Thank you Steve's Flower Market for making and re-making my sister's 50th birthday a very special day! My sister was first sent flowers that really did not convey my vision for her special birthday. The day before I called and spoke to someone. At first I told them what I wanted was "Peachy Keen" a picture on their own website. I was told that they did not have peach flowers so I said please make it elegant like the picture with soft ivory, pinks and tulips, all soft pastels colors, just like the picture. Tulips are one of my sister's favorite flowers. So when it arrived I always ask for the person to send me a picture. Well it did not look like the picture at all. For one, no tulips at all. I was disappointed but just had to call Steve's Flower Market back and speak to someone about this. I spoke to" Ish" and boy was he really understanding and so nice about the situation. He asked me to send him a picture of what my sister received. He agreed with me and offered to make the whole arrangement over again and DO IT HIMSELF.. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Well before he sent my sister another arrangement he texted me a picture of what he re-made. And all I have to say is WOW. I mean all flowers for the most part are beautiful in their own way but these flowers were so much more of a WOW factor. I will post pictures and you can see for yourself. The first picture is their website picture of Peachy Keen, the second/third picture is what my sister received first, then 4th, 5th and 6th pics will be the re-make. My new favorite flower shop! I ordered flowers last month for a friend who's father passed away. She described the flowers as elegant and classy! She said they were so beautiful she couldn't help but to cry. So when my co-workers mother passed I decided to use Steve's Flower Market again. First, let me say that I'm not fan of funeral arrangements but Steve's FM offers a wide aray of elevated designs. The arrangement was gorgeous and unique! Second, excellent customer service makes me feel like I'm laying on the beach with a cold, alcohol beverage! I called Steve's FM to request that the flowers delivered by a certain time. The guy that answered gave exceptional customer service. He was super nice and he assured me that the flowers would be delivered no later than an hour after the time I asked for. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to deliver my flowers early with less than a 24 hour notice. Oh and the flowers were delivered at the time he said they would be! Lastly, just want to give an appreative shout out to Steve's FM for bringing joy to so many peoples lives during a very difficult & stressful time.

This review is coming from the West Coast! I was a bit nervous about sending a bouquet to my bff for her milestone birthday in Chicago. I researched high and low for the best florist in Chicago, went through about 1/2 dozen until I came across SFM. They did a fantastic job, from sweet, helpful customer service to delivering a gorgeous bouquet on time! I am super thrilled and will use them again in a heartbeat. The one shown is called Natural Love, the original size (they have three sizes). It comes with a lovely succulent that will last after the flowers have moved on... I won’t be able to put into words just how unbelievably talented this team is. Florals were one of the most important things to me for our big day. I had met with multiple florist before directly connecting with Mary. Within minutes of our first call, I knew she completely understood the vision, what I didn’t know is how perfectly they’d execute. Mary and Steve are the most dynamic, creative, astounding duo- they superseded any expectations we had. I’ll never forgot our room reveal and them standing there on the dance floor with the biggest smiles, as if they hadn’t spent the entire day perfectly placing what felt like a million roses in just the right spots. They were incredible. We adore this team and highly recommend their services!!

