I am so glad Seattle has a TFS showroom where I could find the perfect futon, frame, shikibuton, and futon cover. I was going for wabi sabi / minimal Japanese style for my new home and getting entire sets at TFS made my life so much easier.
Stellar company. I ordered my organic cotton futon for my tear drop trailer online and picked up in store. Customer service made sure I wanted the queen size coconut mat with my full size mattress. It was a special project that worked
*WOW* bad. Hor-en-dous mattress (Tranquility II) and customer service over email and phone. I pasted the email correspondence with Moe: Me: I purchased the Tranquility mattress in October. I've never been comfortable

Was looking for a futon. Edith the store manager was very helpful and polite. She helped me pick out a new futon for my apartment. So excited!!!
I encourage you not to do business with The Futon Shop. The futon itself is lovely* but the company seems to be poorly run. Here is my story:
First of all, the experience at the store wasn’t great. They wouldn’t even help us load the boxes and mattress in our vehicle.
Store 27 in Seattle, what a lucky find! Never seen a side-sleeper pillow this great! Dinesh was very nice and helpful.
Super friendly, patient, helpful staff. Very informative about the different fabric, color, shape, and fill options.
It was great to see the futons in person and to get my questions answered. I’m so glad there is a store!
