# Love at first sight! Bangkok is the city you will find everything you need easily, especially for long stay. When I found Tamni through internet, scrolling down the photos of property…I had that feeling of love at first sight. I don't know why I just had the six sense THIS IS THE ONE aka a hidden paradise. The true is …my intuition was right! In the end, I had amazing stay at Tamni for a month. There are some parts of my experiences would like to share and recommend to everyone. 1.The family like staffs: They are very helpful in any possible ways. Thong is the sweetest girl in the world! She is super kind, fun, talented, and having great taste of art & beauty. I love her so much. Chosita is a brave and amazing girl who speaks amazing English and gave me incredible recommendations of islands' life in Thailand. Other staffs are all polite, heart-warming ,and just treating you like a family. Oh yes…can't forget my puffy doggy friends, I enjoyed having them around. I couldn't share more appreciations I had for the staffs. 2.The facilities withhumanity: When you stay not just 1 or 2 days…you stay a month. You could slowly discover so many thoughts they put in small details of the property and furnitures. Everyone little corner is like an art work. Also, I love wherever I walk there are always some green natures around me, and they have been taking good care of variety of plants. Love the big open kitcken which I feel like my own home to cook my own meals sometimes. 3.The art of lifestyle: I think the concept they try to show you ISN'T just finding a comfort place to stay, is to bring everyone close to each other having some interactions which has been missing in nowadays. Bringing you into their culture through their activities like painting sessions, cooking lessons, movie nights, yoga, art works…etc. 4.Never bored: I stayed in a shared room which means I slept with different girls every night…sounds like a dream right? Just kidding! Yeah, I enjoyed meeting people from all over the world, hanging out and having fun with my roommates that brought me different spirits every time. And yes, my best friend "Netflix" with big screen, I liked to watch with others or just enjoy it alone. BTW, you must to try their massage service, totally worthy the money with high quality environments. 5.Great transportation: Located in quiet ally only 1 min walk to Hau Lamphong Metro Station. I spent less than 1 hour by BTS & Metro and cost me less than 100THB from BKK airport to Tamni. It's so coinvent to go around Bangkok city by public transportations, even saved lots of time…if you know how crazy the traffic can be in Bangkok. Tamni is my second home now! I highly recommend to whom wants stay in Bangkok city for short or long term time. Hope you all have extraordinary experience too.

The best hostel I've experienced, for now. Is Tamni the most well designed and curated hostel in Bangkok? Perhaps, because I'm very inspired! I want to take the time to write a thoughtful review because Tamni deserves it. Staff members were beyond lovely, they are actually kind humans. One time due to an emergency, the staff at the counter helped me by speaking Thai on the phone using his own mobile. No money is exchanged, just great service.

The winning elements are in the thoughtful details, which impressed me the most. Each bunk bed has a private hook for clothes, hangers, a reading light that isn't hot to the touch. The curtains around the bed can be secured, ensuring privacy. If an 8-person bunk bed situation feels too much, there are 4-person bunk and private rooms options.

The shared bathroom has ample space for users and cleaned daily like every corner of the building complex. The kitchen area is adjacent to the TV room, which is where a family-style dining area is also situated. You can cook using your own ingredients with some local condiments ready for use. This is perhaps my favourite space to experience. It feels well thought and curated to initiate guests connecting with one another. Overall, the interior elements at every corner of Tamni and its building materials were a joy to look at and to touch. Attached to the hostel foyer is a little cafe with typical coffee options and eye-pleasing food menu. Western and local.

Gorgeous hostel that is straight out of a Pinterest board. I’ve met a few people through my stay here, and it seems like the guests are all pretty social in my room. They host events like painting, yoga, and cooking if you do want to branch outside your roommates. The staff are super kind, but if you’re looking to get to know a Thai local this might not be your place! They do an awesome job though, especially with cleaning. Another perk of this place is that it’s right next to Samantha’s massage spa and it’s amazing! I was told by another roommate that it’s a very ethically ran business where the workers don’t have to go out and promote their services. The prices are fair, and it’s great if you have to wait in between getting to the hostel and checking in! When I come back to Bangkok, I’ll be staying here again.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, modernes Hotel mit zugewandtem Service, guter Lage und geräumigen Zimmern. Betten im DZ sind breit und erstaunlich komfortabel. Dazu ein riesiger Fernseher! Auch an einen Safe für die Wertsachen hat man gedacht, die Klimaanlage ist stark und es gibt einen Kühlschrank. Auf dem Dach gibt es ein Rooftop , auf dem man sich entspannen kann. Einzig das WLAN könnte etwas stärker sein.

