My family and I visited this restaurant for the first time on 20 Feb 2023. I recall discussing our experience after we left the restaurant and stating that we thoroughly enjoyed our food and that we'll definitely be back in the future to try other items on the menu. The menu was so robust that I had such a difficult time selecting what I wanted to eat, and my family had the same issue - you be the judge if that's a positive or negative thing to experience with respect to the menu size. I don't recall what everyone ordered during our initial visit; however, I'll list the items that we ordered during our recent (23 Dec 2023) visit. We ordered the Crab Cake Benedict with Hash Brown Patties, Chorizo Breakfast Burrito, Bacon Breakfast Skillet with Marble Rye Toast, and Homemade Challah French Toast. First off, let me say this...this restaurant definitely knows how to ensure customers don't leave hungry. The amount of food they serve is so substantial, in that, they could intimidate all the legacy buffets in the famous Las Vegas resorts/casinos. Ok, maybe that's a little over exaggeration on my part, but I think you understand the reference/comparison. This restaurant was extremely busy during both visits. If I recall, the first visit was around the 11:00 am time frame (~45-60 min wait time); and the most recent visit was around 1:00 pm (~20 min wait time). Needless to say, both visits had kind of a lengthy wait time which is understandable due to its popularity, therefore, plan for the wait whenever you decide to eat here - trust me, it's well worth it. Additionally, this restaurant provides amazing service! Unfortunately, I don't recall our server's name during the 20 Feb visit, but I remember it was stellar. Our server on 23 Dec (Yadira) did a remarkable job during our visit as well - she was very friendly, attentive, and professional. If I were to point out a couple of things that's slightly less than adequate are (1) I wish there were more room in the entrance and main dining areas. That dining area was a bit crowded whenever we ate here; and (2) I wish the owners would build another restaurant in the far Northwest part of the city so it's within close proximity to my residence. Neither of these are show stoppers, nor is it indicative to my review/rating of this business...just something I would wish for. Overall, this restaurant is amazing! The price-to-quantity/quality ratio is very reasonable as I alluded to earlier in my review. I have the utmost respect for this business for supporting the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans - this is highly appreciated. If you haven't been here before, you need to stop in and grab some incredible food. In fact, swing by and at least grab several bagels to-go! Highly recommend this business to everyone!

Delicious food. It was very busy and parking could be difficult. Our waitress was nice, but so busy she couldn't be attentive. There are so many food options, beautiful bakery. Highly recommend but just know that it's busy because it's good so the service isn't always the best. Service at the delivery and bakery counter was fast and fantastic for how busy it was. Can't say enough how good the food is. Highly recommend. An example of the less desirable service for the owner to address was the waitress not checking in a single time after food getting dropped off. Then, when checking out at the bakery, there was a group of 12 coming in, and the waitresses were having a short disagreement about who was going to host. One waitress stating she isn't going to do it and has done it enough. Leaving the party just standing there and other guests listening to the unprofessional talk. If future visits continue to have poor service, I will lower my rating but am always open to giving a place another chance when the food is outstanding.

I had the Brisket Sando here and it was really good. You can double the amount of meat they give you for only $2 more, so that's a no-brainer. The menu is absolutely huge though, had to be around 200 items. I also had the Black and White cookie, like from Seinfeld, and it was delicious. However, the chocolate chip cookie was not my style. But to be fair, I am comparing it to my mother's cookie, so not really fair to this place. Some of the reviews on here state the service is lacking.. I sat at the counter so I was received immediately and had no issues. But while I was there, I did see two different parties who had to come over to the hostess and ask if someone could come take their order. I think they must have a bad system or something and the servers don't realize they're getting sat tables. Everyone is really friendly and there is no way it's happening on purpose.

I've been here on/off throughout the years and it's always, steady traffic. The prices are what you'd expect for quality, authentic cuisine. Please note, when you come in to the "Deli" side, if you want to order pastry or bagels, do so from the 1st order taker. My guy was very sweet, but I forgot you're supposed to do all the ordering all at once. When I went to pay, I heartily apologized for not ordering everything. In all honesty, both employees chastised me with their looks and mannerism. I've worked in the food service industry for plenty of years in the past. I know the look!! I was NOT being rude. I clearly stated, it was my fault, not the deli guy, but it was there. The "oh-shoot" look!! We have to wait on her??? I'm spending money , aren't I the customer. Hence, customer service. Sadly, the food is amazing and I'll keep going back.

Ordered 2 knish, 2 chocolate donuts, a muffin and 2 vitamin waters (almost $5/ea) to go. I mentioned it was our first time there so I would have appreciated that they told me I would need to ask to have food warmed. I made the mistake of assuming they would warm the meat knish (It’s not good cold) and not sure it will be when it’s warmed. Would have been nice if they asked though so people don’t make this mistake. Muffin was bland as well as the donuts but my kids were happy with them: They didn’t give me napkins and someone behind the counter even watched me struggle to find some before I gave up and left. This experience especially left me regretting leaving a tip. My guess is that this place is great for people who know what’s good here and know to request warming your food cuz it was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon.

Great low key place to go for lunch or dinner. Everything is made in house including all corned beef, pastrami meats, pate’, salads, cream cheeses, breads, rolls, pastries and of course…the bagels!! They have a huge variety of bagels that other places don’t make. The bagels are toasted perfectly and the cream cheeses are so smooth and creamy with fresh ingredients in them. The fluffy matzo balls in the soup are authentic and hit the spot! The potato pancakes are tasty with the apple sauce and sour cream accompaniment. Both the corned beef and pastrami sandwiches are tops here. So full of flavor that you really don’t need or want mustard on them! There is a favorite desert in the cases for everyone too! Literally over 50+ deserts to pick from.

