If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Not only for myself but towards my husband and my 5&7 year olds. She harassed our family and said she would deny service to us if my 5 & 7 year olds refused to wear a mask. We informed her we didn’t have masks. She gave us masks for the kids, (which were way too big) kept falling off. She asked our kids to “hold the mask up” while we were checking out. And then As we were leaving the store the kids saw a birthday hat they were wanting to get for our dog. As they picked up the hat they wanted to buy for the dog, their masks slipped down and she once again comes over and harassed us about our kids “holding their masks up with their hands”. She made it clear she wasn’t worried about our kids, our first time experience, didn’t ask if our kids had underlying health issues. I’m not sure how Three Dog Bakery is still in business with the customer service we received.

I am a returning customer. I've ordered several custom birthday cakes, which always turned out great! This year there was a damper on my pup's birthday. He passed just a month before his 10th. For me to pay my respects or honor him. I decided to go ahead and buy treats for him today. When I went in I shared with her my story. She was very gentle and comforting, relating to the situation. When we were done chosing which treats, I approached the counter to pay and she gave me to treats in honor of my Stewie's birthday! I deeply appreciated her gesture, and immediately got choked up so I raced to my car so I could cry my eye balls out. I just wanted to reach out and thank this kind loving woman. I did not get her name, but what she did made facing this dreadful day a little easier. For it being his first birthday without him I will always cherish what she did for our family.

I learned I had to put my senior dog to sleep last week and I stopped by the shop the day I found out to get some treats to spoil her during her final days. I had been crying all day and my brain was in a fog. I was an absolute mess.One gal helped me find some freeze dried treats that wouldn't be too hard on her teeth. The other gal witnessed me get a bit emotional while ordering from the bakery case and she was so kind, empathetic, and understanding. It meant the world to me. When I got home I realized she tossed in a couple extra goodies for her. Thank you to all of you who helped me give my girl some really great final days of her 18 years. You have gained a loyal customer for life due to the kindness your staff had shown me during such a difficult time.

The best way to spoil your dog. From the moment you walk in, you are pleasantly greeted by staff. In our case, after seeing our dogs, some of the team cam running out to greet them with warm smiles, loving pets, and even a few small treats. The store itself as everything your four-legged friend could want, all neatly organized, and with more than just food. The counter is where the good stuff is, however, with tons of different handmade sweets...they were nice enough to offer some soft recommendations for my dog with bad teeth. Even when our old girl had an accident and I offered to clean it, they came out with a smile and took care of it, with no guilt-trip. We can't wait to bring them all back.

Our dog turned 2 and we wanted to get him some treats than usual ones. He isn’t the one who would wear a hat or accessories, as he will snatch them out otherwise this bakery has such nice collection of hats and scarves. They have a huge spread of bakery items and the ladies behind the register were v helpful. They helped me pick the birthday cookie and small cake called drooly dream bar as peanut butter is his favorite. I was asked his age and 2 candles were drawn on top of cookie as he turned 2, that I found very thoughtful. Prices are affordable and shop looks clean. Parking is a bit tight but i don’t mind that! We will go back again for various occasions and try different stuff..

I’ve come here over the years mostly for my dogs birthday cake. I was here last week to pick up a few treats and I forgot a a few. As I was leaving the young lady working actually ran out to my truck to let me know and handed me the treats. It was much appreciated as these were the last treats my little guy was going to have since he was crossing the rainbow bridge later that evening. I appreciate this type of store even more now and think back to all the times my pup enjoyed the wonderful treats and multiple birthdays he was able to enjoy because of Three dogs Bakery. Fantastic people run this shop.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Every time I come into the store with my dog, he has a blast with them because of how much they spoil him! We went in and got some treats today and they gave him lots of love while making sure each other were safe especially during times like these. They ensure that me and their own are safe by ensuring that I remember my facemask and even offer hand sanitizer! During times like these, I have been paranoid about COVID and they make me feel safe when I come in! Love this group of people and I am very glad that I came across this place! Definitely recommend!