I had the pleasure of staying at Tamni and I must say it was a delightful experience all in all. Tamni tucked away in the heart of the city and surprised me with its unique charm and warm ambiance. The room was immaculate and tasteful decor making it a true home away from home. One aspect that truly stood out was the Tamni' team member, every member of the team was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. Having said that, they offered lots of in house activities and I had so much fun. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring city and interesting places nearby, less than 5 mins walk to Hua Lamphong MRT station/7-eleven, 15-20 mins walk to Chinatown and 10 mins walk to Talat Noi. All in all, Tamni is a hidden gem that more than make up for it, I would highly recommend this place to fellow travelers seeking a cozy and memorable stay. Cheers!

Tamni is an amazing place. My friend and I started our trip in Asia here, and it was very pleasant. I will definitely be back. The location was ideal, as it was located close to Hua Lamphong, both the train station and the metro. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and filled with plants. Honestly, it’s amazing. The cafe is cozy. I wish it would have some more plant based options, however, the watermelon drinks were quite enjoyable and my friend loved the food. Our favourite part was the massage parlour. The staff was so kind and the service was amazing. We really loved our time here. First, you can choose some tea to begin with, then you get a massage, and lastly you get some tea and a sweet treat to end with. And the women are so sweet and kind. The only thing we had a problem with was the WiFi. It almost didn’t work at all. Otherwise, everything worked out pretty well. We stayed in a double room with our own bathroom. Beautiful room! :)

The whole hostel is beautifully designed and decorated, the receptionists are very polite and helpful. Lots of workshops and workspaces. The place is beautifully combined with nature. The only thing is the location, it’s not bad but it takes like 10 minutes to get to siam square not bad but could be better l

This hostel doesn’t miss a beat. From the moment you arrive at Tamni, you will be greeted with a smile from the wonderful team. My partner and I arrived early meaning our room was not yet ready, however we took advantage of an offer from the in-house massage team to try out Thai Massage for the first time. All I can say is, being walked all over never felt so good. The masseuse even gave me some pointers for stretching after the hour long massage. In an effort to beat the jet lag we decided to joint the postcard painting session- I didn’t manage to catch the name of the host but she was brilliant, providing materials and great conversation throughout. We stayed in a private room which had everything you could ask for and exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend this hostel to anyone and will no doubt be booking back in the near future. - they also had some very cute hostel dogs if you are an animal lover -

One of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in, the location is easy and simple to get to as it’s so close to the MRT(subway, 1 minute walking distance) it is also very close to the railway station. Dorm rooms are spacious and beds contain sizable storage spaces for luggage, rooms are cleaned regularly as well as the bedsheets, they provide two towels that are changed often, Bathrooms are beautifully designed and maintained regularly. Soap, shampoo and paper towels are always available as well as a hairdryer. Multiple working areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a nice tv, and cheap laundry. The restaurant is also the best in the area in my opinion with affordable prices. Overall the place is exquisitely designed, gives off a homey vibe and is great value for money. The staff are super friendly and are always happy to help. Definitely going to stay here every time I’m in bangkok.

I spent a whole week here and the everything is amazing, from the room, bathroom, the working space. I just want to say that the girl in the front-desk (the one with teeth braces, fair skin and long hair) is not too friendly or accommodating to other guests (I noticed mostly to Asians), she greeted and talks to my friends and I well but when it comes to asian guests she's a a little off. As if these people are asking her a favor. It's a not good attitude especially if you're working in hospitality industry. She needs to treat all guests equally, no matter what. I am no perfect but I feel sorry for those guests who experience these treatment first hand. But this hotel is amazing and the rest of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Plus the massage is just in the neighborhood.

