Absolutely the greatest staff. All including The manager were absolutely fantastic. Above and beyond one gentleman legitimately went through everything with me going through hand sanitizer sense looking for specific sense and spent probably 20 minutes with me going through. He was kind and humorous and patient with me . I've been very upset and new Moody and having a very hard time shopping since my mother passed away back in June. He made this enjoyable for me unfortunately I don't remember his name but remember what he looks like and the next time I stop by I will probably break down in tears and thank him he made shopping enjoyable again For me so kudos to your staff , including your manafor putting a woman who just lost her very best friend and mother at ease to be able to shop again something she hasn't done since thank you from the bottom of my heart

Usually have a good experience, today was different. A girl with black hair and a green stripe was very rude. There was some body care at the front of the store whom a friend and I were smelling, and there was a SMALL sign saying not to open the product. An honest mistake we did not see the sign. This girl came rushing over and very rudely said not to open the products and if we wanted to smell them she had samples we could so i said okay we would. She forgot about the samples because she walked over to her coworker to gossip about me as i stood right there?? “We should really have something in place for when customers ignore the signs like an alarm that goes off.” Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional.

I was looking for a face mask to help with my mask-acne... and I did research on the tea tree oil line... I used to use it as a teenager... found a clay mask... went in and out of the store to buy it in 2 minutes. And was even signed up for their free reward program in that time! I believe you get a discount on your birthday... and they email you % off notifications too. I really like the mask... I can’t tell if it’s working yet. My pimples are all healing, no new ones coming... so it really might be working!! Will update this post if I see a huge difference or none.

Was extremely pleased with my experience with Payal. I live in the south side but I know I’m driving up to this location because thanks to her a) I have a skincare routine b) I know she’s going to take her time to answer my questions as she is very knowledgeable on the many products and speaks from experience for most too and c) I know she’ll fine me what I need without breaking my bank, just like at the other the I was there with so many things I wanted to buy but thought I couldn’t. I really appreciate your service!

I always walk out of here with more than I intended to buy. The ladies working here really know their stuff and only recommend to me products that they feel confident I will love. Don’t shop here if you don’t want to start a Body Shop addiction! Nothing against Bath & Body Works but I will always choose the Body Shop at this location because of the fantastic staff ❤︎

Great amazing products. All my body care stuff is from the body shop since almost 2 years. Love my argan oil body butter and the strawberry too. So smooth and easy to use, no strong perfume and really affordable price. Never regret my purchases

The associate that was at the till was very impatient and rude. I have only shopped with this company for all my body supplies for 6 years and today they lost a customer.

Their tea tree oil products work the best on my rosacea - love the tea tree oil night mask, I can even wear it under my day lotion so my skin doesn't get oily fast.
