Yes the feedback on poor customer service here is very true. I advise do not waste your time coming to this shop. I wanted for the mechanic just to take a look at the problem with my RD, but since the problem appears too small and there is a few other customer browsing in the shop, the guy turned me down saying he is busy. I gave a piece of my mind there and then. The least he could do just take a bit of time and look at the problem and only then advice me whether it will take time to fix. Mind you I have spent thousands on this shop already and this is the level of after service that I get.

Not worth spending your time and money here. Bad customer service, inexperience mechanic and a snobbish boss who thinks he knows it all, berating your existing components not purchased from his shop. The sad thing is that even after my 2nd bike with the shop, still the same rubbish customer service. My advice for newbies, you can take your money else where.

This shop locates only 15mins away from my house. Great location, I purchased a mountain bike for dad from this shop for a very reasonable price that included accessories & free delivery!! The bikes' quality is excellent & my dad is over the moon. The seller's exceptional is 10 out of 10. My family & I enjoyed every aspect of shopping experience here.

Bring my fiance bike in for a repair and Mr. Clement was very helpful and honest on helping us resolve our problem. Thankfully he got it fixed within a day so we can go riding on the weekend. We also exchanged stories about mountain biking and I enjoyed my time in the shop while waiting for wife’s bike to be repaired.