Schönes, sehr modernes Hostel. Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten das Hostel zu finden, da es in einer schmalen Gasse etwas unscheinbar ist. Die Lage des Hostels ist sehr ruhig. Ich habe eine Nacht im Mehrbettzimmer verbracht. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeiten seine Sachen auszupacken. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber schön und sauber. Leider verbrachte ich die Nacht mit 3 Mädels, die sehr laut waren, als sie das Zimmer spät betreten haben. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, Events um neue Leute kennenzulernen. Insgesamt ist das Hostel aber eher zum Entspannen geeignet. Es gibt einen tollen “Spa” und man kann Treatments an der Rezeption buchen. Außerdem hat mir die Dachterrasse sehr gut gefallen. Ich würde wiederkommen aber beim nächsten Mal ein Einzelzimmer buchen.

We have to take an 730am train to Pa Sak Chonlasit at Hua Lamphong train station. So Google for an hotel nearby. Found Tamni Hostel and I am happy with the find. We (family of 5) stayed in a mixed 8 bedded air-con shared dorm. As we reached Bangkok at 930pm, so stay at Tamni is a sleepover for 1 night. The hostel has an artism feel and design. The room and bed is clean. The shared toilet is clean. They provide towel, shower gel and shampoo. Have to bring own toothbrush and toothpaste. They have interesting events organised in the hostel, I would love to experience next time. Not much of food stall open at 1030pm but there is a 7/11 shop 5 mins walk away. Overall I love the short stay.

Best hostel experience I’ve had in a looooong time! Everything from the communication because of a late check in to the insta-worthy interior design to the organised group activities - I wish I booked a longer stay! I joined the rooftop yoga, took advantage of the breakfast station and slept like a baby in the big bunk bed with curtains. It’s also great to meet people, at least in my experience. Maybe one minor suggestion to improve one: Invest in better wifi. With all the insta girlies coming to take pictures, it was very slow or sometimes even cut out completely.

Wow! Tamni has completely blown us away. We booked a one night stay here and wished we’re staying longer. The aesthetics and decor of the hotel/hostel is on point - exposed brick concrete, plants and dark wood. The vibe and atmosphere is effortlessly relaxed and trendy. The Samantha spa provided us with unparalleled Thai massages for less. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Tamni!

I stayed in dorm side, which is really comfortable for stay and the magical is all the architecture and Shout out for STAFF who working in here. They are so lovely . Hi Liu, Rubie Ping, May, Thong, Sho they made my vacation more incredible. And they have a lot things to do, one pf the favorite oke is painting provided by @hands_odor . That was my first try doing that. I DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK AGAIN to Thailand for staying here.

The amenities of this place is very nice. Has a basic kitchen and laundry room you can use. We stayed in 4 bed dorms and the beds and comfortable and clean, 400 baht (might be different now) when we booked in person as of November 2022. Common showers were well stocked and modern with really good hot water and water pressure. Only downside to the shared washroom is you can't lock the shower stall doors. It used this weird wooden mechanism that tries but doesn't really work. Nice working spaces spreaded out across the property but not my favorite layout to facilitate socialization for single travellers.

This place is like heaven. The rooms are air conditioned perfectly and spotless, the place is filled with beautiful plants and the location is lovely, Talot Noi- the old town. Which is full of delicious street food and very near to a subway station which you take to all parts of the city. The staff are Lovely and very helpful, the roof terrace provides a stunning view of the city and is great at night. The kitchen area is lovely and clean and they provide eggs bread and juice for the mornings. Best hostel I’ve stayed in!