My wife and I have been coming to the bagel cafe for years. The food is excellent with large portions. The atmosphere is new York City deli. When entering the bagel cafe one is immediately hit with the aroma of the fresh meats and baked goods. The service is quick and the staff are always attentive. We have often brought our friends and family here and will continue to return to the bagel cafe.

It was my first time trying this place and heard great things. Who doesn’t love a deli sandwich on a lunch break?! I placed an order for pickup. I walked into a very busy deli and cafe. I wasn’t greeted. I wasn’t told have a nice day or thanks for stopping in. I was simply told to give my name and the lady told me ‘oh grubhub order’ Customer service was lacking for sure. Regardless of the service though, the food is outstanding. Veggie sandwich with potato salad. Cajun turkey 1/2 sandwich with cucumber salad. 2 bag of chips. An unsweetened ice tea. They forgot to include the salads. Not sure what to think here.

First time at the Begal Cafe and it did not disappoint. I had the Ruben sandwich with potato salad. It was the best pastrami I ever had. It was a hearty portions and service was great. I also pick up some cake and cookies at the deli on way out and the man behind the counter was helpful with my questions. I am definitely going back.

I can’t believe is my first time at this marvelous establishment. From the moment you walk through the door, you find fish in the exhibit looking so tempting to eat right away. I choose for breakfast the popular and famous Homemade corned beef hash with eggs, yummy I'm feeling like I'm back in New York City. Go early because this place gets packed quick And it's a little challenging to park otherwise. Worth it from here to the moon and back ☺️ Sooo good

As close as I think we'll get, to a NY-deli experience in Vegas! This place is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. The food is good&plenty, but not hugely memorable. The atmosphere is fine if one doesn't mind sharing with a well-managed but pretty sizeable lunch crowd. Still, the staff handles the challenge well and cheerfully.

This was an awesome find! Yes to all the reviews who said it was busy, it's definitely worth the wait. And even if you dont sit down to dine (we didnt) order yourself a meal to take home, along with some awesome bakery and deli items!! You cant go wrong with a well made bagel. But my partner had the breakfast burrito and it was absolutely delicious. Great size too, not ridiculously big and not small either; a goldilocks "just right" if you would

I don’t know how or why this place has more than 2 stars, at best. Clearly, whomever is leaving reviews doesn’t know bagels, sandwiches or Jewish delis. As a New Yorker living in Vegas, I’m kinda shocked at what I just paid $30 for. Not sure whether to laugh or cry. Also, bland bagels. One sheet of smoked salmon for a $15 lox bagel (LITERALLY, see my photo)…come on. And…the reubens are meh. Laughable.

Still looking for excellent bagels in Las Vegas. The Bagel Cafe has very good ones buts the search goes on. I got a dozen assorted bagels for $18 (actually 14 - they give two free). They were pretty good. The place itself has an excellent deli vibe. I didn’t eat in but plan to soon. Nice big dining room. There are lots of pastries and spreads and breads for sale also.

Everytime I visit Las Vegas, it’s a must that I visit my favorite cafe!! I love the cheesecake it’s thick, sweet, and creamy just like NY original… with the graham cracker crust yummy I also LOVE the bagel & salmon plate, the coffee, the cheese jalapeño bagel , with a bowl of clam chowder soup DELICIOUS & always FRESH …

First time eating here. We ordered omelets, and they were good but we had hoped the extras would be mixed in the omelet and not sitting on top of the eggs. Bagel was good, but Einstein's has more flavor. Service was good and the bakery items look delicious and there is a nice variety to choose from.

Really cool place. The food is great and pretty unique. It's pretty expensive but it makes up for it in both quality and quantity and the atmosphere of the place is very nice and chill. I was under the impression this place "specialized" in bagels but no. It has literally everything. Great place.

  • Sophia Rivas

This is one of the only bagel places you can get a gluten-free bagel. This with their fresh squeezed orange juice is the prefect way to start your day. My family who eats gluten is so fortunate to all their delicious dessert. They also have a delicious gluten free chocolate chip cookie.

I have been in vegas for years and have finally found a place that fills my void for matzo ball soup, chop liver, Challah bread etc. I usually can only get these things when I visit my family on the east coast so I'm happy to have found this place.

  • Janet Friedlos

I normally would highly recommend the Bagel Cafe but this last time we picked up our bialys the order was not complete, the bialys were either squished or over cooked. When we know we’re traveling through we always order at least 3 dozen to

The stuffed cabbage is so good. But It’s so sweet it needs a bit of vinegar to cut the sweetness. It’s SUPER SWEET so I can’t order it again. The onion cream cheese is awesome! I’ve only been here 4 times but every time I’m pretty happy

Great place with awesome food!! It is like walking into an East Coast style deli and food place! Growing up in the South Jersey area, this place certainly reminds me of those days. The aroma of the cooking always has a home style

This place is busy, and when you see the baked goods and food options, you'll see why. This was our second visit for breakfast, and it did not disappoint. We took a small cake as a gift, and it looked great. The portion sizes,

The guy at the deli was RUDE and PUSHY! He also got my order WRONG. I ordered SPINACH KNISH and I got. MEAT knish - my husband is VEGETARIAN - so this was a WASTE. Avoid this OVERPRICED place!!!! More

Busy but the service is generally very prompt. Huge selection of bagels, authentic. Portions are large to reflect the prices. Challah is excellent, especially as French Toast.

OMG this place is amazing! Everything I go to Las Vegas I go here. The food is so good. But the real reason I go is to get 1 of the giant Ho Ho's ..
