I have been working with Trinity Plumbing for several plumbing jobs. This job required the installation of an outdoor hot/cold faucet at my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. We found trinity on google from an ad, we proceeded to call them for a clogging issue from our toilet after looking at the reviews we felt that they were highly credible to do the job. The plumber came to my salon to try to fix the issue and within 5 minutes he mentioned that he dropped the top part of the toilet onto the tank, he then mentioned how it was our fault that he dropped the ceramic and proceeded by telling us that it was going to cost us 600$ to fix it. We then agreed that they would replace the toilet the following day (today) and they were supposed to come between 9-11 AM and never showed up or picked up the phone when we called them. Horrible business and horrible people running it. Highly DO NOT recommend, I've never written a review before and this is one that needs attention, from one business owner to another this is terrible business, I will need to find a new plumber now to replace the entire toilet and still fix the issue which we called for in the first place. EDIT: Update on the situation. The owner told us to take down the review and he would compensate us by installing us a new toilet. However, he lied for the second time after constantly calling the company. At this point, it's not even about the money, it's just a waste of our time.

Called them at 10pm for a blocked main drain and they arrived at 12am. Not all other plumbing services from other 24/7 businesses were available for this time and I am glad they were willing to come out. Upon arrival the plumber was knowledgeable on our problem. He attempted to unblock the drain but failed due to it being on the city side. He did unblock it slightly but the problem remained. Cost $650 due to it being a late call. He gave me info on calling the city to unblock it for free (since it was on their side of the property line). City came the next day and unblocked it for FREE. All in all an expensive lesson. If you have a blocked main drain use STEP 1: call the city first! It is FREE and they treat it as a priority. STEP 2: if step 1 doesn't work then call a plumber

I had a clogged main drain in a 4-plex home. It was great that they could come out within the hour at 1am and snake the drain. The problem is they don't have a camera to see what caused the blockage in the first place and would have to call in someone at a cost of $850 on top of the $932 I already paid. The next day, the drain clogged again. This time it was during regular hours on a Saturday. I was able to get Mr. Rooter there within an hour equipped with the camera and it only cost me $324. Unfortunately, they need to dig up the floor due to roots growing into the old pipe. At least I know what the problem is now, unlike the ill equipped Trinity Drain. $932 down the drain!!!

My building called another plumber at one point and this plumber could not do the job easily and would not listen to me when I wanted to make suggestions to make the job easier. Niko and Johnny were fabulous!! I called on a Saturday morning with a toilet that wouldn’t stop running - I sent him a video he told be the the valve need to be replaced. I thought he would call me later in the week and replace…….but same day knock at my door 6:30 at night he and Johnny replaced the valve 20 minutes and left —— brilliant brilliant customer service….fantastic guys. We highly recommend Trinity Plumbing and have used them on numerous occasions. We first used them when a drainage pipe burst in the middle of February and our basement flooded. I used this company to unblock a sink that was clogged. They sent someone out within a short amount of time and did a great job fixing the clogged pipe and replacing part of my pipe that was worn. The plumber worked quickly and left everything spotless. Their prices were very reasonable too. I would definitely use this company again.

They worked for my business Chick-fil-A in Kitchener. Asked for upfront payment in the middle of the night. I asked them to send me invoice I will pay the next day, but they demanded instant payment in the middle of the night. We are a big business here and they could not even trust our credibility.

Niko was very quick, efficient, organized, professional, and honest. He fixed the broken shower faucet cartridge effortlessly under short notice when another plumber I called said I have to replace the whole valve that would cost me 4 times the price. I'm very happy with his service.

They removed a p trap from under my driveway. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the interlocking brick was put back in so well that you could barely notice any work had been done. Very reasonable rate as well. Would definitely recommend.