Definitiv eines der tollsten Hostels in denen ich bisher gewesen bin. Der Service ist hervorragend and super nett, die Einrichtung sehr cool und voll mit Pflanzen. Hab mich sofort wohlgefühlt dort. Die Betten sind bequem und man hat einen Vorhang, Licht, Lademöglichkeit und einen Schrank (Schloss mitbringen). Außerdem ist die Klimaanlage prima im Zimmer. Die Bäder sind ebenfalls klasse. Ein Spa und eine Café sind darüber hinaus vorhanden.

a great place to explore Bangkok from there. The style and rooms are great. Very stylish, well equipped and clean. The whole hotel is designed with great attention to detail and is beautiful. The rooftop terrace invites you to chill out in an uncomplicated way. The bar and bistro are also impressive. breakfast is a bit pricey and small but tasty. The location within Bangkok is fantastic as a starting point for any activities. Directly in the hotel awaits the visitor authentic flair, very pleasant. We will be very happy to come back!!

This is quality wise the best hostel i've ever stayed in. Interior wise, it also ranks very high. Huge lockers, right at the head of the bed, big enough to fit your 75L osprey in. Better showers than you find in most 5 star hotels. Comfy beds. Very nice staff. Personally, I was amazed that you can get this kind of quality for 350 baht a night. The kind of hostel you want to book a few days in advance or it WILL be booked out!

An absolute Architectural Masterpiece! Beautifully decorated. Discounted massages at the spa next door and a Great cafe attached to lobby. Amenities such as washing, a fully functional kitchen, outdoor seating, comfy places to relax in the lobby, outside the rooms and even on the terrace and wifi. Very sweet staff who are always ready to help! When we arrived they carried out baggage to the 3rd floor for us because there is no elevator. The location is very good and close to public transport. They have a cafe connected to the hostel with very nice food and drinks. Oh and on top of that its also a very aesthetically pleasing hostel too! A real gem! Have tried 4 different hostels in different area. Tamni is the best one I stayed in Bangkok this time. This hostel is one of the most beautiful I've stayed in! The staff was kind and helpful -- they even gave me some guidance on where/how to get my laptop fixed. There's a little cafe attached with delicious and decently priced food. The bathrooms are kept very clean. Plus the location was quiet and convenient to the metro and train station. I extended my stay several days.

ไปพักมา2รอบ ที่พัก design สวยงามมากค่ะ ร่มรื่น สะอาด ห้องพักแบบส่วนตัว มีสิ่งของจำเป็นครบเลย ไดร์ เตารีดก็มี ครั้งที่2 ไปพักแบบห้องเตียงรวม ราคาดีมาก มาทำธุระที่กทม.แล้วหาที่พักแนะนำที่นี่เลย เดินไม่ไกลจาก mrt หัวลำโพงด้วยค่ะ ป้ายรถเมล์ก็ใกล้ๆ ดาดฟ้าน่ารัก มีพื้นที่ให้นั่งชิวเยอะเลยทั้งด้านล่าง แล้วก็ตามชั้นต่างๆ . ติดนิดเดียวค่ะ ประตูห้องน้ำ กลอนไม้ปิดยากไปนิด แล้วก็การระบายน้ำของห้องอาบน้ำรวมไม่ค่อย flow เท่าไรค่า . ถ้ามากรุงเทพอีกมาพักอีกแน่นอน recommend

Super Lage, tolle Ausstattung und Stil. Eine grüne Oase in einer kleinen Seitenstraße direkt am Bahnhof mit einem tollen Rooftopview. Es werden täglich mehrere Kurse angeboten, die zum längeren Verweilen einladen.. Leider etwas zu hellhörig. Durch die Rooftoptreppe wurde man nachts öfter wach.

Tamni!!! the best boutique hostel i’ve been to! My bedroom was spotlessly clean and has the best bathroom! :) the hosts are warm and so kind! shoutout also to Fai - the bar guy. He’s amazing! Definitely LOVE the whole vibe of this place! I miss Auan already

This place is an absolute oasis, so much so I feel compelled to leave my first review lol. Space is beautifully designed, airy, bright and clean. Lots of common area to socialise or just work/ lounge in solitude and atmosphere doesnt feel overly forced or clique-ish like the other hostels. Location works if you want to stay in the charming old BKK town, 5 mins from Chinatown and 10 mins from Khaosan. Bit far from Sukhumvit/ Silom area.

