Great service, so so many smiles everywhere. Idk if they love their job but with all the smiles I know they love customer service. I asked for turkey white egg sandwiche, was soggy bread, they remade it once then redid the heating part 2x. I wasn't mad or bothered they were patient and didn't make me feel like I was a problem. Great customer service and experience. Great way to start off the morning before work. Def have morning ppl for early morning coffee establishments. Happy overall. I'll be posting pics later.

I went into this Starbucks about two weeks ago. I usually go through the drive thru. This time I decided to go inside and order a regular pike coffee. The person who took my order seemed really rushed (it was not that busy, plus they had a lot of staff) he served my drink really fast, gave it to me but didn’t ask or even suggest if I wanted to add cream or sugar. He filled it up the top! I was somewhat in a rush since I had to go to work. It just struck me as so odd that he acted that way. Everyone in the drive thru is so nice and courteous. I left feeling really disappointed.

Nice Starbucks. Smaller inside. Big parking lot, but often busy. Enjoyable atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I always pay for extra shots of espresso in our drinks just to get handed basically a cup of milk. I’ve asked multiple times for light milk or easy on the milk and still have the same issue. Otherwise the staff is really nice and have been managing the long lines in the drive thru well. However, I’m just tired of paying for cups of milk instead of the espresso I asked and am paying extra for. I wanna take a sip and be hit in the face with it. Simple as that.

the middle eastern girl this morning around 8:50 am called me sassy for repeatedly asking where my drink was, when i was literally motioned from outside to come inside and grab it... i have never had to pay to be called names. that was a first. both of my parents have businesses, and it is completely unacceptable to voice your judgements abt customers to their face. that is beyond me. the rest are generally v nice to me

The Bacon Egg bites where out of stock so I asked to modify a Sausage Egg and Cheese muffin...they do cook anything, it's all packaged heat up fare. Well, by the time I got my order and out to the car the cheese was stuck to the bag...bottom line. Don't ask for food items to be customized...gross results. The staff was delightful but limited.

Easily the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I at least go to Starbucks once a day an I will never return to this one. They didn't have any Pike both times I've been there and the customer service is a joke. If I was the owner I would really make an effort to stop by every once in a while, or send in people to test there employees.

I went through the drive thru. I just moved to the area and my car was packed with stuff. The barista at the window was very friendly and welcomed me to the neighborhood! We chatted while we waited for my order to be ready. Nice change from the usual employee chatter with each other, as if I wasn't there...

Efficient and friendly staff. No surprises regarding the coffee and food products. The store has a very small footprint, so indoor seating is always a premium. In a perfect world, the tenant next door would vacant and Starbucks would for over the new space for expanded seating.

Had the worst costumer service ever who ever was working at the window on 3/20 from 3 to 3:30 she is rude and not helpful at all. I ordered iced coffee with hazelnut and I took a zip and thru it way not good at all. She didn't give me a receipt so I can't tell you her name.

Asked for no ice in my cold brew and barista was busy chatting so put ice in my drink. Companion ordered a Venti macchiato and they gave them a grande. Not the first time they keep getting the order wrong.

I am a daily Starbucks Morning Coffee person.. I order Venti with Steam half and half and never got charged for the extra milk.. but this store did charge me and the teller actually said they should have been charging me.. she actually argued with me.

I got a 3 dollar sandwich for 6 bucks and I tipped and got out of the shopping center before I realized there was no straw for my drink. Turned around to get one (it's 5am nothing else is open so no where else to get a straw) they saw me

I notice a lot of people are complaining about how others get their stuff first - I'd say use the online order through the Starbucks app. Much faster and I'm always in and out quickly. Love this location!

Convenient good coffee, super busy in mornings including long lines on drivethru, tight parking, frequently running out of items, not restocked fast enough, order online to bypass the long wait inline.

The service was fast and is a good place to sit and chat with friends

It was quite busy today, the Baristas were on top of thwir orders and very pleasant. If only they could say our names correctly :-) I thanked them for all of their hard work and tipped them.

I'm not a coffee person but it smells good... Wish they would have fresh breakfast sandwiches instead of frozen but hey you go for coffee...I love the dragon fruit base iced green tea

Super crowded and hard to get in and out of the parking lot. The coffee was consistent with the brand but I wouldn't return unless I was driving thru the drive thru.

Another starbucks that caters to drive in and mobile orders and ignores customers in the store. Long wait, event when store hardly busy, cappuccino scorching hot.

I Lovee Starbucks and always will I always get a caramel macchiato it is my favorite but all the drinks are so good and all the Baristas are always so nice

I got scam lol. I usually order ice green tea lemonade and it should be $3.95. However, they charge me $4.45 LoL

Drive thru is extremely slow and baristas are reluctant to admit a drink is done incorrectly and make a new one.

They are always spot on when making drinks and are extremly good baristas that give excellent customer service
