Normally I have great interactions with the staff. Today I went in to make a withdrawal. I voiced my opinion about how I didnt like the text messages we now get. My teller Lisa was very snippy with me for the whole interaction telling me if I dont like the system I dont have to go to the bank. Also went on to tell me that I can just transfer my money and use the ATM if I dont like how TDs policies. Nowhere in the conversation did I give her reasons to go off on me and be rude. I wont be using this branch anymore. I really enjoyed it to as I live downtown Hamilton. Considering not using TD overall

I Just had the worst experience with TD and the ladies name is SUE I believe. She was the financial advisor. She made me feel like I was a criminal. I always deal with my people I know at TD in golf links and they are amazing. but anyways I left there in tears and I am planning to close my bank account at TD. They will defiantly loose my business now. I can’t beleive how bad she made me feel today. I am still in shock and still shacking after that

Have went here my whole life. The best staff are slowly leaving still a couple left. New younger employees are okay but the bank doesn’t have the same feel as it did for a number of years. Missing the friendliness that I was used to. Will likely switch to a different branch or bank in the future

I visited this location a few times so far since i moved here, and everytime i leave I'm totaly pleased. The women on the front desk are super nice and helpful! They always come up with a solution for whatever problem I'm facing. So thank you for your great service!

Excellent tellers and Paula the financial advisor is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time with Lifan another financial advisor at the this branch. She's a poor communicator and does not respond promptly.

It seems the staff there don't know banking business, not helping at all. I wasted a lot of time there trying to wire a few hundred dollars to a person in US and and eventually I have to go to another branch to do this.

I have dealt with TD in business and personal for almost 40 years and nothing but superior service. I mainly go to the Mohawk West branch and the customer service in second to none....Jim

Poor communication, don't respond to emails, don't keep their appointment. They just don't care about customers.