A nice place to stay. The location is very convenient to see the main sights of bangkok or to use the train station. The hotel is very modern with fast internet and great amenities. The staff is not overly friendly. There is a big deposit but it is not controlled and there are no bag tags. I would recommend to skip the breakfast at the local caffe as for a fraction of the price you can get same things for just a fraction of the price.

10/10 This place is a gem. Funky, fun, charming! My bunk was super clean, comfortable and had selves and a built in storage space for my luggage! Showers/toilets are clean and right next to the dorm rooms. Staff is super friendly and there are tons of events throughout the week to meet folks and be social. Also, 7-Eleven about three minute walk from the hostel. Great place!

I can only recommend this place in Bangkok! The interior design of this hostel is very modern and the rooms were cozy and clean. You can also book a breakfast there, which was also very delicious. Central location and nearby the main station. The staff was very nice and helped us in every situation :)

Unfortunately we spent only 1 night at this amazing hotel. The Family room was absolutely fabulous. We loved this beautiful design and every detail of the decoration. The most terrific thing is a combination of the light and a wood, like a fairytale. It has a microwave and coffee machine as well. Absolutely recommend this place who is looking for a cozy accommodation in this area.

The best hostel I have ever seen. Apart from the central location right on the blue line - beautiful interior design, great facilities, very friendly staff. You get a towel. Rooms very clean. Beautiful courtyard with possibility to get creative!

Architectural delight! Beautifully decorated, very calm and relaxed. A quiet hostel without much socialising, which worked for me! Half price discounted massages at the spa next door. Great amenities such as washing, a fully functional kitchen, outdoor seating, comfy places to relax in the lobby with AC or outside the rooms posed to the elements.great wifi and great AC.

The best hostel experience you can get. The building is very beautifully decorated, the staff is very welcoming, there's plenty of animation in the floor level with workshops everyday for both travelers and locals. The food served here is great and massages at the spa have an amazing value for money.

Tamni was a delightful place to stay, the cafe was also wonderful. The quality of the food and coffee was great and the hostel was so clean, mega relaxing, perfectly designed and furnished. Also a fab rooftop to relax on. A great place to stay in Bangkok. Location was fab next to the metro rail and easy access to the town on foot too.

Amazing accommodation. beautiful design and clean. friendly staff. The atmosphere is really nice.!!!!!!!:) However, the lower bed I was assigned had no storage space and there were ants and bugs crawling on the bed. And Wifi doesn't work well in the room. But these were not a problem for me because the accommodation was good..!!!

I love of this place, affordable price, friendly staffs and warmly environment. It’s a hostel for you to meet a new nice people, can work all day at the lobby and kitchen provide all the equipment for you to cook. The room is so clean, new and comfy love it so much. Bathroom have everything to provide a joyful shower time.

Such a lovely place! Clean, nice interior, super friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful terrace on the rooftop to overview a little of the city (and if you‘re lucky, the sunset!!). The hostel is right in the city center and near a metro station. I would definitely book again the next time I‘m in Bangkok.

We had an amazing stay. The double bed room was nice and comfortable. We like everything. But our room door didn't close properly if we didn't press the door hard enough. There was a night that we didn't recheck. The door was not closed for the whole night since we got back to the room.

One of the most beautiful hostels I've ever seen- the type that makes you think "I wish I could stay here longer". It's peaceful, friendly, accomodating, climactic, and clean, and has everything you could ever need (including a delicious café!) We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this hostel. Not only does this hostel have a beautiful interior and great facilities, it also has an amazing staff. It might not be for the budget traveler, but to me, it was worth every penny.

Good one Close to Hua lumpong station . Less than 2 mins Clean , good design , good services There are art painting (SUNTER, artist ) . I stayed at the private room ( 2 bedrooms +, it is same compound area. Next to the hostel building .

Cooles Hostel. Wir haben die Inneneinrichtung im ganzen Gebäude toll gefunden. Die Doppelzimmer sind grosszügig und sauber. Lage eignet sich bestens als Basis um die Stadt mit der U-Bahn zu erkunden.
