I went drive tru and its not the first time I had to wait more than 7min for my coffee. I dont know what it takes such a long time. Also they add way too much cream to my coffee.It's faster just to go in and get the coffee. The store it self is clean and employees seem nice and friendly easy to find a parking space.
I can't stand this place. The quality of their coffee is terrible and it tastes like burned beans. Plus, the prices are outrageous for what you get - a cup of lukewarm liquid that doesn't even taste good! It's no wonder why I avoid this place at all costs. Also they WILL serve you decaf if you’re rude.
One employee was helpful. The other girl totally ignored my request for half an half refill for 5 minutes and she was moving around casually. Ignored again. No smile. Not a big deal but I was in a hurry. Great attitude for someone who works in a coffee shop. (July 26th, 2017; 11am).l
My favorite Starbucks in the South Bay. This location is relaxed, always has great music playing and features a drive through window. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The bonus is the Reserve coffee and Clover brewing system, which produces some very high-quality Java.
Always busy, the staff have always been pleasant, but the worst part is my wife and I have always had issues getting the right order. Even just basic coffee drinks. For a Starbucks to screw up your COFFEE orders in a consistent basis.... Not good.... Sorry but true. More
The inside of the store is pretty big and open, very roomy. There is a drive through which is great but can be difficult when someone squeezes in front of you. Usually avoid the drive through if there's more than one car anyway. Staff is friendly and store is very nice.
The people who work here are friendly and my orders are made correctly. However, this location is not set up well for drive thru service, always a long line and slow service. Because even the minimal markings on the pavement have worn away,
The people here are very welcoming to their customers. They have great customer service and are very motivated to please their customers. I want to them to know how appreciative I am of them because they are nice people. I highly recommend
Ordered extra caramel...I was very thorough about my order. I was the only person in line inside...drive thru full...seemed like my drink took too long...wrong name...when I saw it it was melted and there wasnt any extra caramel much less
One of the larger Starbucks I've seen, open, lots of windows, and a good amount of seating. I don't think I've ever been here where I couldn't find a seat, even though it's bustling busy. There's a drive through, though lines can be long
I am so happy to have a drive thru around here. So convenient! ! My only complaint is that they mess up on my drink sometimes. I had to go back once because it was the third time they messed up on my drink. The other times I just ignored
I've been to this location twice, and service was poor both times! Both times, my drink took more than 10 mins (usually takes less than that at other locations at similar times), and I wasn't informed the second time at time of purchase
I used to go out of my way and drive a little further to this location so I could pick up my mobile order in my PJ’s via the drive-thru. However, the last few times I’ve gone, the drive-thru has been blocked off with chairs and tables,
1. Service is just below average. The manager/ person taking the order doesn’t know the Starbucks refill policy. I went to ask for the refill and they refused that unless you buy iced coffee then only you can get refill?? I said other
I absolutely love this Starbucks location. The majority of the staff is Above & Beyond in every way. Felina is my favorite. Her and others on the staff make me feel special and welcome every time I come to the store with my puppies.
To many times this stores employees are slow, inaccurate with orders and plain clueless. I believe they need better training. How can you screw up an plain espresso shot. Well they did. It tastes and smells like peppermint! Really!
Always clean in the inside drive through is sometimes aong wait but staff is friendly. I would only recommend that during your busy time you have some do traffic control because the line ends up going in 2 different directions
I love my Starbucks, never have an issue with my drinks but today I ordered 2 chia lattes w/no water and it tastes like milk and water, no Chia. I called them 4 times, no answer and to far to make a u turn headed to work.
Great location. They never mess up, even complicated orders. The drive thru is fairly efficient, though it gets busy. Seating is plentiful both inside and outside, and there are outlets available inside for charging.

Was nice place when it’s open. Unfortunately, on Saturday 7:03 on it was closed even on the door and google maps it says it’s open till 8:30. Drive through was closed too :(

Drive thru does take a while, it's faster to go into the lobby lol. The drive thru line is a hazard, almost crashed while waiting in line. Friendly service. More
Good coffee. Employees are overwhelmed. Not enough help. Long lines. If you order food or a special drink they forget to call you up to pickup your food.
