Doesn't deserve ANY star. I needed a cheque to be certified or a bank draft. They are working on the bank draft but before that's completed that job, they ripped the existing (only one) cheque that could have been certified. Just to now know they cannot do a bank draft because the person wasn't authorized. It's common sense to know what you can and can it do before you start ripping cheques. They were so rude that they didn't even call the business owner (me) to ask if I consented to the transaction. For someone who exchanges large amounts of money within TD it's a true shame that customer service can lack in decency with this branch. They clearly do NOT know their protocol. Will never be coming back to this branch -absolutely horrible!!

SO SICK OF TD. ..I definitely agree , WORST EVER. You guys are basically robbing me. You close my checking account many months ago I can't use which is fine but every month I pay for that account I can't use and then you guys are forcing me to use my savings account which you then end up taking like 100 a month from my savings account for fees , because you give me no other choice but to use it.. I'm currently looking at other bank institutions, td is ridiculous. I feel like I'm being robbed

Stay away from TD, we got ripped off by This TD branch. They charged us huge mortgage penalty which was not discussed or informed by TD mortgage. Even TD customer service misinformed us lower penalty however on mortgage discharge statement they charge us more then tripled. we have contacted branch manager. No help regarding this case. From our bad experience with TD, I would suggest that go through mortgage broker and find yourself suitable mortgage. never again business with TD.

I do my banking here never have to wait very long in line which is great some of the other locations are just ridiculous and Hamilton like the lower James Street but at this branch they are speedy only problem I had was I had to have 3 different people to look into completing my credit card application for some reason one person move to a different location and then the manager I lost my phone then found my file with another person wasn't very happy about that

Absolutely horrifying customer service from the male teller tonight May 18, 2023, 6:45 p.m. when I came in (baffled at losing my bank card across the street a few minutes prior). The patronizing condescension he regarded me with, like I was a crazy addict or lowlife, was absolutely stunning. When I mentioned this to him, he looked at me like a piece of dirt on his feet and said, "I'm sorry you feel that way." I am still absolutely stunned. Wow.

Rude customer service and never receive calls regarding my investments - I have had to reach out every single time and every time I am ensured they will reach out next time. Was told "sometimes they forget" (it has literally been every single time) and that the package I receive has a date on it so "you can call". Edit: received a notice on the mail that they reinvested my money without authorization.

Shout out to Michael, have not been to this branch since I originally signed up with TD in high school. Michael was the most helpful TD employee I have ever dealt with, and spent more time helping me out with my accounts without me even asking. I will be coming to this branch from now on, good stuff.

Turning people away at 3:50 when only 4 people in line. The 2 staff at the door insisted that there is only 2 tellers. If they had got the 2 staff at the door working at the counter, that would double their capacity and they do not need to turn people away 10 mins before closing time.

I had the worst ever customer service experience in my 20 year canadian life. The lady in the counter the way she talked is rude and she don't care about the customer. I waited 40 minutes on the counter finally I loss my patience and left without doing the transaction

Adeel is an excellent consultant who took the time to explain everything I needed to know about investing. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendly approach. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is getting started with investing.

The staff here are great, for small business, investments and general day to day personal banking. Highly would recommend TD, over any other bank!
