Back in June 2022 my son found out his account had been frauded/identity theft and frozen. by mid august we finally got the account released only to have all his government cheques seized by the bank for nsf charges. we ask the bank to forward the nsf charges to the fraud dept as none of them were his doing. Was told to come back within 10 days to get his funds. When he went back to the bank he was told the account was closed and all cheques were returned. we have been in contact with the cra on all the cheques that should have been returned to them and as of sept. 4th no cheques have been returned to the cra. They were all his cheques for June and July 2022. The cra also advised that is is illegal for the bank to have seized the cheques for the nsf charges that were done under fraud. Frusted mother.

One more unprofessional and low quality employees here as well. I wired money to US, and the manager has to approve it as it was more than tellers limit. Wire did not go through as they thought that it went out even it was still in the branch. TD bank has to look at these kind of issues seriously or close the bank for good, why trouble the customers if you cannot arrive them, we can go to a different bank. They charge for every thing, they charged for my wire as well and they don’t do a quality job. May be lacking of training from the TD corporation?? Worst ever bank I dealt with.

The Wentworth and Fennell branch of TD Canada Trust is excellent. I have been banking there over 30 years. Staff is knowledgable, kind and very helpful. Their tellers are informed, and there is always adequate help available. It is always good to see some of the original staff frequently on hand, as well as the newer employees who come aboard.. They are a great team of employees who keep things moving..

Tracy from the TD bank on Upper Wentworth and Fennel was not professional on the phone this morning .I called about a reoccurring problem with was costing me money. She became frustrated and asked me repeatedly in a tone that was unprofessional."so what do you want me to do". Rude. I hung up called another branch and receive proper service. I will be taking this up with a supervisor at TD main branch.

Horrible Experience... I went in to the branch to replace a debit card. The lady at front desk gave me soooo much attitude. She acted like she was a detective and I was committing fraud or something. There are so many ways to verify identity. She literally has a picture of me and copies of my id on her computer. I want to withdraw my money and close the account. Smh

Went in to get information for accepting a wire transfer as I am getting an inheritance and the guy handed me a blank page without the info and said use this and called next. I have used google to find the relevant information needed but am now just going to open an account somewhere I can get help with this large sum of money... Banks aren't smart.

Gave it a 2 star because nothing actually lines up. The atm opens at 9 (that's not specified) then when I get there at a quarter to 11 the sign on the door says sundays 11 to 4. I check back at a quarter after 11 and the bank itself isn't open. I don't know if it's a covid thing or just laziness to update branch hours

edit* visited recently as I was in the area, new set of staff have no customer service skills. I haven't been to this location in a few years but I'll never forget how welcoming and helpful the staff were, thank you for your services

Eat bank to deal with. We have had a business account with them for over ten years and they always have very good service and very fast. Low cost and very good hours thank you from gold star roofing.

No customer service at all when they saw you have such money in your account and make wire they turn to be police officer and suspect in everything
