Scammers!!! we‘ve ordered from this mart several times, and each time there have been errors in the cashier's calculations, with excessive amounts added. The branch manager, Mohammed, not only fails to resolve the issues but complicates them further. Also, their merchandise is very low quality. Dill is placed on top of parsley and with the mint, everything is mixed up

Good collection of products. They have to use less plastic bags though. What’s worse is that I then saw the shop order staff to throw away 2 carts of perfectly good watermelons in the rubbish. Some were salvaged but they followed orders. Shame on that shop, rather than discount them or donate them!

It takes 3 hours for them to release an order out of the market. Very unprofessional claimi ng they lost the listed paper with my items although I called them during the waiting time and get response that the order is already out. No aligning between any of the workers in this market.

مدير الفرع محمد وبعض العاملين بالمحل سيئين جداً بالتعامل، عندهم لا مبالاة بالزبائن درجة أولى لا ينصح بالشراء او التعامل معهم، ولو حصل ورحت راجع الفاتورة كويس وقارن الأسعار بينهم وبين سوبرماركت تاني كويس لأنهم ببالغوا بالأسعار والبضاعة سيئة جداً

اكتر من مرة الكاشير بضيف مبالغ زياده على الأوردر آخرهم ١٠٠ جنيه زيادة على الأوردر ومرة الديليفري بتاعهم قطع الفاتورة من عند سعر التوصيل المفروض ١٦ جنيه راح مقطعها وكاتب بإيده ٢٦ جنيه.. بينصبوا على ١٠ و١٠٠ جنيه واكتر لا أنصح أحد بالتعامل معهم

Only supermarket near to northern louts Area , so they selling products in higher prices than any other supermarket

مفيش مره اخش اشتري حاجات الا ولازم ملاقيش ٣ حاجات من ٥ مثلا اسعار عاليه ستف قليل الذوق

Loved it. Although relatively small in size, it has almost everything you need.
