Well priced drinks, lots of space. No frills, but the lighting and seats do give something of a lounge experience. Outdoor art is nice! They have a kitchen called "Alley Cat Kitchen" that has the best chopped cheese in Houston and incredible burgers. The chefs tend to run food specials that range anywhere from takoyaki to samosas to a variety of creative eggrolls with different fillings. Bar selection can be limited, but the food and atmosphere make for a very comfortable stop while in East End.

Pretty chill place, a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The staff and owners are super nice. One great thing about this place is that they sell cooked food, during times of pandemics and restaurants and food stores closing at different hours; it's good to know you can get some food at the bar in case you are hungry, especially if you are walking home and do not have the availability of a motor vehicle to go thru the McDonald's drive thru.

Probably one of the coolest laid back bars you can end up at . All the regulars are super cool !!! And the bartender is the rarest in town !! If you want a bar we're everyone knows ur name this is the spot . It also had really cool bands playing so from time to time !! You can come play pool shoot some darts or ended up in a domino game with one of the regular . Definitely the spot to stop bye !!

This bar is super chill. I love to come here when I jus wanna chill with my boo. They play music from the phone and it’s mostly rock which is fine, we jus like to play pool and have some drinks and convo. 10/10

Best service, great music, and delicious food! What do else do you want? Came here on a whim and can't even begin to explain how delicious the food was. And though it's a dive bar don't let the term fool you. They absolutely know what's up in regards to elevated bar food!

Can I kick it? Yes you can at the Kickback. Just don't drive too fast because if you blink, you'll miss the place tucked away next to a convenience store. The people are cool. The owner is cooler. And the beer...ice cold.

Norbert is great and Im always happy to walk in. I suggested a liquor for a specific drink I like to make and he got it two days later! Great customer service and conversation. A couple pool tables and bring your own food. Live music sometimes too!

The service here is excellent. You’re able to play pool and relax with no bother. I’m not a big time drinker so I don’t always know what to get but the bartender never fails to surprise me with a great mixed drink.

Played a gig here earlier this month. The bar staff is friendly and the sound guy is amazing. Cool little patio to chill out on and just the right size to host local bands.

If I can describe this place in 3 words it would be. Nasty. Smelly. Gross. Sum kinda hole in the wall place, look like there was bunch of dopers in there. Won’t be back.
