I have never been to a coffee bean. Im always at a Starbucks. Today I tried it, I couldn't have been more pleased ! The store was super clean staff, so friendly & helpful with my questions. Such a different atmosphere from Starbucks is always busy & a bit stressful. Coffee bean had a relaxing feel to it so much seating & it's peaceful super chill vibes! Coffee was way better than Starbucks & their cruisant tasted also better, super flaky buttery. I had the chocolate cruisant & vanilla bean latte! Super delicious made my day! I'd like more chocolate inside the cruisant, but it didn't change anything about it still 10/10! Clove it I'm a fan now joining their rewards program ! I spent 9.50.

Less busy & packed than a starbucks! Super clean plenty of space and seating including outside seating so much space
First time at Coffee Bean. Thursday 10 am during Christmas break was surprisingly busy. I found it a bit crowded and awkward inside. Prices were reasonable. Showcase was a bit messy. I was thinking of buying a breakfast sandwich but the food looked old. The cashier was nice. I ordered a large vanilla bean cold brew. Went to pick up my drink and it was covered in milk. Whoever made it must have put the lid on without thinking about the overflow, the mess it would make, and how customers love to get sticky hands from holding their drinks. Placing the straw in only made things worse. Now I have a puddle of milk on the lid. Thanks!

It's always busy in the front, but if you park in front of AtHome and take the stairs, there's a side entrance at CB & TL.
Wheelchair accessibility
Handicapped parking and ramps are available, and this is a ground-floor location.
I went in to pick up an order and I was standing by the pickup counter for over 15 minutes while the workers ignored me. I went up to the register and asked if they were making an order and the petite curly haired girl in front rudely said “no we have no online orders”. I told her I placed it online and asked if the address was 12070 and she told me no. I left and came back and she said “oh your order is over there on the stand”. At this point I had been there for 20 minutes. The worst service I’ve ever received. I won’t be returning to this location.

I like this location of the Coffee Bean. Parking is plentiful and easy to get. Interior is spacious but decor is dated and store could use an updating. Manager and employees are friendly and engage with conversation when appropriate. There is an outside spacious patio for sitting and they have shade umbrellas. Pastry selection is fair. Lots of coffee and tea selection whether hot or cold, and better prepared than Star Bucks and for that reason I have made the Coffee Bean my preferred choice.
Great friendly staff. Unfortunately over the last 2 months there have been issues with fresh coffee available outside of morning rushes. For a coffee house it isn't helpful to not have fresh hot coffee available and need to wait for staff to brew coffee. My expectation is throughout the day coffee should be brewed and available. Have held back for a while to post this.

Doesn't compare to Starbucks when it comes to coffees and pastries, but the seating is far better on the inside. They have these arm chars that are quite comfortable to sit in and nice to hang around in if you're chatting with a friend.

They have the best tea lattes! While the interior is dated, they have a big outdoor seating area with lots of umbrellas to provide shade.

Went in to a coffee bean for the first time today and had such a great experience! I was helped by such a sweet barista who helped me and my husband make sure we choose the perfect drinks! 20/10! I didn’t catch her name but she was short and blonde! Thank you for your amazing customer service!

I drink my coffee straight, and I know good coffee when I taste it. Coffee Bean has the best I can find, especially for the money. Starbxxxxs has some of the worst these days. Really sad, but they know most of their customers add lots of other flavors so they just don't know.
