Unfortunately this is the closet Starbucks to my job on the way to work. I really do not like all the staff but there is two employees that are awesome. One is a male named Max ( they are lucky to have ) . He could run that place alone. He really knows how to work fast and still pleasant. The other is a Hispanic lady with curly hair and she is pleasant. The two blondes are annoying , rude , and unprofessional. There is one named Inga who gossips about other employees behind the counter in front of customers. Shows unprofessional behavior and bad character. Not mention she is unpleasant every time she takes my order. She always messes up my drink order. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't work at Starbucks. That's what her personality reflects.

It's a big Starbucks with a lot of seating. However, they recently took out most of the power outlets along the walls so to plug in you have to squish into a big communal table and plug into an outlet on the floor (which is unpleasant, see next comment). The staff are super nice and the service is great but they need to hire more staff to help keep the place clean since it is always really really dirty. The tables aren't cleaned regularly (in the countless hours I've spent here I've never seen a table being wiped down), the floor is sticky and dirty, and the bathroom is gross (and doesn't offer paper towels, only hand dryers).

Yay, I wrote to Starbucks, and the problem is being corrected. I love a company that is serious about doing things well, when they break down, they fix it. That is Starbucks. Always great coffee! ------ 2018-01 Update: They close at 10 PM, however they shut down the oven at 8:45 PM, empty the case of bagels, cakes and sandwiches. So why should I come here. This is terrible customer service, they shouldn't get any stars. ---------- 2017 No whip cream. They ran out. Some drinks just aren't right if you don't have the ingredients. Not up to Starbucks standards. .

My daughter loves the tomatoe mozzarella sandwich. This location is always busy but they get the line out quickly

Can't decide between 2 and 3 stars: if you want to work/study online, bring a charged device as there are almost no outlets. Apparently the newish wireless phone chargers don't work either. Bad new for me since both my phone and Surface Pro were at 10% and 25%, respectively and I was hoping to spend 1.5-2 hours lesson planning. Also, I ordered a *tall* coffee frap, for both financial and caloric reasons. I didn't realize til after sipping on the frap that I had been charged for and given a grande. NOT returning here anytime soon.

Amazingly friendly staff (this seems to be a recurring theme at every Starbucks I've visited recently. The cashier was very helpful in helping me find the right drink for my tastes and even suggested adding the coconut milk — it was a great suggestion! Also, the restroom was really clean, in case you're curious about that sort of thing. I highly recommend this location.

As of 10/17/20, location has had 1 employee test positive for COVID-19 and exposed 6 other employees because he was asked to return to work even though he told his district manager he was exposed and before receiving the test results. Two additional employees who worked with the exposed individual are asked to take COVID tests again as of 10/19/20 and are also asked to return to work on 10/20 before they get their test results. Do better for your PARTNERS & CUSTOMERS!

Hospitality manager and person on the clock working completed my order and a great family matter the coffee mix was great and my lunch was toasted to perfection the sign looks great and I'm glad to have a bunch of options for you to create your own drink and I can't complain for them spelling my name correctly the first time:)

Great location and staff Very high peak during morning rush, great location on the way to highway 87 to 101+280 Expect about +15 minutes during morning rush, however. Used to have much shorter wait times before mobile ordering but still not bad. High turnover rate. This location seems to have trouble keeping their staff, so you're not likely to have a regular barista here for very long, which can lead to occasional inconsistent drinks.

I love going to this location, there's always great customer service and if they get an order wrong they make it again with no problem.

This location is well-kept in my opinion. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Very great customer service at this location. When I got home with our mobile order, I was disappointed to find one sandwich was not what I’d ordered (sandwich was not what was listed on tag) and our coffees were luke warm. It’s very frustrating to pay for one thing and receive a less expensive item. They were busy and perhaps had new workers, but I guess I’ll just gave to check every time before I leave the store.

Never open on time in the mornings. Staff sometimes don't even arrive at the time of opening, then they take time to set up. People are standing outside in the cold and lot of them just leave, hence loss of revenue to Starbucks. Very sloppy and lazy staff. All the other Starbucks in vicinity open at the committed time. Poor service.

