Look, it’s much the same as any domestic airport terminal around the country (or the world). Clean, plenty of toilets, reasonable amount of food and drink options, it’s not the worst place in the world to wait for your flight. Haven’t had the pleasure of trying the Virgin lounge yet but for the plebs it’s not bad.

Quite calm and warm for an average terminal. Has couple of coffee shops but not the best and overpriced, if you're after a coffee before your flight it's always better to buy one from one of the foyer shops just after your security check.

Thankfully there is more than one selection of places to sit and eat and drink. There are also seats along the walls if you don’t want to spend money. There’s a WH Smith selling a bit of everything. This terminal is so much better than T4!

Although my flight was delayed, the customer service was beyond! The staff were helpful with connecting my bags to my final destination and were able to get me a seat with no one next to me which was a plus.

Check in was so slow. 4 desks operating for international connections. Not sure why some people take so long to check in. We were done in 5 minutes. Anyway lucky we were there 3 hours before our flight.

Sorry but that Silver experience sucked. Wrong gate and number wrong FOUR TIMES on the ticket txt & from staff.
