How many drunk people stumble across the road near getting hit by traffic. Also awaking the general public who live around the area at all hours in the night/morning as I have a relative who lives in Swan St we hear and see it most times at 3-4am in the morning.

Worst customer service I have ever experienceD. Not only did I book online and call to confirm, this business did not care and did not not honour the booking. I will never bother to even think about using this service again. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

We encountered Bogen harassment while we were singing. Three local men rushed into our box and took off their underwear, exposing his special parts. After seeing that there were girls in our box, the store finally drove away these Bogens. ,

The insanity of their room prices and the way they were structured kept me away when this place opened. They've now revised both to be more reasonable, but the bar prices are still too high, and the drinks services is very basic. Good range

The environment is extremely clean, the staff are friendly and the prices are completely reasonable. More importantly, the audio equipment is probably the best in all KTVs in Australia! Doesn’t a good KTV sing?

If you are looking for Chinese ktv songs this is the place to be! Very helpful staff! Microphone quality is awesome! Had so much fun cause everything else is closed! Yay

Absolutely dreadful, microphones not working, little choice in songs. They didn't come arrive, they said went to a different room room. Refused refund.