Very friendly staff. A bit of a rough location with many homeless hanging around the store. Having said that there is very little friction and tension. It seems that everyone goes about their business with ease. A great place to grab a quick meal. I recommend the egg bites, the spinqch feta wrap, and the mercato salads.

I liked the ice brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso a lot. They even made it decaf. The staff were nice and orders got ready quickly.

On October 13th coffee was watered down & my 40 points for adding $20 on my cell phone was not counted. Baristas we're pleasant & efficient. Starbucks sends texts in part congratulating for being a member for 10 years but it really 11 years.

The coffee is way over priced and sugary, but they really have the market cornered. I like their tea and coffee, but I know it's just awful for me. The employees are very nice, and remember my name when I go. The other people there are kind of snooty, but mobile orders are very fast here. It's quite efficient.

Great hours, friendly staff, lots of space & power outlets. Also plenty of parking. Edit: Since making my initial review this Starbucks has capped off all of the power outlets (making them inaccessible) making it a much less ideal place if you want to hang out and use your computer / recharge your devices.

1* Not ideal for laptop work. 5* for space and free parking 1* for limited outlets (they took out all the outlets along the perimeter walls, and the only ones left are 2 side by side floor outlets underneath the huge rectangular table) 1* for the too pricey bowl of salad, Lentil and Vegetables, for $7.45.

Friendly staff and clean interior. 3 people are allowed inside to order or pick up orders. No indoor seating. Masks are required and they have barriers between customers and staff. They will hand you your order instead of picking up your order yourself to reduce accidental touching of other orders.

5 Star service and people. Hands down my favorite Starbucks to sit and spend endless hours on the internet before Covid 19 hit.Just a really comfortable place I love the staff here their personable professional and they provide some great customer service especially Pauline she's the best

1. Always a lot of people, and a lot of them come to study or work so they stay a long time. Lots of seats and pretty big though, so you can usually find some place to settle down. 2. People here are always friendly. 3. Drinks are good, and the wait times are usually pretty short.

The personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful. This is going to be my Starbucks of choice. Every employee demonstrated wonderful customer service skills.

Great location! The drinks are made good and fast. Service is amazing and I could actually tell that the employees enjoy working there because it has a real community coffee shop feel. Even when they're busy they go out of their way to make a connection with their customers.

First time here. Clerk was very nice, acknowledged me entering the store. Her barista was awesome as well. This location is pretty spacious inside, huge seating area. Would totally come back here because of the positive vibes at this location and wonderful customer service.

Easy going staff, sometimes they get slammed and even ordering on the "app" doesn't make things go faster. But the place is always clean, you'll find your regulars sitting outside with their small dogs, and plenty of reading material in their newspaper bin.

Horrible service. We waited at curbside for 20 minutes until finally having to go inside to pick up our order, as did the car next to us. They had plenty of employees, so they weren't under staffed. 5 employees standing around ignoring their customers.

I came here to chill get a coffee and charge my phone and it is the phones that charge wirlessly. And the pads did not work So now i can't do an important call . i just hope they fix them for other people trying to have a ralaxable time.

Perfect place to catch up with friends or business partners after a workout, as it is located next to a fairly clean and new 24 Hours Fitness club. In the evenings after 8pm, seating can become scarce but not impossible.

Location is perfect for the start of a road trip. Staff is quick and accurate when it comes to making my drink. The decor and furnishings are comfortable if I should choose to have a seat and stay awhile.

I used to come here a lot. I was very disappointed that they removed almost all of the power outlets that I was going to use 1 to recharge my phone while drinking coffee. I won't be back anytime soon.

Lots of people come here to get work done and they have great hours. Only con is that they need a makeover, the furniture is getting grungy. I like the couches but they look old and smelly.

This Starbucks is very big. I enjoy than there is a lot of seats inside. Along the walls and intend middle of shop. I do wish they had power outlets along the booth side of the wall.

This place is always great. After not having gone there for months, a nice girl barista knew my exact drink. That's pretty awesome. Pretty incredible!

In comparison to other Starbucks I've been to, this place has a lot of comfortable seating and the atmosphere is quite conducive to working/studying.

Caramel macchiato was very good but the prices are kind of high.

Pretty solid opening hours, staff were friendly and their blonde roast coffee was quite nice! Lots of seating and parking available too.