Sam was so helpful! She went back and beyond to help me get the perfect cake for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel! I had called a few days before my dog’s birthday and she was so helpful over the phone. When I went in to the store she was so friendly and helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. I few other dogs walked in after me and she was just as sweet and helpful to them as she was to me. She is definitely someone who takes pride in her work and makes everyone feel welcomed! From a business owner my self I love employees like Sam! She truly loves what she does! Thank you Sam!

I adore this bakery, as do my dogs! Every time I visit, my fur kids are treated like royalty (which is perfect since I have a dog named Princess Charlotte). I'm so grateful they require masks during the pandemic as I am doing my best to stay safe, keep my family safe, & keep others safe as well. They're even offering curbside delivery during the pandemic which is super convenient! Thank you, Three Dog Bakery, for being a staple in my family & for having helpful measures in place to keep all customers safe during this chaos we call Covid!

The staff was super nice. I brought my 70lb dog because I wasn't sure what he'd like. They treated him like the big baby he thinks he is and gave him a few samples - which he LOVED! We found the cutest collar (competitively priced with Amazon) and picked out 2 cupcake-sized treats to take home. I cut them up and gave him 3 days of yumminess while teaching him to roll over. He was so excited about the treats that he was willing to do just about anything to get them, so he now knows how to roll over. Thanks for the help Three Dog Bakery!

My elderly dog passed away recently and I took my younger dog out for a Mommy-Doggy adventure day. In COVID-times, in nasty Texas heat, or options for safe adventures are limited for my lab/great dane 7 year old. A visit to the local Three Dog Bakery really cheered us up. We got a new collar, some special meals for dinners, several great treats, a lot of cookie dough and tons of love. It was a spendy outing but it was absolutely worth it for how quality all the products are AND how satisfying the experience was for both me and my dog.

I dropped by to pick up a special treat for my dog’s birthday and was blown away by the great selection of AMAZINGLY crafted treats and eats for furry friends of all shapes and sizes. I seriously thought I was in an upscale Dallas bakery! Also, the decoration, cleanliness and product selection of goods blew me away. If you’re in need of a unique collar, party supplies, treats and more, please consider stopping in! The staff was friendly and I paid much less than expected for this adorable little cake. All around great! Will be back!

I was excited to come with my dogs on my pups birthday to get a snack ,based on the reviews. Unfortunately it was not that great of an experience. The 3 ppl behind the counter did not talk to us when we came in looking around and when I asked questions about popular items in the case I got told well it is based on what your dog likes. I had already been following them on fb so it was disappointing to see other dogs pictures on fb that came in the store after we came in. Maybe I will try a different location.

Food was amazing! We ordered the appetizer sampler which came with cheese sticks, fried mac n cheese, boneless wings, and fried pickles. It was all tasty! Could have been a meal within itself. I ordered a Gut Buster which is a double burger, waffle fries with bacon bits and sour cream, and a 34 oz domestic beer. Oh, and it was smothered in queso sauce. Delicious!! Wife ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and she moves it. All in all, great place to eat and drink.

Bought "Cookies" (Dog Bones) for my Kai (Half Pomeranian & Half Daushound) he usually likes Small Dog Milk Bones but We went there to get him some extra treat Cookies because we got Coupons on a Door Flyer & decided to try them out. Not sure but he did like one flavor better than the other two. So we're going to try again. They will be special treat items if he takes a Shine to them, & we may even plan a Birthday Party & invite some of his friends.

Clark and Xena love coming here! The staff is always friendly and my dogs lover getting spoiled when they come in! As soon as we get in the door they go right to the back for the treats :) We've been coming here since they opened and everyone has been very friendly and professional and they truly care about all of the dogs that come in. They have also done a great job this past year with hand sanitizer, masks and curbside service.

Huge huge thanks to Three Dog Bakery. We visited yesterday to stock up on a variety of treats to spoil our best boy, Swish, during his last day before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. The employees were so kind and compassionate, both coming out to greet him and give him pets. Their generosity and compassion brought me to tears as we left with a full goodie bag of snackies. Thank you, for helping our boy’s last day be extra special.

