It only took a 2 minutes interaction to notice how bad this branch is When I visited TD Bank to open a credit card account, I was met with a representative who clearly wasn't interested in helping me. Their lack of enthusiasm was palpable, and they didn't seem to want to be there. Throughout the interaction, I felt like I was bothering them with my questions, and they were visibly annoyed when I asked for clarification on certain terms and conditions. Overall, my experience with TD Bank left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The representative's lack of basic customer service skills and professionalism was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this bank to anyone looking for a positive banking experience.

As a TD Customer for 40 yrs, I've got to say we are very disgruntled with the TD Mortgage process on an investment property. From our first face to face meeting with the TD Advisor, we felt unappreciated. The amount of documentation TD asked for was ridiculous. After 2 wks we were still being asked follow up questions and awaiting approval. Frustrated, I reached out to RBC and within 6 days RBC approved us, without the paper war, @20pts less than TD said "was their preferred customer rate". We asked the TD Advisor to have the Manager reach out to discuss our experience...still waiting. In the meantime, we looking to move all our investments to RBC, just not worthy of our business.

It's a bank, they have money. lol But the service staff there are well trained, friendly and always brighten my day. My only "single star off" complaint is that the line between Personal and Business Banking is sometimes blurred and that can result in longer waits for business banking. Occasionally the front desk isn't adequately staffed and that can result in delays getting attention for an appointment, card changes, check pick-ups and other such services.

Went to grab my cashback visa and turns out they had sent the card back because of some time constraint. Had to call back visa, re-order, etc. Came back to pick up the card once again and this time the cabinet where they keep the cards was locked and couldn't be opened. It's December 22nd and my old credit card that has been acting as a cashback until I receive my cashback has stopped working. Epitome of inconvenience. Good job guys.

Customer (Dis)service My parents are longtime TD customers. Went to this branch to enact POA to assist them with day to day banking and for an upcoming project requiring movement of large sums electronically. Per CSR Unaib "will take couple days". It was left to me to follow up via email & phone to inquire on status. To date, no action, no follow up. Complete waste of time.

Not happy with the service here. I had to call myself for my appointment today with my advisor who forgot to respond about an appointment the previous week. She wasn't able to help me and directed me to TD Waterhouse and I've been on hold with them for 45 minutes - she should have booked an appointment with me originally with them. Not sure why this bank is so disorganized.

Went here to get approved for a mortgage and the woman i met with was unbelievably rude. Questioned things about my career as if it was not on paper right in front of her face. Wouldn't recommend a first time home buyer to go here. Was basically told i was un able to get approved, went through a broker and was approved with no issues with a better rate.

I have banked here for a number of years now and I am always happy with their services. As a small business owner I feel appreciated and valued. They have been very helpful with a few issues that have occurred with other TD branches (not this one). I am very happy to be a customer with TD and this branch is one of the main reasons why.

One of the tellers at TD Waterdown was tested positive yesterday. When are you going to post this notice on your branch rather than just vaguely saying branch is closed until further notice? Are you contacting every visitor in the branch during the exact days when the employer was working there?

Above and Beyond. I just had to make sure I could get something very important and difficult done before end of day today. They managed to *just* squeeze me in for 15 minutes and I managed to get everything done with time to spare. Absolutely spectacular. Give everyone in this branch a raise!

This is the absolute worst branch, they should be shut down. So rude to customers. The branch manager Alicia is not helpful at all. The staff won’t work 30 minutes before closing and just turn everyone away. Save time - find a new branch. I promise it’s worth the drive.

staff is not well trained on giving information on credit cards for new comers in Canada. Branch manager and staff gave different information than TD customer service on phone. End it came out that the branch manager and staff were providing wrong information !!!

Like all banks, it has its ups and downs, such as the line can sometimes be obscenely long, and some of the workers there are not the best, as every place has those few, but overall a clean, quick place to deposit and take out your cash.

Employee are always nice and helpful. We often got welcomed by their branch manager when we banked at this branch. We still miss the friendliness at this branch.
