Went in to put together a package for Christmas. They didn't have any prepackaged combos that I might have purchased or gotten an idea or two to put together my own package. Staff was friendly but nobody seemed to be interested in helping me put together a package. The only help I got was when I wasn't sure of what a product was. I tried to engage several staff for help in assembling my purchase and getting feedback or expertise without success. I grabbed a basket and relied on my past memories of purchases and put together my own combo. After 30 mins of smelling and decision making I was done assembling my package. I was thoroughly disappointed of my experience here. If it wasn't for the quality of the products I would have left. I wasn't just purchasing a small order or 1 or 2 items, I was getting 2 or 3 of 10 different products. I missed the enthusiasm of sales staff of years before where everything we looked at was explained and their opinions of products from use or other customer feedback was given. I loved the attention to detail that was given to help me make an informed purchase but unfortunately this year I felt like I was at a serve yourself discounter and it was a shot in the dark if I made the right call. Even when I brought my baskets to the counter to pay I wasn't asked whether l found everything ok and instead of putting my purchase in several bags it was jammed into one. Come on your products have some weight to them and you have paper bags with rope handles how far do you expect people to get before the bag rips from the weight. I like coming here because of the customer experience besides the product. Maybe it's time to find a new competitor if this is the direction of this store. I will come back again solely for the products and for past service reputation but if the service remains the same I won't purchase I'll leave sorry thanks for the memories.

I adore this place. WHY would you not want to support and shop at a place that is CRUELTY-FREE. They also have great discounts for students! I personally stock up every boxing day as they have deals that cannot be beat, buy 3 get 3 free....plus your discount! PLUS what ever other sales they have on. The products are absolutely amazing, and I can not stress enough how underrated this store is.

I buy from the Body Shop regularly. I find their facial moisturizers and cleansers effective. Despite recent price rises the prices are still quite reasonable. I don't like the body butter any more because they changed the formula. It's now too stiff. It doesn't sink in. The body yogurt doesn't moisturize enough, although it sinks in better.

FYI I went today to the store at 8:40pm to pick up my order that I previously purchased online but the store was closed. The internet says that they close at 9pm. I guess next time I should call to make sure they are open.

Agnes at this location was awesome. She answered all my questions and was able to find the products best suited to me. Fantastic customer service even though she was on her own. Would highly recommend her.

Always love shopping at the body shop. They have such wonderfully sented products. I love the hemp hand cream. It does a great job at softening my hands. Also Satsuma body was is the best!

Highly recommend it... All products are Cruelty free. If you care enough to know how things you are consuming were made, then it is the best option you can go for!