They're so nice here. We came in with our dog and they came out from behind the counter to greet her. The store is setup nicely and things are easy to find. Prices were a little high though. The bakery items were very reasonably priced but we were looking for a new collar for our dog and we just couldn't justify the high price point. Ended up going to the big box retailer down the road for that. Overall wonder experience though.

I have nothing, but good things to say about this store. The employees are super friendly, caring, and helpful! Probably one of the favorite places to go to because of the variety of products they have for dogs (and some cat products) and for their amazing customer service. Not to mention, they also provide curb side pick up for people who do not want to go into the store due to COVID and/or for people who do not have a mask.

After coming here for over a year I walked in last week and the girls were rude as soon as I walked in the store. When I asked her what type of Yogurt was in a treat she was looking at me like I was crazy. I said I’m sorry I’m not understanding what is going on. She had the nerve to ask me if something was wrong with me!! So ridiculous. Never again will I support this business. If I can rate it a 0 I would’ve!

I love Three Dog Bakery almost as much as my two Yorkies, Button and Daisy! The staff was AWESOME and showered them with love! They even gave a couple of sample treats! Karen made some suggestions when I explained Button's dietary restrictions. That was very helpful. The place was very clean. I was especially happy to see everyone wearing masks and they had hand sanitizer available. I will definitely be back!

Our dogs absolutely love this place and the staff! The staff loves on our two dogs like they were their own and spoil them rotten every single time. More than that, they care about the community (donated treats to an outing I did in Keller, the Easter Begg Hunt, etc.) and are following COVID safety procedures to keep all the doggos humans as safe as possible. I absolutely love this place and will forever be grateful to them for making my baby boy Hachi’s last day/night the best it could be! When I brought him in they made us feel absolutely loved and welcomed, they made sure we got everything we needed, they might have made me cry once or twice but I 1000% recommend them!!! We came here a couple weeks ago after going to costa vida and as soon as we walked in we were offered hand sanitizer. Then my boyfriends mask slipped under his nose and he didn’t realize and he was politely asked to pull it up. I’ve always loved this place (my girl loves the rolled vanilla raw hide) But seeing them clearly taking Covid seriously makes me feel 10000% more comfortable shopping here!

I’ve been shopping here since 2019 and have had nothing but good experiences! The staff is always kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They carry the highest quality foods and treats for dogs, and even special order the cat food that I need (which is very hard to find otherwise). And of course, if your dog has a special occasion to celebrate, their bakery is wonderful. I highly recommend this store!

False advertising and don’t honor what they advertise. Tried to dismiss what I said even after being shown online. Management refused to get on the phone and handle the issue. Wanted to speak to my under age son about the issue and not an adult. Will be speaking to the corporate office. And will update on how the issue was handled. So far very unprofessional and no respect for customers.

I recommend this store to everyone!!!!! They care about every dog (also sell some cat stuff) and every person’s best interest. They’re also very invested in the community and supporting local shelters and animal groups. I very much appreciate their efforts to keeping the store safe and clean. They also offer curb side if you’re one of “those” people who refuses to wear a mask

Couldn’t be happier with our experience here. We took our 10 year old Great Dane who is picky about treats and received such a warm welcome. They offered her so many treats to try and we were able to find several things to take home. We will be back in May to get a birthday cake made for her 11th birthday! She really enjoyed her thanksgiving dinner we purchased from there.

The folks here are the best! Generally come here once a week to get the lickity splitz and some chews. Our pups love them and can smell them when I walk in. (for the poor reviews, I suspect they walked in with a poor attitude prior to speaking with any of the employees. I have never encountered anything but overly helpful pet lovers that just happen to be employed there)

Went in last weekend to pick up some special treats for my dog who was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma and was getting his leg amputated the next day. The bone cake was perfect and the staff threw in four lickity split ice creams for my pup to enjoy during his recovery. It was such a thoughtful gesture and brightened my day just a little during a really tough time.

