I’ve been visiting specially this store since almost a year now but unfortunately I stopped visiting particularly this store since 3/4 months because of the so called store manager ’Abhishek’ who just there for no customer support at all and given false commitments/hopes over on bad quality goods sold by this store. I’ve been tried to reach his senior ‘Abhi’ as he introduced himself on phone and he too given the false commitments for exchange of bad quality goods sold by them but they never come back with the solution/resolution! It’s been more than 6 months now since I am reaching them for the exchange but every time they fool me with false hopes. I have the buying experience with Mumbai store too and they’re pretty professional and good at their job but these two guys in Delhi are totally good for nothing and provide zero resolution over on the complaint n selling bad quality products. My suggestion is to avoid visiting this store until someone who are the key of Superkick look into these boys ‘Abhishek and Adi’. 0/10

Superkicks is a cult destination for sneaker shopping in India. I recently visited their Delhi store and was blown away by the fantastic ambience. The collection of sneakers was vast, including some highly coveted hyped ones. It was a truly crazy collection, and I was delighted by what I saw. I have been to the store a few times, and each time I visited, they had added new sneakers and cool accessories to their already impressive collection. The staff members were extremely friendly, and I must give a special shoutout to Mr. Rupender, who provided excellent hospitality and always went above and beyond to help me with my sneaker purchases. As a fashionista himself, he had a great sense of style that impressed me. The store's location is very accessible, and parking is easy, making it a convenient destination for sneakerheads and casual shoppers alike. I highly recommend that all aspiring sneakerheads and fashion-conscious shoppers visit this store at least once. Adios!

Hi team superkicks wanted raise a concern regarding your website it seems glitchy. Day before yesterday i was try to cop one of the mids that were dropped under the new arrivals section idk how some other random dunk highs W landed up in my cart which was a mistake from my end didn’t pay attention and paid and thought that i had the mids in my cart Now Ajinka one of your representatives said that it cannot be refunded since its an exclusive shoe I’m not asking to cancel a shoe which was dropped under heat which is a separate category you have made to launch such shoes it was launched under new arrivals That too bcz of the site was glitchy Attaching some videos for reference.

I placed an order on May 11th, and for nearly 6-7 days, there were no updates. When I contacted customer service support, they provided me with three different reasons. First, they claimed that my product was at their Delhi store and assured me that they would ship the item that day and provide tracking details. However, I received neither the shipment nor the tracking details. Finally, they admitted that the package was misplaced by their courier team. To make matters worse, they now claim that the product is out of stock and have provided me with unsatisfactory explanations. Their service has been extremely disappointing and their excuses are unacceptable.

Placed an order and after 5 days they cancelled it without any reason, I ordered again and there delivery partner blue dart rerouted my order. After 10 days of misplacing my order I had to find first where did the order go and by myself went there to pick the product from warehouse and for my surprise they shipped UK 8 size and that too is defective, while there shoe selection measurement is by default UK and I selected UK 9 only . I've contacted them on insta, called them texted on insta tried WhatsAp, sent many emails but no reply from there side, no customer support at all. Pathetic experience. Worst of all time from any online purchase .

I got my first set of Jordans from Superkicks. Man amazing after sales service these guys have. So I placed my order for AJ3 Cement Red at 4th June 2:30AM and I got my article same day around 5PM. Then I spoke to Sidhartha at the store regarding few marks on the shoe and these guys immediately replaced the article with a new one & ensure with personal delivery by hand. So i saw this store from the coffee shop across and went in to find nike dunks and air force 1s for my sisters birthday. Superkicks saved me a bunch of time last minute and if i could mention 2 staffs that I remember I think the manager and a guy Yash we had a blast speaking about the shoes and they helped me with my final choice all and all id say superkicks is the best spot to get all your sneakers at

VERY POOR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ACTUALLY ORDERED! I RECEIVED SOMEONE ELSE'S SHIPMENT AFTER 5-6 DAYS OF WAITING, AND THERE IS NOBODY IN CUSTOMER CARE TO TEND TO YOUR ISSUES. WHEN I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER, A CHILD ANSWERED THE PHONE AND IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP. NO CALL BACK AFTER THAT. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! DO NOT EVEN TRY ORDERING FROM SUPERKICKS INDIA. !!

This has to be by far the best sneaker store I’ve ever visited. Apart from the fantastic selection and competitive pricing. The representatives there are really great. Anthony is the guy who helped me out pretty well there and not once but quite a few times. I’ve made it a point if me or anyone close to me is buying a pair of sneaker, it has to be through them.

Best place for all sneakers head. 1 stop shop! The vibe of this place is simply out of this planet! The store manager is so interactive and always available to help you out. Wasn't able to decide which one to buy, the staff answered all my questions and showered me with sneakers according to my taste. Must visit place keep up the good work.

Was hard to get in touch since my order took about 10 days to get shipped but great experience after i got in touch with the customer case team. Ajinkay from the online team was very helpful, managed to get my order shipped and delivered in a span of just 3 days. Very happy with the customer service, not so much with the online system.

The website says open till 10, the place is shut by 8. No one in the store picks up the phone . And when you do enter , the people working at the store don't care. It's almost like they are doing you a favor by speaking to you. I wanted a pair of Lukas and no one was willing to even speak to me. I would rather buy online.

So Jordan low reverse breds surprise dropped at superckicks on 19th November and within 7 minutes people were already lined up all dressed up. It’s all a rigged system and don’t expect them to be fair. Everyone knows they are rigged and yet nothing can be done. Genuine products fake buyers

Super team, Helping building the largest sneaker community with there events and raffles. Launching sneakers in creative ways and bringing community close should be appreciated a lot. No need to call friends and relatives in abroad for heat when you have it in Superkicks .:)

Worst customer service Hey, I ordered (order no.156482) adidas low forum shoes on 1st October. Still have not received any update on this. I have been calling the customer support but no response. Could you please let me know what is the status. It's been 7 days already.

Pathetic customer services on Instagram DM as well as store. No one picks call for 4 days straight, when they finally answered my call they were not aware of shoe which i was enquiring about totally half knowledge about stock and articles. Poor services. 0/5

Love the store and there service today i bought my Adidas shoes and puma pant and hoodies they were such a good quality and the customer service is fantastic but i would like to point out to fix the dressing room handle as it very hard to open the door.
