Love the pharmacy. Some cashiers and employees in the grocery side are amazing and so friendly. But some days I'm afraid to even go thru checkout because certain ones it seems just hate their job and let it show. Definitely makes me feel awkward. I haven't ever had a nice interaction with the deli employees. I honestly stopped going to that department because everytime I do I just feel hated or something. I have worked in almost every department in multiple grocery stores over 15 years all together ..yes it can be daunting but dang I don't like how it feels to get my head chewed off for just being a customer. The last time I thought okay I'll just get potato wedges, surely they won't be mad about that. Nope. The lady acted like it was the worse thing in the world. Left a bad taste in my mouth. And literally a bad taste. Wedges were old. And I was too afraid to take them back or request new ones. I honestly switched Kroger that I shop at because the employees are so mean. It is a clean store most days. And great selection, which makes the employees single handidly the reason this store loses customers and money.

I have always liked Southern Plaza you could go to Harbor Freight and get good priced tools if you're in the mood to go shopping for clothes or if you are needing groceries you can get all that and more at Southern Plaza. My main complaint would be for all of the businesses that are located in this strip mall you would think that they could keep up on the road and the parking lot, it is full of potholes that could really damage your vehicle if you're not paying attention. I would recommend fixing the roads and the parking lot ASAP it would really help the shoppers navigate through all of the different stores located in southern Plaza. The four stars that I gave was for Harbor Freight only. If Southern Plaza would put some money out to fix their roads and parking lots it would help Southern Plaza look more upscaled rather than ran down.

Goodwill exceeded my expectaions, as usual! Always such a bigger selection than at either store in my city, it seems. Very neat & tidy. Also stopped at a used bookstore very nearby, it was magnificent! I can't say enough about it. The gentleman running the store was extremely helpful and very nice. He even had a book series I've been seeking out for quite some time that I had in my youth. I've been wanting to get for my son, I was ecstatic!!! Fantastic selectionequal customer service. I and fairly sure we spent almost as much time in the book store as we did at the movie theatre, I know for sure we spent more money on books Our entire family had a great time searching through out the store and getting immersed in the excitement of reading. Only downside was the high prices

Traffic patterns and entrance/exit points are a bit wonky, so if you're not local, pay attention! Many stores here but no centralized help desk or public restrooms. Is anchored by a Kroger grocery and they also have their fuel center, very visible if you're coming South on S.East St. Plenty of parking available, mobility vehicles shouldn't have a hard time parking. Please note, however, that as of 8/14/21, if you need to take I-465 Eastbound from this plaza, you need to find another route as the entrance to 465 is blocked for construction going East. If you're going to take 465 West, you'll be fine.

Harbor Freight great shopping experience for my Dad . He is in and out with no hassle no confusion gets what he went for, a rarity in today's market places. I Appreciate Harbor Freight for keeping it simple for those who have been around for a while providing them with the tools for building and creating greatness to pass on to the next generation. Father's Day 2022 Dad 83 years young making rolling pins in his woodshop for family and friends on his lathe and "special blade" from Harbor Freight.

This store is the original Harbor Freight in Indianapolis, or so I believe. I've traded there off and on for 13 years. The quality of the merchandise has also reflected a high value for the money. I've bought many kinds of tools there. Never an issue with any of them. I picked up a couple of 7 1/4 in circular saw blades, thin kerf, carbide tipped that should last a long while. Price was excellent. And, yes, I'd go back to this store the next time I'm in that part of town.

Most mini malls are ubiquitous. Aside from the insufferably nature of them in general, they are blips on your radar. You make quick judgements about them based on their inhabitants. This one, caters to a lower class clientele. The Harbor Freight is one of the many dead give aways. But mainly the jalopy's that reign terror in the parking area is another. Definitely a place I sanitized myself after returning back to my vehicle.

This shopping has been a staple area for the Southside for years. It includes: Harbor Freight, Goodwill, Ross Dress for less (which has a locker station to have Amazon packages securely delivered to), Eyeglass World, qboda restaurant, Kroger, and a few others. Nestled behind to the south is the entrance to the Imax cinema. There is a large parking area.

Some newer stores being put in that I like. I go to Sally's a lot here and they are always very helpful. The parking lot is not great for this shopping mall. Needs organized differently for parking as its always packed and hard to get in and out. No complaints about the stores other than some may need the outside look redone.

Only visit Kroger's here, but the staff always go above and beyond to help and please the customers. Give unselfish insight that not all customers may know about, especially with the 10 for 10 deals (not always having to purchase 10 to get the discount)...not all stores do that specifically out of greed. This place is great.

Has everything you need in one location. Kroger, Ross, Sally's Beauty, Goodwill, Great Clips, Qdoba, Top Nails, Rue21, China Garden, Harbor Freight, El Azabache Mexican Restaurant, Kroger Gas, Laundry & Tan, AMC Movie Theater, Fun Factory- Roller Rink, Pizza Hut, Steak & Shake. Sadly some stores don't last long here.

Not sure why Google wants me to review this place. It's just the name of a big strip mall off of 465. It used to be a lot nicer, there are a lot of empty storefronts. They just filled one with another vape shop. Awesome. There are a few good places to eat, and it's right by the giant movie theater.

I went into Ross for the first time. The place was cleaner than I expected. The pricing was decent for name brand items. What I saw of the staff was at check out at the registers. The store is organized to be independent without staff to help you. Overall I like my experience at Ross.

The plaza's grounds always seem to be clean when I go, there are a few eating options, clothing stores, a Sally's beauty supply is still there I believe, the excel center and more! So it's not one of those abandoned or ghost town area's! The store I went to on this trip was Ross'

This was a quick trip to Kroger. Getting everything for the last minute items for Thanksgiving holiday. If you're missing anything get it while the kittens good if not it will be gone. Everybody seems to be in good spirits happy joyful and it made shopping an actual pleasure.

Eyebrow Gallery is where I always go to get my eyebrows done. The young girl forgive me but I don't know her name is who I recommend. I've been going to her for a couple of years and she never disappoints. I will be sure and note her name my next visit.

I love Harbor Freight! Its China-made tools, but with the price being so good its easy to overlook a few points on quality, to own some tools that would cost you double if they were manufactured in the U.S.A., and many have lifetime warranties anyways.

Southern Plaza is a pretty good location with some decent stores. I really wish they would add in public restrooms to the lot that we can use while there.

Since the property has been sold the upkeep has and is very bad. It use to be a very clean place to shop, now there is trash everywhere! So sad.

Hello Southern Plaza I love going to Ross and love that it's right next to a kroger.

I went to Kroger. I liked how they had it set up. More groceries than my usual store

EVERY time I have been here there is an ambulance at a different store each time.

I have never seen a goodwill so clean and organized with a lot of awesome finds.
