I can’t give less than one star but the place deserves 0. I booked the appointment for 2pm for hard gel ombre. The technician was late 20 minutes, didn’t even apologize. I informed her at the beginning that I want the hard gel ombre so she started removing the old nails and filing. When she prepared the nails I told again that I want the ombre nails and then she informed me they don’t have the white color. I specifically booked the appointment mentioning what kind of manicure I’d like and upon doing the nails I was informed they won’t provide me with the service that I booked. When I tried to speak to the person responsible for booking over whatsapp I was ignored. I had no choice as to choose a plain colour. I am not satisifed with the quality of manicure as some nails have black spots and the layers of polish on some nails are terribly applied. When I tried to talk to the technician to remove the stains she said it’s hard gel and she can’t do it. Upon payment I informed that I’m not satisfied and wasn’t even acknowledged nor given any service recovery. My first and last experience with this salon. Highly not recommended.

The worst ever saloon you can possibly go to in Dubai. Save your nerves money and time, avoid using their “so called” service. The receptionist wearing a shawl is very angry she will look at you with hate she doesn’t know how to talk to ppl she can only yell. They don’t have all colours of nail polish to choose from, not enough materials, no aceton. Technicians just say straight:”they don’t provide us anything”,..as if it’s my problem. You will end up soaking your feet in cold water because they don’t have hot one)) and they don’t have soap!)) they say pedicure is 100 but this does not include anything . You need to add ons for cleaning toes separately and for cleaning heels separately, very funny. they won’t give you water to drink because they won’t give you a cup)) the Pakistani lady did the worst lashes for me I ever seen. I wasted 3 hours of my life for these lashes and came to redo even because it was terrible. Now it’s even more terrible than before and it hurts my eyes badly. I need to remove them, and it’s again time and money Sad that such salons exist in Dubai. Never again

They DO NOT DO Microblading as advertised by this salon and as seen in their videos, they rather do tattooing or something close to microshading your eyebrows. A client was ‘arguing’ with the staff when I arrived about her eyebrows so that made me curious. At the end when I pointed out to them that what they are doing is not Microblading as advertised but micro shading, they said the technique was the same. I made then know the technique WAS NOT THE SAME, Microblading USES bladed needles to apply pigmentation underneath the skin and gives the real brow-like look, micro shading uses pins and just shades. Since I went there for Microblading and not just anything, I made them clean my numbing cream and I left. Also, it is NOT 100Dhs as advertised, but rather 130. 100dhs apparently is for a 2nd touch ( bcos they know their first touch won’t last even two weeks and you’ll need a touch up ). They just advertise to deceive and lure people to their salon. I don’t know about their other services. The Microblading is what I went for and noticed it was a deceit. So be informed and be careful.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Booked ahead of time for a specific nail master. Got confirmation, received the google location, was sent to the WRONG location ( to barsha), only to find out said person doesn’t work there. No one apologized. Weird vibe in the salon, almost no one speaks english. Travelled next day, had no other chance but have Hassan do my nails. He did a terrible job, cut my long nails unevenly long , then had to do an extension because I pointed it out. Terrible shape, super thin straight gel layer, totally unstable, took him 3 hours, broke after 3 days while I was traveling, sent them a pic, they said come by and fix it, but I was traveling. Upon coming back they said I have to pay for repair but honestly, I was so turned off and will not come back. Paid 120 for this and to be honest, it’s not even worth my time to ever go there ever again. Don’t do it - just don’t.

Worst salon ever ! I make appointment, first the location was not there ☝ I was driving and rounding for 10 minutes and ask people where is it, nobody knew , when I reach there the girl from the reception told me I have no booking, that I need to wait for another 3 person that are in the queue for eyelashes , after she said I can make the microblading before , the guy who is doing this he said he don’t do microblading, only micro shades, the girl from The reception the worst , everything that I was asking her her answer was I don’t know , I don’t know. I couldn’t do any service and I left , waist of my time , I will leave a very bad and true review with my experience! I do not recommend!!!

I’m putting three stars not because of the work no,I’m putting three stars because when i wanted to go there the location wouldn’t give me the exact location I had to keep going around in circles for an hour and 20 minutes in my car but in the end the location was infront of caspian kabab Restaurant the parking lot infront of it you can see a sign that says “the lab” but it’s a very small sign so keep your eyes open. I did call multiple time (10)but no one would answer. But as for the actual work I really liked it a lot! Dana was the one who did my nails and I’m INLOVE with how they look absolutely beautiful great job to her!

Dont believe yhe “crazy offer”, “mega offer” they are all scammers. Before i went there i reconfirmed in whatsapp that “ALL SERVICES PROMO 100AED” but when i got there they were charging a lot higher. I did not pay it. I payed only 100 because they were not clear in their message. They should have told me that “100 aed is the starting price” there are tactics so that customer will come expecting they will pay less but end up paying more. Also, i chose brown as my nail color but ended up having maroon or like dark red because of the numbering of their nail polish. Crazy people. All scammers. Not recommended!

There is nothing like 100 aed they just promote saying 100 all services but when u go there u end up with paying more i did my microshading they ruined my eyebrows and they will tell u this is your 1st session u have to come again for your session sessions after 2 weeks so they can change u extra again in ur 1st session they will do incomplete and u have to walk with your ugly eyebrows for 2 weeks and then they will complete on ur next visit .salon is very dirty and non of there staff can speak English . They r eating chips and touching customers with same hand which doesn’t looks good .

Horrible experience, I booked an appointment many days ago at this branch and when I arrived I say hello and no one was replying just staring at me and then one answer what do you want to do. I said nails I have an appointment she just ignored another said wait in line 3 ladies before you. I said I have to work that's why I take appointment. She says no appointment you have to wait. Then another kept repeating no appointment and no manager call the number. By far the rudest experience I had, no one even wanted to look into the issue or assist or ask to sit to verify. Warning ❗️❗️❗️Cheating and playing with words in the service list !!! They refuse to make me micro blading although it is written very clear in the service list !! And they say they only do shading!! Also the prices are higher and different than what posted on instagram!! And the girl who make the service knows that everyone don’t accept the “shading” thats why she told me before she starts!! Horrible experience, I did two services the 2 stars for Olima the nail technician she was very good and experienced in barsha branch and the other service is brows lamination with the branch manager literally my eyebrow returned to their normal condition after 1 hour and I waited 4 hours to do my nails only one employee!!!!! While I’m waiting many customers came and complained for bad services and cancellation for their appointments many many complains I should run actually Not recommend it at all don’t waste your money and time !!!!!! Lack of customer service . I walked in only to find some technicians sleeping and chatting on their personal phones . Sat for 20 mins waiting for someone to attend to me . No one attended to me , I decided to ask only for one to answer me “l have to wait for 40 minutes again before someone could attend to me and do my borrows” . No one felt the decency of letting me know before l asked !!!Atleast ask me if am willing to wait for 1h 30 min…... Mind you l was going for work . I’m very very disappointed .

Tomiris & Saba did our lashes, brow lamination and shaping - the work done by these two lovely ladies on my Momma & me were amazing to say the least! Exceeded all my expectations! I had lashes done from before which Tomiris took off so gently and then did my lash works so beautifully. Saba did my Mom’s lashes & brows and she looks like a whole new beauty! Very very very bad experience in my whole life with salons in Dubai, staff not professional at all service very bad I went to serve eyelashes, the girl's hands smelled foods , she was not wearing gloves Eyelash glue caused me an allergy. I bought medicines worth 450 dirhams. I get inflammation in my eyes ,and the manager was present and did not act in the situation.
