Heating repair and bathroom install. Igor came to our rescue when we were left without heating or a bathroom. He slotted in our emergency heating repair at short notice to make sure we weren’t left without heating, and had us up and running including having to install 6 radiators within a few days. He then took on our bathroom install which was involved building from the exposed joists to a complete high quality install. His workmanship is great quality and his communication is exceptional, not just with us throughout the process but he would speak to our original designers and the manufactures throughout the process to ensure the highest quality. When he identified problems such as the wrong type of sink tap being designed he spoke with us and then handled the replacement with the company directly, which took all ten stress out for us. We are really happy with the bathroom and would highly recommend Igor.

Igor seemed to really care about us not having heat and hot water. He was kind and explained what was wrong with our boiler and why it needed to be replaced instead of repaired. As renters, we had to wait for our landlord to approve the replacement. Igor texted the next day, on a bank holiday Saturday, to see if we were around so he could come by and try something unorthodox he had read about that might get our hot water working long enough for the boiler to be replaced. To our delight, it worked! We found him to be dedicated, candid and genuinely helpful. It felt like we had a friend in the boiler business who was going to make sure we were taken care of. We will only use Igor going forward.

We have a separate boiler for heater and tank for hot water. Our contractor didn’t explain how things work. I called as I will have my tenants move in a couple of days and i needed support immediately. Igor came to see me the same day. Maybe just a couple of hours after I called or less. He was very helpful explaining every detail to me and my husband. He gave us some tips as well. We are looking forward to having him again to fix our problem with our dishwasher which had been seen by different plumbers and service repair men. Even having it replaced deemed so difficult. So hoping that with Ivor’s help we can finally have this fix

Igor transformed our home! He has perfectly layed laminate flooring in our living room, everywhere is even and the edging beautifully done. He also gave our bathroom a whole makeover, making it more spacious. After Igor's work, the bathroom is our favourite room in the house! He is brilliant with communicating and responding to messages/calls and we found this extremely helpful during this stressful time of moving. Very impressed with Igor who was my assigned Plumbing specialist. I must say his entire root cause analysis process was completely accurate. He also recommended to ensure my drainage pipes were replaced with flow elbows to allow the waist to drained efficiently and also he included compression values to be added. The Job was £250 plus vat well worth the investment. Kitchen sink is now running 200% better then ever !! Definitely will be using Igor again for future plumbing improvements and kitchen cabinets. He is multi talented, a dr of Plumbing and home improvements!!

The thermostat in our hot water cylinder failed, and caused the fuse to trip. Igor identified the problem quickly and also identified a number of other issues caused by prior poor quality installation. He managed to remedy this with a wireless stat that saved us having to carry out expensive, disruptive requiring from the tank in the eaves to the boiler in the kitchen two floors below. All working well now. I highly recommend Igor, as well as being a great plumber he’s also a thoroughly nice man. He’s great with Cats too!!

New kitchen install. Igor installed our kitchen to a great quality and high quality workmanship. Our house presented Igor a few challenges with its odd layout and angled walls but Igor worked through all challenges and talked us through potential solutions. He is incredibly neat and minimises disruption. He took time to explain everything as we went. His team replaced our consumer board as well to support our new induction hob. We are really pleased with the finish thank you Igor.

Igor answered immediately in response to a boiler leak and was here within 15 minutes of the call at 20:00 on a Friday evening! He immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly and efficiently fixed two separate leaks and even spotted and fixed a dodgy electric socket that had been left by a previous contractor. He was friendly and professional throughout and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Igor imaginatively redesigned and renovated my existing kitchen saving me the cost of wholesale replacement. High quality workmanship and communication at every stage. Also refurbished bathroom to high standard matching original tiles, installed dual fuel heated towel rail and extractor, smoke alarms and replaced recessed lighting throughout flat. Reliable, tidy and highly recommended.

Had multiple types of work done. New gas hob, splash back and extractor, and then redo shower - door, grouting and refurb of tiles. He even traveled to deal with new oven when I moved out of London and sorted out washing machine while he was there. Basically, really good quality work and helpful advice, from applying silicone sealant to choice of appliances. Highly recommended.

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Igor was generous with his advice, kept us informed and was tidy, professional and courteous throughout. He replaced a leaking shower valve, re-tiled around it and replaced a kitchen tap, fitting us in at short notice so that we would not be left without a shower.

Igor was absolutely great. We had an emergency and he came round in the evening. Next day he had ordered the part , diagnosed and confirmed with the manufacturer that the cylinder had been incorrectly installed by someone else. Hot water back on within 48 hours. I had a problem with my boiler and I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. They actually signposted me, and counselled me to get the work covered under warranty by the boiler provider. The result is, they have not made any money from me, but they have done the right thing and got a customer for life.

We needed to have a new radiator fitted on a different part of the wall, disrupting the wooden floorboards. Luckily for us Igor is trained in both plumbing and carpentry and we couldn’t be happier with our new radiator. Very neat workmanship and knowledgeable throughout. Highly recommend.