We just left the Three Dogs Bakery off of heritage trace we came in to buy a treat for our family dog who is being put down tomorrow ending his battle with cancer and Karen was so nice to us gave us a treat for our boy Rocco free of charge and it's not the free part that has us writing, it's the genuine compassion she showed!! Thank you Karen that really touched us !

I've been a loyal customer since the store opened. We buy ALL of our dog food, treats, and toys here. I've never had a negative experience. I appreciate how serious they have taken the pandemic and they have other options, like curbside service, if you don't want to wear a mask. But if want to go inside, please, put your mask on CORRECTLY and be respectful.

I recently moved in to a nearby apartment and they gave me a free pupcake coupon, so after a rough vet visit, I figured it would be a good time to cash it in! I was BLOWN AWAY with how amazing the staff was! All of their products are top quality, and everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly! We are officially customers for life!

This place is the best! They have a great variety of treats and snacks. The staff is so kind. One of my pups passed away so I went in to get my other dogs a special treat to cheer them up. They gave us complementary treats for our dogs which is amazing! I love getting birthday cakes for our dogs here every year and will keep doing it!

We have been going to Three Dog Bakery for years but unfortunately this year it just wasn’t the same. The staff was just not welcoming and was super rude to one of our dogs. The were very unprofessional and was very disappointed. We ended up finding another dog bakery that has more cake options and loved and welcomed all of our dogs.

They have an amazing selection and great service! The staff is always kind and willing to help in any way they can. I love that they kindly offer us hand sanitizer and are taking the necessary precautions to protect all customers as well as their staff during this difficult time. 10/10 and on top of that my dogs love this place!

Prices are a little high here but enjoyed the selection. Location is clean. Staff is friendly. Dogs are welcomed to come inside. It is tucked away in the Alliance town center. I went in for my dogs favorite cookies and they were out. I was told they were also out of birthday cake which was a disappointment. Is there anything in stock? What can I buy my dog? However, we been to Menchie's next door, we been to the Pharmacy at Kroger, been to Costa Vida, but we have NOT been to Three Dog Bakery. We plan to, and have been saying this for 4 years. Samantha and her team are some of the most welcoming, friendly, helpful people. My dog is grumpy and not very friendly but they still take their time to show him love and give him treats. They make the cutest designed cookies, cakes and treats. I send all my dog friends here. 10/10 would recommend

Everyone is always super helpful and kind. The atmosphere there is always upbeat and enjoyable, which is amazing to have with how things have been since the virus. Everyone who works there always goes above and beyond for my dogs, it's comforting to know they want the best for them just like I do.

This place has adorable treats! There are cooler cases for some of the less shelf-stable treats, and they have a little self service bar of different flavored mini bone biscuits. They have everything you could imagine, or that your pet could want. My dogs love their treats! Four paws way up!!

If you love your dog like we do we stopped in for a quick look around and for seven bucks or able to get free treats for our dog Ruby. At first she was hesitant to eat them but later on in the day she seemed to really enjoy them. Our dog is kind of bougie and picky about what she eats LOL

Today was my baby macchiatos 1st birthday and I went in today to get him a collar and a cake, the employees were so sweet and patient with my little timid boy just showering him with treats, was such a great experience and plus all my dogs absolutely loved the cake!! Thank you guys ❤️❤️

I love this place!!! Duke always gets to sample treats so we can decide what to buy him. I just bathed him with Aroma Paws Rosemary and Tea tree shampoo and it was amazing (reminds me of Lush). Everyone in the store is super friendly and there are a wide variety of affordable products.

We went into to Three Dog Bakery to get treats for our pups birthday. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful in picking out treats that would be easy on our pups stomach and toys that he shouldn’t have been able to rip through but did the first day. He loved his treats!

We had a wonderful time with our baby. The staff as soon as we walked in with showering her with treats and love. I really liked that they offered her samples of different treats which of course she loved most. We will definitely be returning for more treats in the future!
