Have to say I’m disappointed. As a very busy mom, I came here to get away and honestly my experience wasn’t the best. The tea cups were dirty, by the time I found someone to fix this I already had to go into my massage. My masseuse was sweet, but she had the preference of lotion because she is allergic to all the oils. They should definitely ask this up front since I am allergic to a lot of the Fragrance found in lotions they could have put me with a person who can accommodate. She did end up finding a hyper allergenic oil but my massage was just okay, I told her my focus points where I needed more pressure and more time on and she didn’t do that. It was time for me to leave and didn’t even receive my beverage, I had to ask for it upon leaving. This would have been nice if I was offered this in the lounge or when I was done with my service. I did ask if the pool was included in the amenities, and he stated no it’s separate. I am sorry but when you are paying for $200 plus for service this should definitely be an option. It would make it easier to get food mid spa day to order by the pool and enjoy. I’ve worked at 2 resorts in Miami ( Fontainebleau and the Lowes spa ) and they even include this. Do better Marriott. Will be booking at the Hard rock next time for sure.

I went to the spa for manicure and pedicure and a massage. The atmosphere is welcoming once you get out of the lobby and into the separate men's and women's areas. The male attendant was superb. He was on top of everything and extremely pleasant and helpful. The rest/lounge area was well stocked and relaxing. I had Regina for my manicure and pedicure and can, without a doubt, say she gave the best services I have ever had. I had the organic mani/pedi and my nails and skin have never looked remotely as amazing as they did after Regina got done with me. The massage was substandard for a spa of this caliber. Especially given the $270 for 80 minute price tag. The nail services were much more reasonably priced and superior in every way. Again, kudos to Regina for exceptional talent, service, and being such a pleasure to spend 2 hours with.

I’ve been to many JW Marriott Spas and this one is mid level. They offer gender specific locker rooms, showers, dry and wet saunas and a Co-Ed common area lounge and hot tub. The massage was ok, provider was very sweet. No private changing room, but offer a blow dryer, toiletries and everything you need to shower after services. No complimentary champagne (available for purchase) but they did offer a wonderful variety of fresh squeezed bottled juices which were a nice surprise. They offer hot tea, fruit infused water, granola and yogurt covered pretzels. Every staff member we encountered was very kind. The spa restaurant (Six) located on the same floor is great to grab a bite before/after services. You do not get access to the hotel pool but you do get your valet parking ticket validated.

Words truly do not begin to express the absolute LUXURY, CLEANLINESS, KINDNESS and PROFESSIONALISM of the FABULOUS Massage and Facial I had at the Spa by JW Marriott in Tampa and the entire team!!! I truly have never had a more luxurious and pampered facial by Katie! She was positively the best!!! EVERYONE was so genuinely kind and could not do enough to assure my son, his girlfriend and my total comfort and relaxation!!! They even surprised my son and his girlfriend with a beautiful and delicious presentation of chocolate dipped strawberries and chocolates along with our champagne in celebration of their anniversary!!! We all truly THANK YOU for such a Beautiful, Relaxing and Wonderful experience!!!

This was my second time at the spa @JW and both experiences were wonderful. The physical space is amazing- The large relaxation area is peaceful and private. The outdoor area with the mineral pool and lounge chairs is an additional amenity to enjoy. There is a sauna and steam room in each of the changing areas. The treatment rooms and heated massage tables are very comfortable. My first visit I had a terrific massage with Laura. During my second visit I received an amazing massage by Carmen. Both of these women knew how to give a massage - finding the areas that needed attention without even having to mention it to them. I can’t wait to return!!

Booked a Spa Day for my wife & I at the JW Tampa Waterstreet recently. Staff here were amazing, from the valet attendant to the massage therapist, and everyone else in between. They were all very welcoming and helpful. We arrived a few hours early to our scheduled appointment so that we could make use of the other spa amenities such as the relaxing lounge, heated mineral pool, eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna, hotel pool, and showers. Everything was very well thought out and offered luxury at its best. I would highly recommend the JW Spa for anyone looking for a day of relaxation.

Just visited for a spa day with my mom. The spa facility itself was beautiful. So classy and very relaxing. Every attendant that we encountered was friendly, professional, and very kind to my mom that needed a little additional assistance. Regina did my mom’s manicure and she was so great to engage my mom and treat her with genuine care. I personally enjoyed the outdoor spa deck and the relaxation room. Mom and I both had tea and fruit water, as well as enjoying the snacks that were available. Also of note, they validate your valet parking, which was an added benefit.

