This is the 12th attempt in 2 hours to post a Google review on this establishment. They keep erasing themselves. I was completely humiliated and shamed at this bar today and everyone should know that the bartenders are not playing Fair. I arrived at 3:30 today after taking the bus to the casino had a double shot. Went to gamble for about an hour went back to the bar ordered a double shot and was told I can only have a single shot. Took the single shot made friends at the bar order drinks for them hung at the bar bet on horses an hour later they ordered drinks that included me the bartender refuse to serve me I was onwhen I tried to talk to the Barrett partender to see when they would allow me to order another drink he was rude and obnoxious embarrassing me further telling me it was cut off for the complete night. It's 6 I've had to jello shotshumiliated plus I just spent all my money buying drinks for everyone else and when it was their turn to buy drinks for me they refuse to serve me I had already been there 45 minut

Let start by stating this main fact- I give "First Turn Lounge" a negtive 5 stars!!! Reason for this is because our bartender diecided to take it upon him self to add his on tip to our bill. Of course I would of not found this being done until I checked my bank account this morning. This is after we had already been leaving him cash tips all night. When I was trying to get a hold of someone today to place in my complaint I was given the run a around. Calling this place is a waste of time!!! The so-called trained employees are unable to or welling to take responsibility and assist in my complaint. All they did was send me to voice mail... I will never return to this place again!!!

We try to attend the NFL football games each Sunday. Food is good and reasonable. Since we come for the early games there are very few people there. Some of the issues we (and others) face each week: 1. Viewing area opens 15-20 minutes after the games start. 2. Bartender won't change channels to games we'd like to see in a specific area. He doesn't want to walk "all the way" over there. 3. Won't take food orders after 12 noon. 4. Following week, won't take food orders unless we are drinking alcoholic drinks. We really enjoy the atmosphere and conversing with other fans but this is beginning to become ridiculous.

Workers are rude the place is loud and the odds of winning are very slim. They are always resting the machines to make them less likely to hit if they're winning one day they'll turn them off and reset them then they won't hit as all why can't they just leave them alone lord knows they are making more than enough to pay out better than they do . They will take peoples money all day and not one person will get lucky. They need to set laws that make these places pay out because they are not giving back and it's wrong to get away with robbing people.

Group friends and I went go dance have couple drinks. Drink order prices change even though you order same drinks n same count. The male bartenders are very shady and if you know them price discount vary. I ordered round $40.00, female friend orders same round 20 minutes later $21.00 . Another friend orders same round and all sudden $47.00 think they gouge prices. so pay attention very carefully to charges. Think price changes are depending if pay with cash or card

The place has lots of room to move around. I didn't stay until the band started playing but I'd imagine it can get packed with no problem at full capacity. Lots of screens devoted to the main sports events of that evening. Alcoholic drink was average. Not to strong but enough to give a slight tingle. I would go back no doubt.

I come regularly for karaoke and the bartender on Wednesdays tend to pay attention to the guys more and is always constantly looking at her phone and will ignore others who are waiting to get some service since she is the only person working. Also it would be nice if there a non-smoking section inside the bar

The Gonzalo band was here and they sucked the singer was dressed as If he was working in the back yard in warm ups and hiding under a baseball cap while everyone else was dressed well very disappointed in him then he was talking to his band like they were in band practice

Love this place this is our local Hangout on Friday nights the bartenders and staff are very good very friendly Johnny is one of the bartenders so is Abraham they are very funny very good people I highly recommend going here for a good time live music

We were at the dance had two tables for us and some friends when the bartender David came to us and told us we can't save the table. Our friends got there and he then tells us if your not drinking you can't put the tables together. That's new to me.

Should have been no stars!!! Bar tenders have bad customer service!!! Sat there for about 20 minutes as he walked by us 3 times not once did he say I will be right with you or even ask if we needed anything!!!!

Excellent Service all around. Great live performances that will keep you on your feet. All music genres for everyone to enjoy. Reggaeton, Country, Rock. Lit drinks and beautiful locals.

I always have a good time here. Went to the bar and had a cold cherry coke. We ate a good lunch also. French fries are delicious.

Great spot for the older crowd. Not my cup of tea but it was nice inside. Waited a long time for service and for our drinks.

Love to go dance and have a good time. It's in a bad area of town. But, I have always felt safe and had a good time.

Fun place to visit. You can play the ponies and listen to live music. The bad thing is there are a lot of smokers.
