks, not a one marked what it is. Cherry limeade & strawberry limeade look the same, and coke, Diet Coke and dr. Pepper definitely look the same. Twice in one week poor CS. Car hop both times did not care.

Took 17 mins at the window to get our food. Said they were making the buffalo wings "fresh". To compensate they did give us two tokens for a free drink. Told kids never will order that again. Otherwise good was okay.

Burger and hotdog were both cold. Strawberry chunks were so big in my limeade that I could only drink half before I couldn't get any more due to strawberries stuck in the straw. Just a terrible experience, overall.