I went with a friend of mine and the experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in door everyone was so friendly. I had a 50 minute Keylime Scrub with Regina in the morning. I wish I would have gotten the 80 minutes! Regina was kind and sweet! We tried the sauna, moist room and the mineral pool. I then had a 100 minute massage with Taylor H. in the afternoon. She was so informative and knew the right pressure for the correct areas!!!! I can’t wait to go back!!!!

I had an enjoyable experience. I was impressed with the facilities and the kind treatment which included champagne, homemade granola bars, bananas, nuts, water, etc. My fee permitted to use the facilities until they closed at 6 pm. I wish I could have had the availability to take advantage of those opportunities. Now I know. Possibly I will find another Marriot at another destination someday, and I will be able to enjoy those same experiences. THANK YOU!

I went to the spa at JW Marriott Tampa as a birthday present to myself and it was wonderful!! I had never been to a true spa before, but Victoria made me feel welcome, showing me all of the amenities and answering any questions. My facial with Regina was fantastic! Her experience is evident. The two spa attendants were constantly refreshing the towels, snacks, and beverages and checking on clients. They did a tremendous job. I will be back!

Great spa! Very clean, staff is friendly and willing to assist. The massage with Justin was just wanted I needed to get the knots out of my upper back and neck. He was on point and focused on the areas I asked him to and I felt 100% better after I left! He was very knowledgable and I will definitely be booking with him again! If you are in the downtown Tampa area, I highly recommend the Spa at the JW.

JW Marriott Spa was absolutely fantastic! The staff were friendly and welcoming - my sister in law and I got facials that were outstanding. We are local and look forward to coming back to explore more of the services they have to offer. I highly recommend ensuring you have a couple hours to enjoy the service and other amenities they have to offer (sauna, steam room, whirlpool, relaxation room)

Regina is the best Pedicure of my life. She has taken time over 6 months to help me heal my heels. She also does an amazing facial, i have many in the past but i see the difference long term with her. Regina is the reason i continue to come back to the spa. you can have champange and a wonderful afternoon.

I enjoyed the most perfect spa day at JW. I had probably one of the best massages ever with the perfect pressure throughout. If it wasn’t so cold, I definitely would have enjoyed the hot tub outside but I was perfectly content lounging on the chaise sipping my drink. I will definitely be back soon.

My best friend and I booked massages for a girls day and the spa exceeded our expectations with everyone and everything! Such a wonderful experience and everyone was so kind. Taylor and Brenna were absolutely amazing definitely request them if you are getting a massage we will definitely back!

I love the JW spa! I was there the other day for a spa day. My 80 minute massage was amazing! Still loving my pedicure, too. Plus, Covid safety was on point! And the aesthetics are everything! It was just what this homeschooling mama of three needed! I can’t wait to go back!

Had a truly wonderful massage with Taylor. I had some TMJ issues she was able to address with a great cranial and upper neck/trap focus, and talked through some techniques I could implement on my own. Great energy, and would definitely request her for my next visit.

Alexa was very detailed and thorough with my mani-pedi and gave several helpful hints on daily care. Highly recommended. I only briefly visited the spa area but it was zen-like with both a steam and dry sauna, hot tub, and isolation chairs. I’ll definitely be back.

Had a great time celebrating my birthday at JW Spa with some girlfriends. We enjoyed all the amenities and everyone was very friendly and attentive. I had an 80min massage with Taylor who was very professional, sweet and knowledgeable! I’ll definitely be back. ☺️

Absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful spa. Exceeded all expectations and probably one of the best spas I have been to! Regina made an excellent job with my nails and was so nice. All the people I spoke to where really nice too. I will be coming back soon!!

Brenna and Taylor were incredible! I left feeling like a new person. I had so much stress in my back, and I left feeling absolutely stress free :) I did this massage with my best friend. We’ll definitely be coming back and requesting them.

Meh. Facilities were clean and kept up. Service was pleasant, but not very accommodating. I have been waiting for Tampa to get a 5 star hotel for a high end spa experience like I am used to in other cities, this was not that.

The spa it’s self was beautiful. The massage itself was meh.. it could’ve been better in my opinion. Slower.. more focused on the most important areas. But the staff was friendly and the facility was very clean

Went to the spa for a pedicure with my Mom. Prosecco and great conversation while being pampered by professionals. We had a lovely time and our toes look beautiful!

Great spa amenities! The spa services, staff, and therapists are all phenomenal. I highly recommend Arelis and Fred for anyone wanting to book a massage.

The team was incredible! I did think the Hot tub was a little dirty, it had bugs and a lot of scum on the side of the pool. The massages were amazing!

The spa is a nice atmosphere. The pedicure was one of the worst I have ever had. It looks like I painted them myself and the technician was rude.