Steve's Flower Market swooped in and saved the day!!!! My original plan to have ostrich feather centerpieces at my wedding failed because I found out that I was ALLERGIC to the feathers! WOW...(I know). So with a tight budget and tight timeline, I was able to still have a BEAUTIFULLY decorated ceremony and reception! (THANK YOU JESUS!!!) I was actually referred to Steve's Flower Market by one of my friends who simply suggested them based on Yelp reviews. IT WAS A HOME RUN!!! They were so accommodating and they were right on time with the delivery! We simply discussed a vision in person, and I left them to their creativity, and they delivered a beautiful product!!! I've had the pleasure of working with Steve's Flower Market to get a garland table runner for the family dinner that I was hosting! Prior to contacting them, I was concerned that the garland might be over my budget. When I discuss what I wanted to order, I have made sure to voice my budget concern. Thankfully, Steve's Flower Market ensure that they will be able to work under our budget. On the night of the dinner, they were able to quickly deliver the garland table runner ahead of time. Steve's Flower Market was wonderful to work with! They did an amazing job with my personal flowers. I brought over lace that was from my grandmother's wedding gown to wrap my bouquet in. Ismael did a wonderful job! My bridesmaid's bouquets were really simple with three white garden roses and some greenery. My bridal bouquet was the typical bridesmaid's size bouquet but it was perfect for me! We bought the flowers for our centerpieces in bulk and I had some girlfriends put together the centerpieces together at the reception space the morning of the wedding. I don’t advise showing up to Steve’s on Sunday when they’re closed like I did. Luckily for me, the staff was there preparing many special event orders, and were gracious enough to set aside a few mins for me to get a gorgeous bouquet for my grandma’s 69th birthday. THANK YOU! The smile on her face was priceless. I’ve been here several times before and each and every time the staff is amazing. Mary and Steve are one of the most wonderful people I had the pleasure of working with! They know their stuff and their attention to detail is amazing. I cannot rave on how much I LOVE their work ethic, positive energy and products. I waited to get photos back from my wedding to write a review so that everyone can see how great of a job they did. Pictures do not do it justice. I would recommend them and their staff in a heart beat!!! I talked to more than 7-8 other florists in Chicago but Steve’s flower market beat them by a long shot so don’t hesitate to book. Believe me, it’s worth it!

Steve's flowers are always absolutely stunning. I have used them several times to send flowers as a gift, and each one is better than the last. They are the only florist I feel comfortable just letting them put something together, because the result is always gorgeous. This weekend I asked them to do an arrangement with red in it, and the attached photo was the beautiful result. Often when you order flowers online from other florists teh results are disappointing, but every time I order from Steve's they exceed my expectations. Can't recommend highly enough!

My absolute favorite place to get flowers! I’ve gifted bouquets, had them gifted to me, and purchased flowers for my home numerous times from Steve’s Flowers and I have consistently been impressed with the quality and creativity of their arrangements. I feel like I always get a generous amount of flowers in my bouquets for a great price, and they usually last about two weeks. Steve's Flower Market was absolutely amazing in the planning and execution of the flowers and decor for our daughter's wedding. Mary was so easy to work with and just such a nice and positive person who truly cared that our daughter's vision was executed perfectly! I have to say that they managed to exceed my wildest expectations. Mary also worked so well with our planner and the lighting company to make sure everything was just right!! I can't thank them enough and will use them again and recommend them to everyone without hesitation!!

I enjoy getting flower arrangements here for various occasions. The selection is wide, and the service is reasonably prompt, even when there is a wait. Today Aurora helped me. Although the precise color of flower I wanted was not in stock, she created a bouquet that was quite attractive and just what I needed, and within my price range. She also gave me advice on how to keep the blooms fresh. Steve's is my preferred flower shop in the vicinity of the Loop.

I order bouquets from these guys for pretty much every special occasion. These ones in particular were for an anniversary and were not only absolutely stunning but super fresh, lasting over a week with minimal care. With big flower holidays like Valentine's or Christmas the flowers can be not as fresh as I'd like but for the most part they do an amazing job with great service. They also deliver into the suburbs which is huge. Best florist in Chicago!

Mary and her team were incredible! Mary is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is also extremely talented and great at what she does. I still can't get over how beautiful our wedding day was and a big part of that was because of Mary and her team. I'm obviously biased, but everything Mary and her team did was so beautiful! We are having another celebration in May and will be using them again. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! :)

I own a wedding venue in the area (Room 1520) and Steve is my number one suggestion for florists. They are helpful, nice and timely. We haven't had a single issue with our clients and weddings with them as a vendor! Do not hesitate to book them for your event! Separately, I order flowers for my home frequently. I give zero direction and they always deliver something beautiful. The same goes when I order for friends. Perfect every time.

Steve’s flowers really did a beautiful job with a floral arrangement that we called in late this morning and delivered the same day. Really happy with the arrangement. They also did a fabulous job with floral arrangements for a decadent baby shower I did years ago. They have a huge selection and are very knowledgeable with good taste. Andrea was wonderful to work with, and the flowers were stunning! At times I was over-picky, but she never made me feel like I was being "too much" and treated my wedding as if it were her own. She also offered low-cost alternatives, which was very thoughtful.
