I have always recommended this place to family and friends, auto and commercial, i would give it 10 stars if i could, but recently i called in for a quote and the person who has always helped is no longer there. I dont know if i can handle the rudeness of the people that stayed on behalf of Sana A. Please do something about it. The boss needs to hire Sana A back because you are going to start losing valuable custumers thanks to these people. Maybe right now its just me but trust me, no one likes to wait one week or more on a quote ike i did. Thanks I would give 5 stars but Sana A is gone

Looking for insurance is very complicated and time consuming, but after working with Ashley I changed my mind, she made the whole process a breeze, very kind and was all about the customers needs and focused on my satisfaction, was able to hear what I wanted and apply that into my insurance, I say if you need an insurance quote, ask for Ashley, keep up the good work!!!!!!

Always a good customer service, Ms. Jenny is awesome she does her magic in helping us in every way she can.
