I'll start by mentioning I was not a guest at this hotel. I cannot comment on the hotel itself or the hospitality to its guests. However, I booked 2 last minute rooms through an agent and this is the hotel we thought we were staying at. We arrived, parked our cars and rang the doorbell. A gentleman was seen coming downstairs with an aggravated expression on his face. We simply asked if we had a reservation here and he bluntly and aggressively replied that we don't and shut the door in our face. We stood there wondering what just happened and how shocking this persons manners were to 2 ladies stood in the rain at 1am trying to find their hotel. We ran the bell the second time to try and see if he knew which one we had been booked in. Again, he came down the stairs in a very aggravated manner to express how much we were apparently disturbing him. He opened the door and yelled at us that this was not our hotel at which point I interrupted him and asked if we could please have a conversation and try and find out what's going on and if he knew where our hotel was. The man simply waved his arm in a general direction, yelling 'over there' and attempted to shut the door again. I put my hand up to stop him and simply asked where exactly. He did the same thing and this time firmly slamming the door in our faces and storming back up the stairs. i don't know who this man was but if he is any type of managerial position as this hotel I would be extremely shocked and concerned. He was a very rude and disrespectful person and rest assured I will not be setting foot near this premises again. Appalling hospitality for a hotel, and disgusting manners from an employee at a hotel.

Great experience overall, stayed for a week in one of the double en suites; and used this hotel many times in the past, very clean and well presented rooms, comfortable beds and good atmosphere, staff are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast room is very clean and food was overall great. Staff always there 24/7 to help out with any needs and requirements. They have a decent sized car park also; and you have the convenience of a massive Tesco a stone throw away. Perfect location for nearby local amenities such as Harrow shopping centre which caters for all needs, there a cinema a short walk away, also some standalone restaurants which are great; and very local to Harrow on the Hill Station which has easy connections to pretty much everywhere in London, also very near to Wembley stadium. Have met the owner many times and he is a top bloke who takes pride in his work. 5 stars to Hindes Hotel, can’t really fault anything at this stage, thanks for the great service and experience.

Exactly what you want…. A fair priced hotel in a good location in regards to the hospital, straight away i was given a very friendly warm welcome from the owner/manager who you can tell wants the best for his customers and i can really respect the effort he puts in to make sure everyone is happy. Ive got the double room which is perfect for what i need, all amenities which you require for a short stay. Cleanliness here is nothing to worry about as the cleaner does a superb job. Beds are comfy and the bathroom/shower is clean and welcoming which isn’t usually the case in small independent hotels with affordable rates. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in this area or staying over night to do a parexel study, this is the place to stay, better supporting the locals than the big chain around the corner.

was served by a man called paul who took cash firstly for £55 a night then after agreeing to carry on my stay was offered £39 then after 2 nights stay told me he had booked out the room to another client... i found the rooms simple and the service appauling and caused me alot of inconvenience having to find another room i asked paul for a manager to which he told me if i didnt get back to the hotel right now he was keeping my key deposit and calling the police i get the feeling he was putting the money in his pocket due to the threats of police and being so eager to get the key back and not extend the stay and the fact he was willing to discount the room so easily which is quite unusal.. i would avoid like the plauge and pay the extra to go to a more reputable profesional outfit

Stayed with my son for a night in July, we went to the Blur concert at Wembley Stadium and Hindes Hotel is a few stops up from Wembley Park station and a short walk from Harrow on the Hill station on the Metropolitan line. Comfortable and clean budget hotel, plus they were quite happy to store our luggage when we checked in early and the next day for a few hours after we checked out. A big bonus was that most of the crowd leaving the concert were travelling back into London, only a few were going West which made getting out of Wembley a lot easier.

Arrivés sur place avec deux enfants en bas âge, on nous dit que nous aurons des chambres au rez. Donc, qu il y aurait dû bruit. Et au moment de regarder la chambre, nous nous apercevons que l une d elle est défaite, en d autres termes, elle etait occupée. On nous suggere alors une autre chambre complètement différente et la personne nous dit que si nous ne sommes pas contents, nous pouvons partir. Fuyez à tout prix !

I stayed at the Hindes Hotel for 3 months after selling my house and whilst waiting for my new place to complete. The whole team really looked after me, fantastic breakfast every morning served quickly and always delicious. The room was great and cleaned well every day, bed was very comfortable and they did all my laundry for me on the day I requested! Safe parking too behind the hotel. It's a handy location too with lots of good restaurants and takeaway places just around the corner. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book a room at the Hindes Hotel again.

An excellent hotel considering the value for money Located 500m from town centre, opposite a huge Tesco shopping store. Room is very spacious and clean, daily tidy-up, hoovered, and not a problem if you need any extras. Simply ask for George, a hair dryer supplied on demand, warm, and cosy. We would definitely repeat that experience

Comfortable room, very friendly staff. However - and this is our second stay here for one night - both times we had the heating turned on so high that we felt like we were being roasted alive. Both times, there was no way to turn it down, or off. Both times, we got back to the room later than the staff stick around, so we couldn't get help. Seems insane in these times of the heating crisis!

Disliked it based on the fact that we were due to check out at 10am and at 9am we hear rustling, upon this alerted her that we were in the room with your usual "Who is it? Don't come in". The door opened and it was the maid! How disgusting! She claimed to have needed to clean the room up and asked us what time we were going to leave so she could clean up! Such vile behaviour. Surely they have some sort of system to check who's checked out and who hasn't? I mean it's not a very big hotel! Absolutely appalling.

