Weird and pathetic Experience. Every time i face a cashier,a man with 0 dignity ,poor behaviour, so disappointed to share the experience to be here this cashier doesn’t listens to you keep on doing his own work example watching match while the customer is getting late or so,he speak as if he’s offering something free, Dude we pay for your product.. doesn’t even know what to talk and how to talk.. inspite to my family member he says , while he was telling something like who are you to tell me .. My goodness never came across with such attitude of someone sitting at a reception as a cashier .. You are here because we pay you .. feels like its fool to infact face him . i urge the owner tarun to please take some action ,else we have to .. you are good , you are polite but your goodness will not be considered here as we gona be called fooled if we continue facing this behaviour of your cashier!

This shop have been the saving grace for me when I needed to save 3 kittens. I got whiskas dry food, wet food, cat litter sand, scooper, kitten bracelet, lice shampoo etc here. While prices of some items are high, they say the goods are imported and hence the high price. Whiskas is cheaper on Amazon and more so if bought in subscription. Cat litter sand is cheaper in the offline store though, but prices of them is going to hike soon as confirmed by the shopkeeper. I found that poop scooper was too costly then online. So my recommendation would be to check prices of stuff online before buying in the shop. But overall you can get everything here for cat and more so for dogs, as a one stop shop.

Worst trainner ever! Will take your money and won't turn up for days, unless you call him some ten thousand times. Most unprofessional person/trainner I've ever come across, won't teach for more than 20 mins and would blame it on the dog. I am saying this because I've hired another trainner for my dog and nothing like this happens. Be prepared to be blocked from calling and whatsapp. Save your money and never hire trainner from the TARUN PET VILLA. There are number of people I know who've had a tough time with him, so it's just not one case. Don't waste your time, patience and most importantly money on someone who doesn't care about your pup as much as you do.

Never!! Never leave your pet their please i request, these people keep them in cages and that to in a very dirty place. When i picked up my dog there was a tight chain tied around his neck which the forgot to open. My dog was smelling so bad when i picked him and he was there only for one day. I was asking pictures and videos, which the never shared. TARUN is only doing this for money. He will show you the camera footage which only shows cages and conjusted area with only a single buld. My dog was so scared and i am terrified.please never leave your pet their in any emergency never this is traumatizing.

Had the worst experience while I left my dog at their dog hostel, when I came back to pick him up he was kept in a cage with no water and food. There wasn't even any attendant with the dogs and they were locked up in a room in cages alone when they promised to keep the dogs in open rooms with ac, it's animal cruelty to leave your pet with them. While my pet was there I called them 5 times a day to get the update of my dog but there was no revert in 2 days, poor service, poor management ! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

My experience was superb. I am going for my pet 1st cutting and i was worried how to cut , how it looks , so many questions in my mind. But when my dog (kipper) came out with new hair cut. It was really awsmmm. The way he treat my pet .really appriciated.. My dog was listening that person's instruction properly. It was wonderful.. Thanku so so much tarun pet villa. I belong to Perroayuda Welfare Foundation which is an animal welfare ngo and my close acquaintance had left a dog in their pet boarding for 3 days, after coming back they saw that all the dogs were kept in poor condition in cage without even fan in such heat. Being part of an animal welfare team I would not recommend you to leave your fur baby in this boarding as they make false claims and does not even update you about your dog's condition when you're away.

I don’t recommend this place to leave your pets for boarding at all, they keep the dogs in worst condition in cages without any food or water bowl after false claiming that they will keep the dog in ac room and open space but when we went to pick up our dog he was in the cage along with other dogs and had at least 2 bowls of water and had a full bowl of food after coming home. It was extremely poor condition and my dogs paws also hurt as told by doctor.

Very Very Very Bad Experience. Tooooo much costly. A minus rating is what they deserve. They are only gold diggers. After giving appointment also they will deny to attend ur pet . They will only attend those who are there regular ones. Very bad service. My pet always wait around there for 1 hour in the heat. They really dont care for the pets all they care is for money.

Injured my dog - he came back from a grooming session with a wound near his leg. On inquiring, they said he had a tick there and while removing it the dog was injured. That’s all lies as the dog had no ticks. On top of it, they provided this justification only when we inquired - not upfront when we picked up the dog. Overall they aren’t competent enough to run a grooming business.

Person who manages the store is very rude . She has no idea how to talk to customers Most of the stuff is overpriced and tows are old and full of dust . The worst place to leave your pet in town. By mistake also do not think about leaving your fur baby at this place even for a day. We left our pup for 2 days thinking they will take good care but when we came to pick him up after 2 days, we found him tied up in a small cage and after coming home he had like half a bowl of water. owner sophisticated person have too great things about knowledge of pet. All staff is good and manner attending of customer is brilliant and do suggest the knowledge full things about pet and how to improve their activities & act.
