I like Dupio and they make it reasonable here. Nice and clean with not crowded parking lot. Service was and is always nice. Now days, the parking lot is practically empty. No sitting inside due to the COVID19. Before that was crowded but not too crowded. They have now several small tables outside to stand and sip coffee.

This one is a very small Starbucks if you need to drop in and go it's great. It is always is pretty full. The staff is nice but they never get my wife's name right. They don't call out your name when they are done either or I just can't hear them since it is so loud and tight to walk through with a baby stroller.

There was barely any people when my friend and I ordered, but we got it twenty minutes later. Other people who came after us got theirs first. The order was good, but service was horrible. Do the workers not realize they are wasting middle schooler’s precious time? Grown ups are not the only ones busy.

If there is a "Barista of the Year" award at Starbucks, Steve should win it. While most baristas mispronounce my name (there is an 'R' in there), Steve pronounces it correctly, recognizes me when I arrive, and keeps the drinks moving. I always have a good experience when Steve is making the drinks!

This location never updates their inventory on the app, so every morning the app tells me that they are out of all of the their hot teas... But when I get there and order they have them. Annoying, and honestly enough of a reason for me to go to another location each morning on my way to work.

With thousands of Starbucks around the world, a barista can make or break a place. Steve is THE BEST. You can taste that he cares about each drink that he makes. In our house we don't say "let's grab a Starbucks/" We say "Let's go see Steve!"

I gave them my sandwich at the register and they still gave me the wrong one back. Dude making the drinks was more interested in chatting with his co workers than in filling the orders of the large group of waiting customers. Seriously took

This is hands down the worst Starbucks. They do not know what customer service is. Employees are grumpy and simply not friendly. In the last week they have gotten my order wrong three times and never once has a single employee acknowledged

First time in this location, the area was beautiful... But sad to say the Barista is extremely rude, I spent almost $20 for my food I only ask for 2 cups of ice and she gave me a dirty look... Like I bothered her asking for a Free cup ice!

Employees were nice and friendly, my drink came out right. I would suggest they do more proactive cleaning and restocking of the milk bar, at least when I was there it was a bit of a mess and both napkin dispensers were empty.

They always mess up my name when I order a specialty drink. The coffee tastes like bitter dirt unless you really add a lot of sugar and whipped cream and peppermint flavouring.