I found myself at Hindes Hotel under very stressful circumstances but I was met with some of the warmest and kindest hospitality that I've ever experienced. The room was clean and cosy with a very comfortable bed. The hotel provides a laid back and homely environment, and I will be ever grateful to the manager, George, who made my short stay there very soothing. The parking is great too. But it's the simple things - a little kindness goes a long way.

Thank you so much for my stay! First I was a bit scared to stay. Room was not so much to look at but clean and warm. Thank you for Gina was so kind to us at breakfast. Always offering more coffee, toast, chocolate... The breakfast room is pretty. For me, this hotel is special for a very inspiring conversation with one of your guest at breakfast. I think the only positives are that the staff were welcoming and the location was good as it was right next to a Tesco. The room was also a decent size for a one night stay and was clean. However negatives were that the wifi is tempermental, TV was not functioning and there seemed to be an awful smell whenever we entered our room. Maybe something wrong with the plumbing? We had to keep our window open the entire time despite it being very cold outside to air out the smell.

My mate Darrell said the only good thing about the hindes, is that the cleaner, the older lady gives good sloppy. She usually uses the fire extinguisher by the rear exit as a meeting point, once she gives the eyes, it’s game on lads, produce the goods and she gives you everything from a good spit and polish to a dusting off afterwards. Kept me coming back for 2 weeks straight, including Sundays.

Over priced, rubbish and waste of money. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Pay the little extra around the corner get a travel lodge with a bathroom in the bedroom. Was told bathroom was just a few steps from my room when in fact I had to walk down two flights of stairs to use a shared bathroom. Never ate there so can't comment. Was supposed to have clean bedding everyday all they did was tidy the room up slightly maybe move a pillow

This was my third stay at this Hotel, The hotel is going through some refurbishement and upgrading, The rooms are always clean and tidy, breakfast is tasty and filling and the staff are always friendly, approachable and very heplful. A great location in a clean confortable hotel, plenty of parking and free Wi Fi. Its not a luxury hotel and it doesnt pretend to be but represents very good value for the cost of the rooms.

Absolutely great stay. It was a very relaxing stay. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Had everything needed. The chap at reception was very friendly and check in was fast and efficient. Tesco superstore over the road is an added bonus and 10 min walk into Harrow centre. I would definitely stay again if need arises.

Spent 3 nights here, staff were amazing, breakfast included and rooms were clean... for what you pay in London this place should not go unnoticed !!! I had a single room, (, hence small) work to be done.. but they were so accommodating to let me use the breakfast room to finish my laptop work... till 12 midnight! highly recommend... plus free parking ... can't fault the place for the price. Does the job. Good clean room. A bed for the night. Strangely, when we arrived in our room it was insanely hot. Like over 30 degrees in the room. We opened the windows and turned the radiators off (they were on full blast...) and it cooled down in about half an hour. George the manager was nice and friendly

Clean rooms and big space. The reception is really nice and so are the other staff. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is spacious. The first night was a little hot and we asked for a fan the next night. We are staying here for eight nights, so far it has been great. Also the shower in the bathroom is really big but they aren't any shelves to put your soap.

On the first sight the hotel looked perfect, a private parking place, nice staff. The bathroom needed refurbishment, but it was usable. The next morning everything was made up, since the staff packed our breakfast as lunch and a later checkout was absolutely no problem. Hope the handyman is really coming to fix room 6, show this review otherwise ;).

Clean & comfortable. Hardworking honest staff. Excellent quality hot breakfast. The only criticism is that we had a family suite on 2nd floor- on a converted loft , there is no lift & stairs are steep - which was difficult for my elderly mum with arthritis. So if you have mobility problems, avoid the family suite on top floor.

Lovely small hotel. Great for access to central London. George looked after us so well as did the friendly ladies cooking a great breakfast in the morning. The room was lovely.. Very clean with a great shower,tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and tv. To crown it all we had free parking! Great value for money.

Wow these guys are fabulous, I went to the hotel with my two little daughters, the staff were so friendly it felt like we were with family. Lovely clean facilities and rooms and close to all the local amenities in harrow. Just a hop skip and a jump from the underground and Overground.

I have no complaints about this hotel, everything is fine. The only thing that bothered me was that the heating was on a timer and it went off in middle of the night so room was very cold. my suggestion is to take your own fan heater to keep warm. other than that it aint that bad.

I've stayed at this BnB on several occasions. Definitely the best privately owned BnB in the north west London area. Always greeted and served by their professional and helpful staff. Easy access and rooms on the ground floor for those who have difficulty getting up the stairs.

Got a double en suite room. Was clean and comfortable. Not air conditioned and some single or double rooms do not have an Ensuite. Much cheaper if you call them up directly than booking online. Full English breakfasts included in the price is the cherry on top of the cake.

Very good hotel, close to tube station and 15min to London. Staff are very welcoming. Room was renovated, clean and cosy. Free car park at the hotel. There is English breakfast option you can choose. Huge Tesco is just 1min from the hotel. Basically, everything you need!

Would reccomend this hotel to all. Very clean comfortable and run by friendly helpful staff. A simple and delicious cooked breakfast in a good location as it was a short taxi ride to Wembley central. Great value for money.

Not worth £80, would have paid no more than £40 maximum. dirt and used cotton buds under the bed. I woke up with insect bites on my shoulders. Our room looked nothing like the images on google. Shower pressure not good.

Please please please avoid this place like the plague! Filthy room hadn't even been hoovered and dusty surfaces also, no AC or intake of air left for a very warm and unbearable room, one good thing was the free parking
